How about this: She didn't know to ask about the results.

For the record, I have not heard LE confirm that ANYONE "passed" any LDT. I have only heard the word "satisfied" with regard to any test. Since that's all they've said about any of the tests, that's what I'll go on. I feel being uncertain of the results to at least be a little more credible than a cocky statement of having passed, especially with regard to LE's position.

I have never taken one, so I wouldn't know. A person like Crystal is no doubt questioning everything in her life right about now. I know I would not judge her as untruthful simply because she answered a question posed to her with an "I don't know." I'm going to go with she probably doesn't know what the results of the test are. That isn't to suppose she answered falsely to any questions. That's just to say she's in a state where she just does not know anything.

I am not judging. Just seeking Justice for a little one that seems to be lost in all of this. I have found a majority of her statements are untruths. Her own Attorney is at risk for falsely accusing at the urging of CS. I see no one else sitting by her Attorney.

Who else would sit next to her attorney but Crystal? I don't understand what you're saying there.

Haleigh isn't lost IN THIS. She's been taken from her family. THIS issue is ancillary to the disappearance of Haleigh. Since arriving in Satsuma, Crystal has learned things about her children's living arrangements, not the least disturbing of which that they sleep in the same bed with an adult male and a teenaged girl, often have dirty blankets, are sleeping on a mattress on the floor when there is a perfectly good bedframe available in a bedroom across the living room (thus being exposed to drafts), that they are living in a home that has "laundry laying on the floor all the time" and certainly most important, that people are telling her that they have information that the children have been physically harmed. It is this last that seems to have sparked the investigation which, by LE statements to the news, was investigated at least THREE TIMES in the past, as well as Ron admitting that he spanks his children like DFS told him he could (which says that he had to be TOLD how to appropriately discipline his children in the first place). If there is smoke, there is fire, and Crystal HAS to take action now, despite the fact that her daughter is missing, since she has no way of knowing whether her daughter disappearing has anything to do with any of these things and her son is still in that environment.

If the stories Crystal has been told (but people seem to think she's made up) are false, then that will be determined by DFS. But to do nothing when met with all that information would be more suspect in my mind than her comment about not knowing whether she passed a lie detector test.

She didn't state that she was uncertain about her answers. Mark Lundsford's mother had nothing to do with Jessica's disappearance, but she did not "pass" her LDT because she was so nervous. Actually I question RC's certainty that he "passed" (with flying colors) more than Crystal's answer because it has been stated on numerous occasions from the experts that no one is told they "passed." Results are sent out and judged on a question by question basis. IIRC, Crystal said she thought she did OK, but was told the results had to sent out. I'm guessing when the person administering the tests tells someone they did fine, he means they followed instructions properly and the test is OK to be sent. JMO

I believe she is. In all this additional investigation that is being paid for by taxpayers money and at the expence of the credibility of all agencies involved.
She's been taken from her family.
It is now the opinion of others that Jr. should be taken from his family, the only stable home he has had for most of his short life. This should now be of imediate concern to a mother that has untruthfully stated she had no knowledge but called Social Service as recent as NOVEMBER and on the delayed concern of others who are just now voicing there opinions to a emotionaly distraught mother who has lost her little girl. Who would be so uncaring to go to her instead of calling LE.

Well if this is the crime of abuse half of America will be in front of a judge to dertimine the safty of there home because of dirty laundry and mattress on floor.

IT can be called in and you will not be ratted out by SS for calling in your concern.

Among others, Crystal's cousin relayed that when Ron came to visit with Misty and the kids, Haleigh ran into Ron and he backhanded her on the face, knocking her to the ground. Taken with a grain of salt because it's a cousin of hers, of course. There is a neighbor who has made statements of seeing things. They have not been more specific than that.

the bottom line is there is a little girl missing she needs to found .i think crystal has every right to be concerned .. im sorry i do .. if child services has been to that house 3 times in the past that tells you right there that there is a problem . if everything was fine in that household they wouldve never been called out there . i live in a small town of about 1500 people or so and they can tell you im a damn good mother my kids are well taken care of .. rumors arnt rumors sometimes . mabey some of these things crystal is hearing are true and now she is like ok well i better do something about this so this doesnt happen to her other baby ..she is older now grown up a little more than when she had haleigh .ron however is what 25 ? that wouldve and shouldve made him the more responsible parent .. crystal isnt out getting married and getting tattoos ..that would be the very last thing on my mind in fact .. i wouldnt marry the one who lost my kid i wouldnt want to look at him ever again

I will be just one of the many who has lost sleep and taken critisism of others for my concerns and desire to be of help, even if it is from my computer as far away as Texas. I will be one of the few it seems that has faith in the systems in our society that are there to serve and protect.

The credibility of the agencies involved with this case are relevant in my opinion as to the conclusions of the findings of previouse abuse accusations and the actions that where or where not taken at those times. The School, ER, DCF, LE are all here to protect our children and all of them failed this child? Friends, family and neighbors could be added to this list also.

the only ones who fail the kids are the parents that dont properly take care of them .. however its not always the parents fault they trust someone to take care of thier kids and that person doesnt do a good job
this is why no one watches our daughter except me or my husband and occasionally my mother . i dont trust daycares or friends with my child ive always been that way tho im way over protective of my kids

With the 2nd and 3rd LDT's I assumed they were trying to nail down the deception.
