JS is hung up on "billowing" smoke.

Wasn't there a lot of wind that day?

State is objecting. Recalling get a sustained objection over the young man in shorts. Judge says that was a different issue.

JS is now asking about the wind. "I won't guess but winds 10-20-30mph..."

JS asks if fabric burns....

Objection. Sustained.

JS: I guess I can cross off my next six questions.

JS talking about the key.

Witness: no, we didn't ask about the key at that interview.

And didn't PG say maybe she took it rather than leave it in plain sight --

JS: isn't it true that you didn't ask her on the August interview if she tool the key and returned it like 5, 7 minutes later? No, we did not.

JS is asking if LE collected any cleaning supplies.

Witness: we collected cleaning products on Albany

JS: asks again about finding cleaning supplies at 80 MS

JS: at any time did MT say she cleaned windows...

You told her you had video of her saying it.

Witness: that information came from PG.

JS: didn't MT say that maybe she did say that? MT: "I'm sorry if I said that".

Judge elucidating --

JS is suggesting that LE caused MT to doubt herself.

JS is asking about the warrant, that the witness represented in the AA that MT said she was cleaning windows. Sworn under oath.

State is objecting, overruled

I guess the AA says that MT says she was cleaning windows.

JS so that was a mistake? Yes.
But you wouldn't consider it a lie.

[Sheesh. Transparent.]
My favorite part during this was when Kimball says if you look at the tape at 3:07 you'll see her answer.
JS responds oh! You know the exact minute?!
Kimball - yes.
JS- is that because you knew I was going to ask you about it?
Kimball - Yes.
JS - OH!

JS asks witness if it's true that MT was nowhere near the car wash.

Witness did not review that. He was on vacation at that time.

JS is saying there was a clerical error putting MT's phone number also on the Toyota Sienna, scheduled for a full $250 detailing.

Objection, hearsay. Judge. not whether he was told but did he read a report in which there was an erroneous entry.

Witness didn't read such a report.

JS: didn't you read that FD filled out that note and didn't you write that in the AA?

Witness said he had not seen the report, did not know it was later determined to be a clerical error.

JS: so you admit it was erroneous in the AA

Haha @lucegirl !

This one is already in the running to be the "TITLE TRACK" for the Soundtrack. Think it was added Week 1 but honestly don't recall as folks have been adding songs all trial and I don't recall when I added this. I only recall this one as I added it as I love Garbage....

Love this song and its perfection imo for MT!

JS is pretending he didn't know what it means to work a case. LE investigates leads... what they believe at one point, they might debunk later. Doesn't make the earlier thing a lie!
