SPECULATON BY ME: Audrey Felson is imo here laying the foundation for simply more information from the divorce action to enter the trial.

Frankly imo bringing the Dulos children into the mix vis a vis discussion of the fact that JF felt children did not want to be competitive skiers is quite simply GROSS on its face. Felson here is simply bringing the children into the mix when every effort so far has been made to protect them.

Not sure how this will be tied into the discredited Herman report but I'm fairly sure its leading there or somewhere close to there.

MOO

FD was a member, joined around maybe 2005. Joined when married to his first wife, Hillary. Hutch knew him ten years prior, as a waterskiier.

Met FD in Greece on his (Hutch's) honeymoon.

Knew the children, competitive, traveled out of the country.

Defense asks for witness' observation of FD with the children.

Objection, relevance.

Asks about Jennifer. Says usually the nanny was there.

Defense asks if witness socialized with JFd before 2017....

Objection

Did there come a time when JFd no longer lived there?

Objection

Do recall a time you met MT?

Met her briefly in Florida at a waterskiing event. 2016 maybe. Or 2017.

MT moved to CT a year or two after meeting her.

Hutch said FD said he intended to move his gf to CT. MT joined. Saw her frequently. Spoke with her frequently. Not planned social events but gatherings all the time.

Socialized away from the pond.

Defense: is there a time the FD no longer came to the pond?

Objection, relevancy. Judge: no foundation

Defense: did there come a time where FD couldn't bring his children because....

Objection

Asks FD's demeanor about it. Upset. Those children were his life.

[Witness generally refers to them as JFd's children.]

Invited to the house for dinner. Nothing formal.

FD, MT, Hutch, his wife. Realtor and wife.

Around 6:30. Pretty sure, chicken. Greek salad. French fries. Wine.

Does not recall FD stepping.

Recalls FD had short hair. FD had short hair other times. Not surprised by his hair cut. Didn't think anything of it. Nothing unusual about that dinner.

His wife forgot her purse.

May have texted Michelle that night or the next morning.

Arranged for Michelle to drop off at his office. In front of the pond. She gave him the purse, mentioned she was going to the grocery store. Nothing unusual.
