He saw Micheelle at the pond all day Sunday. With her daughter. FD was trying to see his kids, cane late afternoon or early evening. He knew police were at the house and she didn't want to be at the house. She was agitated, upset, teary eyed

May have texted Michelle that night or the next morning.

Arranged for Michelle to drop off at his office. In front of the pond. She gave him the purse, mentioned she was going to the grocery store. Nothing unusual.

Didn’t MT say she tried to water ski that Fri ?

Guessed he arrived around 6:30pm

Did FD step out any time of the evening

Didn't recall

FD had short hair

Had seen FD with short hair - not surprised about hair and didn't think anything of it

Same with other people that ski

Was anything unusual about dinner?

Did FD seem 'happy' at the dinner?

Very friendly, hung out, very relaxed, nothing odd about it whatsoever

Left around 10 pm

What I also found interesting, is that this witness indicated IIRC that FD and MT were upset that he was not able to see his children at the ski club that day. (Not so much that JFD was missing or had disappeared?) IMO
