Theordore...

(Photos in Court, Theodore and Jennifer)

My mom, my hero.... never ask her for advice, never help with my homework, never see me get married....

Speaks to MT in English, because "that's the language you always used".

How would you feel if you lost her daughter, your friends, you mother?

[I can't type fast enough. This is so profound. I cannot do it justice.]

You are evil. Violent. Until you give us answers.

Asking fir 50 years, ten years for each child.

[Theirdore, you did your mom proud.]

Next is Theodore Dulos. He was also 13 when his mother disappeared.

Theodore: "My mother was the best mom we could ask for." Calls her a shining light who tried to stand tall against the evil trying to take her down." Theodore's voice cracks with emotions as he recalls what his mother will never see.

Theodore: "Michelle, I will speak to you in English because that is the language we've always used.”

Theodore then tells her to put herself in their shoes. "You caused this damage. You've shown no remorse.”

Theodore: You will have many years in a small cell to contemplate what you've done. Do the right thing and admit what happened that day. I will never forgive you for what you've done. "An appropriate sentence would be 50 years, ten for each child who lost their mom.”

Jennifer's longtime friend LW....

Describes their lifelong friendship.

I am lonely for Jennifer every day.

I have her last message.

I have no other friend who knew me at 4 at 12 at 20....

MT conspired to commit murder abd cut Jennifer off from us, from her children....

She loved her children. Growning and changing and evolved....

Her last conversation with Jennifer, she was hopeful for her future....

Working to patch this fault together, grief and anger, hobbly.

MT left five children without a mother. Every single day.

All joy is mediated. Bittersweet. Jennifer wanted those moments. It should be her. Not me. But Jenny is not here.

Because MT conspired and covered, FD was loose. We lived in fear of him.

Describing their very real fear of abduction.

Jennifer's body is missing....

Headstone over an empty grave.

We have a bloody bra and shjrt... artifacts, that's what we have left.

MT deserves the maximum sentence. Your cruelty was stunning

How could you, as a mother....

You knew the devastation and did it anyway....

Your greed is engulfing....

You coveted her life and you took it.

You took her husband, her home, her bed.... the school, the children...

You helped plan.... you provided an alibi... you were intimate against the Tacoma.... cold blooded....

Your Honor, consecutive.....

She has shown no remorse....

Troconis has spent time raising her children....

Jennifer's sentence is forever.

Next is Laurel Watts, a friend from Jennifer Dulos' childhood. "Jenny Farber was my friend for 46 years, from when we were 4 to when we were 50. You have to be pretty extraordinay to inspire friendship that evergreen. She was.”

Watts: I am lonely for Jennifer every day. My conversation with her lasted 46 years and ended on May 24, 2019, silenced forever. I have her last voicemail saved.

Watts says Jennifer was truly content five years ago. "The week before Jenny was killed, she killed me. She was feeling hopeful about the light at the end of the divorce tunnel.”

Watts says she's spent every day numb with grief and raging with anger.

Watts: I take solace in Jennifer's children because they are part of her and they are now part of me. But every act of mothering them, is bittersweet. All joy is mediated because every moment that's good and bad, Jennifer desperately wanted. It should be her.

Watts: talks about the fear she and Jennifer Dulos' family had of Fotis Dulos after Jennifer's disappearance for nine months. Says the kids went everywhere with armed guards.

Watts: In my opinion, Michelle Troconis deserves the maximum sentence. "You are cruel.”

Watts: How could you, as a mother, knowing that bond, choose to kill the mother of these children you claim to love? You must have known what the outcome would be, the devastation. Yet you did it anyway.

Watts: You claimed you didn't know Jennifer but you coveted her life and you took it. First her husband, then her house, then tried to get custody.

Watts: You cold-bloodedly planned and carried out the murder. Your honor, I believe all sentences should be served consecutively. There are no mitigating circumstances. She has shown no remorse or compassion. She's had opportunities to help, and she hasn’t.

Watts: Over the past years, Troconis has raised her daughter to young adulthood in Connecticut, Colorado and Florida. Jennifer won't parent her kids past May 24, 2019. Jennifer's sentence is forever.

Next is Christiane, Jennifer daughter who was 10 on the day her mom disappeared.

Jennifer's Daughter Christiane

She was 10.

Describes meeting MT as Dad's friend....

Life changed when they moved away because of the affair....

"Sometimes you love someone so much, you can't wait".

Lied to her mom, about MT at visits.

[These poor kids]

She was invasive.....

She helped my dad murder my mom.

...

She's the reason I had to visit my dad at the hospital.

She's the reason I can't visit my mom.

I can only feel my mom through memories....

I read her writings... about motherhood, that she didn't get to continue....

Learning about my mom by myself....

She deserves the maximum time.

Next is Christiane, Jennifer daughter who was 10 on the day her mom disappeared.

Christiane: Says she met Michelle Troconis as her dad's friend and didn't think twice of her. Then later learned her father was cheating with Troconis.

Christiane: Michelle's presence in our lives even before May 24 was overwhelming and invasive.

Christiane: Michelle Troconis is the reason I've blacked out my children, the reason I've had to sit on the floor with my little sister and try to comfort her, the reason people look at me with pity, the reason words mom and dad are nothing more than a hazy memory.

Christiane: I read my mom's writings. I'm now coming to understand the full person she was. I'm learning about her without her. I should be doing it with her beside me.

Next is Lauren Almeida, the children's nanny and Jennifer's good friend. She testified at trial.

MT reading a paper WHILE JFD daughter Christiane speaks.

She speaks of lying for FD and MT to make her father happy and also speaks eloquently about the destruction of her childhood and entire family.

Simply weeping listening to this poor young woman and the pain in every word she is bravely speaking today.

LaurenAlmeda... photo of Jennifer with her children....

I was never JUST their nanny.... we were a duo.

...

She loved me. And I loved her and her children.

Women who are teaching me how to love....

Sees Jennifer in the children.

Gained this chosen family.... but it should be Jennifer...

You, Michelle, helped take that away.

Feared for my life and the children's, because of what you and FD did

Didn't leave the children alone. Armed bodyguards.

Conspired to kill a mother and my friend in the most gruesome way.

These kids have become my whole world....

My life is on hold ... having children of my own, paused...

These children have lost their parents. Safety and security gone.

You, Michelle....

Have thrown away Jennifer's bloody clothes.

Have been disrespectful in this courtroom....

Deserves the maximum sentence.

And for what? To be Jennifer? You will never.

Where is she, Michelle?

Next is Lauren Almeida, the children's nanny and Jennifer's good friend. She testified at trial.

Almeida: It should be Jennifer sitting at the table helping with homework. It should be Jennifer doing college tours. It should be Jennifer consoling them. And you, Michelle, you have helped take away all of this. You took their mother, and you took my friend.

Almeida: Since May 24, 2019, I've lived in fear for myself and the five children. We had armed body guards escort us everywhere. Since that day, I made a promise not to leave the kids' sides until Jennifer was found. 5 yrs later, "these kids have become my whole world."

Almeida: While the kids are surrounded by love, there sense of security and safety is gone. You, Michelle, show no remorse and no accountability. Michelle Troconis deserves the maximum because of all she did. She altered the course of so many people's lives.

Almeida: We don't even have the comfort of knowing where Jennifer is. Where is she, Michelle?

Next is Constantine Dulos. He was 10 at the time he lost his mother.

Constantine...

He was 10....

The actions of MT changed my life...

My dad developed a new poisonous character when he met Michelle.

She, she, she, she.... [long list of Michelle's awful actions]

My mom dreamed of being a grandmother with son many grandchildren she couldn't remember all their names.

She'll never get that.

Maximum sentence.

@MarissaAlter

Next is Constantine Dulos. He was 10 at the time he lost his mother.

Constantine says his father developed a new "poisonous" personality when Troconis was around. She put pressure on my dad to do something.

Constantine: I can't go home to my mom and talk to her about my school day. I can't learn things from her. She was my favorite person in the world, my role model. She is still someplace in my heart. However, I will never be the same person I was in Connecticut.

Next is Caroline Buckley, a long-time friend of Jennifer and a caregiver to the kids, as well.
