Hey guys. Is anyone willing to give me a (brief) synopsis of what's transpired over the last 24 hours? I was travelling over the Atlantic and don't know if I'll ever be able to catch up. Tia!

For anyone interested, I'm going to Crime Con this weekend! (cannot WAIT!!!!). I am totally hoping this case will be discussed at some point. (It's not on the schedule, but I can still hope for it, although I have no idea how I'm going to get to every case discussion I want to attend bc I want to attend them ALL! Ha!)

I'm not so sure about residency. If she still had FL real estate she could go back and forth and avoid CT residency. Many people in CT play these games to avoid the punishing income tax. I also don't think MT has an legal basis to enter the house in Farmington even if its cleared by LE. She isn't a tenant with a lease that we know of, she isn't married to the owner, she isn't on the title and really is nothing more than a long term house guest IMO. Farmington house is owned 50:50 by JD and FD. I would also think her atty and her parents would strongly recommend her having nothing further to do with FD or any of his real estate. My guess is that we might see media footage of her clearing her belongings out of the Farmington house but beyond that not much else IMO.

As long as mt is getting mail at the house in ct it’s considered her legal residence and if someone wanted her out of it they would have to take her to court to get an eviction

We’ve learned Fotis Dulos had a tail. Police were following his every move up until his arrest.

So, just six weeks elapsed between his previous marriage with Hilary (who sounds like an amazing person, by the way...accomplished lawyer who supports "issues that empower women".... go figure, after being married to THAT.) Hilary Aldama Wooley | BRF

Given that timing, it sounds like Fotis probably had a girl on the side (JD, sadly) while in his first marriage. I can't help but question how amicably that first marriage ended.

FD is likely a co-dependent adulterer. Pschologists have a name for these types that line up the next 'victim'/relationship before
the soured one is even over yet. Can't recall the nickname though. They always have a new one waiting in the wings.
I've seen this in real life so many times. And have warned friends/family when the red flags are apparent.

This is important, trying to prevent her trust from being tied up in the lawsuit. What a mess this case is. Her poor mother can't even begin to grieve, thankfully she has the means to hire the right professionals to protect them all. Obviously they know she's dead.

Well they can’t lock out someone who is established as someone living in the house. She needs to be properly evicted first. If they mess up then the give MT ammo against them. She could sue for them locking her out. Now whether she would or not, IDK. But hopefully she’ll be locked up and her housing will be in the state pen.

I think her parents will put the kabosh on her going back to that house to live. I expect her to have a police escort to retrieve her things but that's all. JMO

Rough task but taking a shot!

MT (driven by her mother) spent 3 hrs yesterday in Westport CT giving video testimony with her atty present, State Police and State Prosecutor. No deets on substance of this testimony.

MT and her daughter arrived back at the Marriott hotel in Avon where they are staying and were captured by the press. This image of a 13 yr old being used as a human shield against the press was understandably upsetting to many of us on the thread that questioned why the daughter hasn't been protected and kept away from the situation.

Police have secured all the Fore Group properties, JD rental in NC

Warrant was received for FD/JD owned Farmington property and this location was searched actively the other night and police remain on site

NC and Farmington residents have stepped up big time to provide CCTV (over 70 so far) and tips (over 220 so far)

The press have tracked down FD first wife and details are emerging about FD/JD early days relationship.

Police remain at the Hartford trash site looking for remains

A search was conducted at a Hartford reservoir beginning around 9pm the night before last. Haven't seen an update on this situation.

NCPD and State Police searched the Sturbridge Fore Group property on Wed for most of the day. MCM reported yesterday that neighbors heard 'dogs barking and loud noises' at the property the day after (check me here please as I don't have access to all the articles) JD was reported missing.

Mrs Farber and her legal team have been quite busy on the legal front and are using the probate courts to further her custody claim. More documents on another matter were filed this morning but I haven't reviewed those documents yet so can't say what exactly they were.

Press remain quite active and very involved which is so great to see on this/any missing/murder case. NYT did a comprehensive article yesterday that does a great summary of where we were as of yesterday.

From the mom's custody pleading it may be inferred the Nanny gave LE a code to enter the property as she is the one who picked the children up and was continuously with them at the NYC apartment. The pleading is in the media links file. Nanny was not there based on this information. Also, no one answered the door when they knocked. (warrant)

But where exactly was nanny from school pick-up until the time she left for NYC? Did she and the kids stop by the house? Or did they go straight from school to grandma's house?

Friday afternoon is a missing time zone of info for me....fill me in if anyone has that info.

Good for her. Makes so much sense. He may have been letting the business whither so grandma had to get the money from her daughter rather than him.

However, she will get properties (in a judgment or settlement) where her daughter may have been disposed of. Hope Jennifer is found really soon.

IMO, Nanny picked the children up from school as they had a half day and took them straight to grandma's. JD was in NY for appointments and it was planned for JD and the children to be in NY with grandma that evening. I do not think the Nanny went back to the house before traveling to NY.
