Your post got me thinking about protected areas that will not be developed and thus never excavated. When Fulos and his 1st wife divorced he received a property on Sunrise Drive in Canton, if I remember correctly. That street is a short walk to Bond Pond and well, you see where I’m going with this. The images are the map and legend for the area of Bond Pond.
Fantastic sleuthing.

I wonder if LE has searched high and wide for an entire list of any/all property owned by FD, MT or any entity related to FORE Group.

No, you are correct but the body or evidence could have been wrapped and weighted and this would keep it down longer. It doesn't really make sense IMO to try to hide something in water than is this shallow. Wonder what they are looking for.
On the one hand I agree with you particularly if you think LE may look there specifically for the body, it makes no sense. But, it is dark, murky and overgrown with bottom vegetation and impossible to see the bottom so something could sit on the bottom and never be seen.
The pond is used only for fishing and most of that from the shore I would expect, so it is highly unlikely anyone would be out near the middle and snag a line on the body.

Oh I think this was planned too. I do however think he's not as savvy as he thinks he is, the drop off of evidence, the ride switcheroo, the "dna in the house", etc... I would LOVE to know when he was to pick the kids up for the Memorial Day weekend? I honestly don't think he thought she would be determined missing that quickly either. That totally messed up what his REAL plan was which may have been to disappear with the kids. JMO
I have a hard time thinking he didn't know exactly what the plan for Friday was. He saw the kids two days before. Surely one of them told him.

Anyone here know how LE would question someone in another country? Would they go there? I wonder what the laws are...
LE could travel to talk to someone if they wanted to talk voluntarily. There are very complex procedures to subpoena or compel testimony from witnesses in foreign countries who don’t voluntarily want to testify/produce documents etc. At least that’s my experience in obtaining discovery in civil cases under The Hague Convention.

IF her car had a lot of blood, it could have been enough to conclude that she was deceased. Would FD have been charged with murder already if that were the case?
This just made me think of something. The missing posters don't have a photo of her car - It's a stock photo. There has to be evidence on the outside they're hiding: dent, blood splatter, broken glass, SOMETHING.

Excellent sleuthing - I did not recall that Fore Group failed to register - that's very bad business IMO. You aren't allowed to conduct business when you are administratively dissolved - usually within 4-6 months of the filing date. What is the current status? Can you see it?
as of a week-10 days ago site shows corp. is still active, but that could change when 2019 annual report is due. I'm not sure how long they have in Ct. to bring it current.

Here ya go - wow listening to it again does beg more questions!

R – but he has to know something if he was in possession of her bloody clothes.

NP – What does he have to know?

R – How he got her bloody clothes; he has to know a little bit about what might have happened to her.

NP – I think he is like the rest of us…she is missing under suspicious circumstances, um, how he came into possession of the bloody clothes is a very interesting question and we are working on that and when the time comes we will have something to say.

Thanks for doing that!

That's my question. Or did someone just set the phone down on a table for an hour or so (I don't know how long the call actually lasted)?

jmo
Someone who would lie for family maybe? Being on the phone these days is hardly much of an alibi these days. I would want much more forensic detail of this call if I was a juror. IMO

New York Post is running this headline, sorry if it’s been posted already

Husband’s girlfriend in Jennifer Dulos case ruled out as suspect: lawyer

This article is truly bizarre IMO. Again the commentary is completely from Atty. Pattis and NOT MT ATTORNEY. Nothing so far as I can read where anything detailed in the article was confirmed by LE.

I would file this article away under, "FAKE NEWS". This is getting messy with Pattis making stmts that are not corroborated by LE and we can't let this kind of reporting derail the thread. IMO until we see an official statement from LE that MT is no longer a suspect THEN MT IS A SUSPECT!!

I just had this same thought-That could be what this call was about. Now the question is how could he have been on that phone call at his home in Farmington, when we actually think he was in New Canaan?
the only number listed for his company is a cell Fore Group Inc. | Custom Home Builder Avon, Farmington, New Canaan, Fairfield, Westport & Greenwich, CT
https://www.whitepages.com/phone/1-860-478-8625
it's also the number listed for the 80 mountain springs home but the google summary is for a different property - it takes you to this page though - interesting....

No. No video yet released. Arrest warrant described the actions of the female in the passenger seat. Atty. Pattis jumped into the fray with the comment that "MT abhors smoking". Baffling to me that FD atty would make this stmt. Its almost as if Pattis has two clients, FD & MT. I'm confused.
Amazing.... I love how little seeds are planted. He’s never met the woman and now he’s describing her personal likes and dislikes - using passionate colorful language. IMO unless reported from horses mouth, or from said camp - it’s hearsay. However. We can’t place her in Albany.

Ok. Because someone attributed that remark to MT's attorney and NP is not her attorney. Just trying to keep things straight so nothing grows legs that shouldn't.
Yeah. I don't remember if her attorney said it. Doubt it. He appears more classy than Norm. And I am not saying Norm said it. He may have but just remember it being in the article so unsure where it came from.
