Thanks for that! What immediately jumped out at me from the article is that McKenna said specifically that the "time line" proved OJ was innocent! Wonder how Mr. McKenna felt when OJ wrote a book telling the world EXACTLY how he "did it."

But that isn't what is important. What is important is that we now know this tired trope is going to be exactly the same BS as was pulled in OJ. This same old, tired time line defense which, by the way, he has unsuccessfully attempted to develop in many other cases, is one that LE has seen coming from day 1. You think they are going to let some hack fabricate a false narrative? NO WAY!

As an aside, McKenna may still claim Anthony had "nothing" to do with her daughter's death. Too bad it is an open secret, and one she herself has told others, exactly how her daughter died. The leaks from that defense team could fill a bathtub, probably because none of them (with the exception of Baez, who made his money selling pictures of the murdered child to The Enquirer) got paid a penny for their efforts. McKenna et al may have fooled the members of the Anthony jury. He and the V6 lawyers who are representing FD will not do so here.

How ironic is it that the Greek Family is concerned about GF spending when FD on his own FORE books shows a loan payable to FIL i/a/o $1.7 million. My guess is that FD wants the GF legal bill to equal or exceed the amount owed by FORE to late FIL. Its a game but its so disapointing IMO that the Courts cannot compel compliance on the financial matters by FD/FORE. I hope someday to wake up to hear that Judge Shapiro has issued a judgment to end the Civil Case insanity. Hope that day is soon! MOO

You are undoubtedly 100% correct. That's what they do, these creatures. And FD knows he really has nothing to lose. Guess what? GF still has something to lose. Sometimes, that makes a person more dangerous than somebody with nothing to lose. The financial losses have already been factored by GF. A victim is just as capable as squashing someone into the ground as a perpetrator. Maybe more so. Sometimes a victim is willing to take a loss. Because sometimes, when you lose, you really win. A victim can pursue the ruin of a person relentlessly too. Just because she can. And knowing there is really little to no financial gain. Maybe even a loss.

Dave Altimari. Mmmm. Did you view source documents and make your own assessment or did you repeat heresay with no additional sourcing? Seems you might be in a pickle either way.

Dave Altimari IMO knew the status of the psych report in Family Court and yet he still reported hearsay commentary from a source who most likely is either Pattis or Pattis Patsy Rochlin.

Did Dave Altimari view the report himself prior to making any comment about the report being 'favorable' to FD? If so, this is a problem too but IMO the heresay should not have been printed by the HC. I honestly think the GF team should investigate the HC article sourcing as should Judge Heller because of the references to the report.

I agree. But IMO if they want to spend the money of FD and the Greek Benefactor doing so then these court battles should be held outside the public eye and the cases locked down tight with absolute seals.

To file these motions simply for publicity and put out IMO slanderous information is something that serves no legal value. They are just poking GF to see how far they can push her! They knew how hard they could push JD and had previously done all this public shaming with zero evidence to her as well.

Victim shaming is always the low road IMO and that is really all we have seen from Pattis & Crew. Rochlin is simply a tool of Pattis in all this and his legal and professional choices are disappointing but all show him for precisely who he is as a legal professional. So, another member of the Pattis crew has been unmasked. Civil case atty Bill Murray I guess is up next! MOO

FD has oodles of photos on FB of himself with his Greek and waterskiing posse, and has a few of the oldest sons in waterski mode. But I never saw any photos indicating that the kids even had interactions with family.
I guess the good thing with social media is that you can't retroactively fill in where gaps exist. It only exists chronologically.

Defense is throwing everything out to see if anything will stick....and are failing. NP knows prosecutors have solid evidence against FD and they are very worried he will be arrested, tried, convicted and jailed for life.....if he does not run/fly with help to Greece.

Wonder just how many times the kids have seen the Greek relatives.....not many

FD gets dropped off at JD's.
He sneaks in before garage door closes
Kills JD with knife
Puts her remains in mat in her trunk
Cleans up
Drives her remains and bags in her car
Disposed of remains in 'location???'*
Drove vehicle to Waveny
Meets accomplice in red truck there
Puts bags in red truck
Moves bags over to his vehicle at JX or Sturbridge
Accomplice or FD gets red truck washed
Meet with MT and go to Albany Ave.

*Now, if her remains were in tact and he disposed of them someplace other then Albany Ave. then why not put the bags with the remains?

This leads me to believe that whatever location he chose for her either:
1) was small and didn't have the space for the bags/mat/knife/pillow/clothes/mops/sponges as well as her.
Or
2) Was water and these materials would float.

If there were a photo dictionary for the word "legal pitbull" IMO you would see Atty Dranginis there front and center. 20+ years on the bench in CT and she knows where all the local bones are buried. I've lived in Connecticut for 30-plus years, and only learned of the Tauck case through these forums. I on knew of them as the travel company.

The reference to the infamous Tauck v Tauck case was the tip off as to the shell game here! I realize its a well known case in CT but did it make its way to Athens? Highly unlikely! The reporter said that they spoke with the FD sister and BIL but I wonder if she asked them specifically if they wrote the statement that carried their names?

I guess nuances such as proper writing attribution might not figure highly in greek cultural priorities but I'm curious all the same if they admitted that they wrote the document or if they simply signed off it?

The writing styles between the earlier Rena letter and what is being seen today appear completely different IMO.
