I went through same stress with cheating husband, 3 children..I lost weight because I didn’t have time to eat..after taking care of kids and work part time, you have to do all this documenting/research to prepare for divorce..then when I had to deal with lying spouse and the crazy stuff he said, it felt like an acid bath poured on me..my stomach was totally messed up..

Weight loss is common when you are going through horrible circumstances. Her life was very difficult and I know from experience fighting through the courts with these noxious individuals for years at a time. It’s no wonder she lost weight. You can’t eat. And when you do you just can’t seem to eat enough to maintain body weight.

Good thoughts this morning from everyone.

I just look at the timeline on 5/24 and see the Tacoma arrives at 80 Mountain Spring Road at 12:22 pm. FD and MT (who by her own admission to LE is at 4Jax from at least noon on; now possibly she was in NC and with FD but so far nothing LE has released has confirmed this or denied this) have from 12:22pm until EE arrives at 4:30 pm to retrieve his Tacoma/return FDs Raptor.

FD has plenty of time to dismember JD. Has equipment to do so. Any comings and goings from 4Jax and 80 Mountain Spring will be supported by evidence in the form of video/camera or cellular data. That includes anyone else who may have arrived.

No one that we have heard of was working at 80 Mountain Spring that day. The whole time is uninterrupted. He’d have time to fill in a while he’d dig somewhere on the property or to fill her body in a barrel and weigh it down somehow. There is the river close by and many creeks behind the property. He is in walking distance to at least three Fore Group properties. There are thick thick woods and despite LE searches it is possible even with dogs searching as well for her body to be nearby and just not discovered.

Now if FD did dismember her remains he could have either buried them in some container or such or placed remains in the multiple bags.

Dumping her body parts along Albany Avenue seems just so risky. Regardless of what “part of town” it was. It’s been mentioned by posters but since I am from Texas I can only rely on y’all local peeps.

But again so is murder so anything is on the table here.

We know what would happen to those remains if bagged and dumped in the trashbin odyssey of stupidity on Albany Avenue.

The only point FD wasn’t counting on: C4 cameras capturing it all and bc of the Holiday weekend the trashcan pickup was delayed. As such LE were able, according to AW1, view that surveillance footage of the TBOofS after learning of the cellular data/pings of FD and MT, and race to Albany Avenue and retrieve at least one bag and have contents tested immediately on June 1 for JD blood.

After positive match was made MT and FD were arrested at their hotel. And the solid month or so of LE searching MIRA begins. We still know nothing of what they found or didn’t find at MIRA bc LE has rarely commented on or confirmed many of their searches or findings from said searches.

I still think because of the thick mass of trees on the acreage of 80 Mountain Spring there remains a shot she could still be located there. It poses the least amount of risk for FD (as far as witnesses seeing and cameras recording his movements). A body can literally be on 1-2 acres that have been searched with dogs trained to find a body and still be missed. Hence, why we hear about those type of cases all the time and why theories are always thrown out there that the remains were somewhere else and then brought to where they were later found even if the remains never really moved (except from animals and elements) from where they were left.

There are other dumpsters around Farmington and Avon and such as well. Other cars that were registered to the Fore Group and could have been used to transport her body or body parts (so sorry sweet Jennifer) to another dumpster near by or another location nearby. Just thoughts and more thoughts.

We know this. LE has the literal “411” on all the video footage. Outside of 4Jax even though there is a back entry (which I am not sure is covered by cameras) and outside of 80 Mountain Spring Road that we know of.

Based on LE comments vague as they were on Dateline I am just not getting the sense that any part of Jennifer’s remains have been recovered by LE. Whether at MIRA or not. I still just want them to head to 80 Mountain Spring Road and poke around some more. With a fleet of citizens locked arm to arm walking the entire property. Jmo as always.

Per the article it says "Farber bought the mortgage" after FD quit making payments, so does this mean that GF will not lose any property that she may have put up to secure the mortage on 4 Jefferson Crossing? I hope that's what it means, because she/GF is out so much already, not only in money, but also the loss of her daughter and all the other stress that FD/MT have caused her!

What it sounds like is that you are describing a deeply co-dependent relationship which can be quite tricky to maintain and also to escape. If you factor in the narcopath aspect that many here have described for FD then you have a MT in an almost zombie like state that we have now seen at each of her court appearances? Perhaps this can explain the over 2 months of lying to LE and her half hearted attempts even after 8/13/19? She has seemed out of it and perhaps this is why? Given the assessment of her moral and ethical issues I'm doubtful but maybe its worth more discussion.

I've written way too much on here about MT as I've tried and struggled to get a handle on a participant in this crime that we don't know much about and sadly we don't even know much about her timeline.

My conclusion has been that MT was indistinguishable from FD and the two were deeply codependent and so were 'two peas in a pod'. I also put the tag of 'amoral monster' on MT based on what we have learned about her as a person and her lack of cooperation and her willingness to enter into a conspiracy to coverup the crime of murder which I thought was diabolical and heinous.

Maybe MT deserves another look or further consideration as I believe @Chessman seemed to be alluding to the other night.

IDK. Worth hearing if someone can make a strong argument in support of MT at this point.

I really don't want to make a strong statement about MT. 1. Because I know the vitriol that comes forth 2. Because I don't really have a handle on her. I have said before I don't think she is a good person but I don't know enough to be sure about anything. I know she went along with the affair with a married man with 5 children and is caught up in this murder. Terrible.

She is right about the above. You really don't know who you are. You don't even know how that happened. Know what I used to jokingly tell people? "I used to be a strong, independent woman. Now I just say and do whatever X tells me". I did not realize until later how prophetic and true that was. And I was never bullied in any way.
I also think co-dependency is a way over-used term and is just a catch all now for whatever ails a person. From the article you referenced:

None of this applied to me in any way. MY nightmare started after the split when the mask came off. I was truly the happiest I had ever been in my entire life. I trusted the sociopath with my life and my heart. And I had no idea what the scheme was or all the things I didn't know. You ARE like a zombie after this. I am 4 years out and I will NEVER be the same. People think you are a fool for allowing it, they don't believe you or think you deserved it. And most people think they are too smart for it to happen to them so they are just dealing with an idiot. YOU.

MT was undoubtedly told many, many lies about Jennifer and the divorce. There was an MT type in my life too. I do not have sympathy for the predicament these women are in but I know how it happens. If FD came home to 4JC and told MT that there has been a terrible accident/self defense, she would have believed him. No question. IME.

Still, all the same time wise pretty much. So without any stop at Waveny, 12 minutes from WL to Waveny to the rest area. The time gap between WL and the rest area is 47 minutes. 35 minutes messing around on Lapham seems a long time to me. From watching the Gray Hughes video, I also thought the Suburban would have pulled up behind the truck rather than along side of it. It didn't seem there is enough space to have parked parallel. IMO.

What if FD set up the disposal site ahead of time in NC on the days leading up to her disappearance. if you go to Google Maps on your computer right now and look at the satellite image of Waveny Park, zoom in on the clearing on the right where I guess the pond is?(I do not know the park) Anyway, there is a clearly a red vehicle on the edge of the woods. I am not sure when the image posted today was taken from the Google satellite but it is a strange coincidence.

I agree the time gaps are a problem. I suppose that a criminal mind might be OK with a short time in doing a transfer, under 30 seconds, but the more time you allow the higher the risk of being seen. Many cars have dash cams these days too, not just mandatory cams with buses. 2 plus hours may have been enough to do a decent clean up in the garage but the place still lit up like an Xmas tree according to a local with luminol. It is so much easier to do things with an accomplice, but very risky too after the fact. And going through the woods from Waveny to Welles being unseen, is that something a criminal wants to take a chance at?

To get to Waveny from Welles Lane I went west ( left ) on Frogtown to Ponus Ridge. Just beyond NCCS. Left on Ponus Ridge down to Jellief Mill. Left on JM to 106 S, under the Merritt and quick left up Talmadge Hill Rd passing the metro station parking area. Top of the hill, I took left on Lapham entering WP from south side. That allowed me to pull up directly behind where we think the Toyota was parked at WP. I assume the xfer could have been easier from that direction. After unloading the Suburban I think FD parked it up the road 100' and did a u turn to point it in the opposite direction, just to create a diversion from his original path. I find there is a lot less traffic using this route than heading down to Waveny on Weed St. I assume FD was aware of various options and was trying to minimize anyone seeing him. JMO

FD seems to be using his buddies Toutziaridis and Masiello to place 'mortgages' on his various FORE properties. I am most familiar with the situation at Sturbridge so will explain this using that property.

FD buys Sturbridge for $1.5 million
FB demolishes old house and puts up new house spends maybe $600,000 - mid range quality at best IMO but this is a very rough guess
Danbury Savings Bank Mortgage - first mortgage IDK dollar amount
Toutziaridis and Masiello Mortgages - $500,000 and IDK Masiello amount but assume $500,000
Trade Claims - $100,000 (estimate)
Gloria Farber Attachment for $500,000


So, house sells for $2.9 million (at best) - list now is $3.9 million but IMO still not in line with market stats

So. FD cost is $2.1 million - 3 mortgages (guess) $2.0 million - Trade Claims $100,000 = $0 available to pay GF attachment

I'm just putting these somewhat random (but I believe directionally correct!) numbers out there to explain what it looks like FD did to thwart the efforts of GF to collect anything from a Sturbridge sale. Its a bit like the old fashioned salami game. When I get access to the actual numbers from the Town of NC I will slot them into to these estimates and we will see if anything is left over for GF. My guess is this was designed to give GF $0 which is why I am ok using these rough numbers for this example!

FD just stacked some mortgages from his friends (we don't know if these are really secured mortgages in a traditional sense which is why GF atty is looking for the Markowitz files to prove what these loans really area and whether money passed hands and whether there is a true mortgage/secured interest in the property but Markowitz seems to be hiding the files and hiding under his desk so far as I can tell in Civil Court). I hope that Atty Markowitz has the full files to prove that cash passed hands and that there are in fact mortgage interests here as otherwise he and his client could be looking at fraud at the most simplistic level along with a whole host of other potential charges IMO. Hope this didn't happen but at this point we simply don't know as Atty Markowitz is claiming that the files are in disarray and he just moved and its expensive to make copies and a whole bunch of other IMO BS as to why he is unable to provide this info to GF Atty.

When I first started looking at this a few weeks ago it seemed highly suspicious and I still believe this transaction needs to be looked at by the State and the Civil Court as on the surface it simply smells for lack of a better description!

Once I get all the actual numbers on this property I will repost but I wanted to explain conceptually what I'm looking at as what FD and his friends just might be doing to thwart GF! Hope I'm wrong here!

Yes, it looks like GF bought the note so she is now in control of the situation and is not at risk of losing what was previously used to secure the note (her property).

Sad it came to this but I think they are trying to make the best of a bad situation and simply evict FD once and for all.

I am curious if he somehow knew she had appointments in the afternoon that day? He was up early and off to NC in the Tacoma because he was sure she was home in the morning but gone in the afternoon?? Did he overhear something on 5/22 from someone at the house? IMO he did know her schedule that day and planned accordingly. What he did not plan IMO was the police being able to enter her property so quickly and discover the remnants of a crime scene cleanup which was not done well. I am very curious about what LE did after the technicians were on the scene - did they call GF that evening? or the friend back that reported her missing? They called FD at 9am Saturday morning - where was he prior to that phone call and what did he do between 9am and turning his phone in? When did he realize he was not going to head over and pick up the kids for visitation? And of course, the GAL who said he better be able to account for every minute of his day - hence the Alibi Scripts. when I went searching for the article it was interesting that many left out his testimony about accounting for every minute - including what I found on NP's website. I had to really hunt for it.

I think that would be possible, but only if he approached from that direction.

I’d be super curious to know what his phone and other devices showed in regard to Google searches (to include maps and Earth).

GF will still have to go through a foreclosure
on 4JC to get FD off the deed and out of the picture on this home. Then when foreclosure
is done she can list home for sale at a more reasonable fire sale price and hopefully recoup
some of her money. @afitzy probably has the
amount of money in this property that she has
invested.
She may have to sell it as a short sale, meaning
for less than she is owed. But a half a loaf is better than no loaf.
But by the time the expenses of a foreclosure
and the attorney fees attached, she may only get a portion of what she and her husband originally invested.
Let's hope FD doesn't take out any more rage
on the home before he moves out. Sometimes
angry people being foreclosed on pick the home clean and sell off appliances, carpet , cabinets etc. just to get revenge on those doing
the foreclosure.

He had visitation as ordered/approved by the custody Judge in 5/25 and 5/26. As well as on Wednesday’s. I believe he knew JDs plans for that Friday. How he knew could be a lot of reasons but he knew. I think he figured once he got the kids for 5/25 and JD still missing he’d just get to keep them which is why he was so giddy when he called the GAL asking MM if he had “heard the news” about JD being missing. JMO as always.

He’d get the kids
JD won’t be able to show up in court
He makes big push for custody
Blah blah blah. I bet he plays that loop over and over in his head.

Also am waiting for more mudslinging from NP: attack JD, EE, MT and anyone else that could get in the way or possibly make FD look like the evil controlling manipulative abusive OCD adulterer and mooch that he is.

When she left him in 2017 she left with the kids and was in fear for herself and filed a TRO which wasn’t granted. A woman who bore five children into her forties and went through infertility treatments to bear them would just leave because her health may or may or may not be an issue?

A woman brave enough to reschedule the movers four times?

A woman brave enough to try and stay in her own house when she could have moved in with her parent if she really didn’t want to try and make a go of it?

This woman was a brave woman.

Not the coward FD is. Honestly. He was barely there for most of their marriage traveling for 3-4 months tomcatting around and partying and waterskiing and he finally found someone as morally bankrupt as he is to hang with and have that “beautiful life.”

He had a beautiful life it’s just that his moral compass rejected it for MT. Someone so utterly unattractive on the outside that it’s affecting her outside appearance. That’s what he dumped his life for...that. And honestly if he’d just let JD alone and live and move on with her life he and miss Super Grifter could be hanging out and plotting the next person they were gonna rip off.

Just on this one point, I don’t see a version of the ‘Gone Girl’ defense as, necessarily, excluding a scenario where FD and Co try to implicate the EE.

The plot would out-do Gillian Flynn’s in terms of the unexpected, although naturally won’t be nearly as well written and executed. Its characterisation will be its first flaw, and the structure, narrative and plot will be so weak it will lose readers by Page 2

Maybe something like: EE always fancied JD. After the separation he was cosying up to her, maybe doing odd jobs, etc. She became unwell mentally/physically (Details To Be Decided if /when they get their hands on her medical records). She saw an opportunity to end her suffering while venting her hatred of FD (cue NP trotting out the phrase ‘A woman scorned’), by making FD the fall guy. But she needed help, and this is where she roped in EE to do the deed in return for....fill in the blanks.
