Oh wouldn't that be grand? That's all this case needs is a pregnancy.

Well, she needs a new source of child support as dashing Olympic skier’s daughter almost 18. Yeow. Bad move taking a shower together. Yep. About three months along.
But, I’m with the drugged idea. (I’d be put into a medically induced coma so I wouldn’t have to deal with all of this stuff.)
Especially since father is MD. DO? DC? MD and DO can prescribe drugs. Don’t think DC can prescribe.

IMO she will never go to trial. The dye is cast for her; the sooner she comprehends that reality, the better. I am beginning to wonder what is on the table in terms of a plea for her. A straight up plea to either one or both of the pending charges in exchange for an agreement not to file more? Or does the State have evidence of her involvement and is not willing to take other charges off the table?

I believe something is already is place or she wouldn't be talking to LE at all. LE is giving her enough rope to hang herself. Yes, her previous lies will be exploited by Pattis during trial. No, it won't matter to the jury IMO. As the case progresses, we will learn much more about this question when Pattis cross-examines MT about her "sweetheart deal" with the State.

In my opinion, though, she will never be sitting at the same table with Dulos at trial. MOO! MOO!

No no. LE will pile up more charges on her before they put the final screws to her. By then, it’ll be prison time. And she’ll be lucky to get out in time to retire. Draw social security. Which you don’t get while in prison, by the by.

A path to cameras in New Canaan
There is a public demand for cameras, and it seems that the proper collaboration between commissions and departments could craft a way to install surveillance, which advocates say not only would have prevented some crimes in the park, but could have provided crucial evidence in the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos.

Meh. What’s to consider, Mr. Moynihan? Everyone wants it and you’re holding up the installation. Waiting for the highest bid to come in?
Oops. Sorry. I meant the best one for NC. I bet the citizens would collect enough to fund installation without you, Mr. M.
Petition signatures seem like the citizens are ready to move on the camera issue. Or they will move into election mode. Take your pick, sir.
Psssst. Pay attention. I’m talking to you!!!! Your future is at stake here.

@gitana1, its hard to disagree with your assessment at all! I've been searching for an explanation for the lying we have seen from MT and trying to understand why Bowman and MT looked so grim today in court.

At what point would you think Colangelo would have had enough of the lies and lack of cooperation from MT?

Has it already happened and that is why Bowman and MT look grim?

Or, is there a longer game at play here and this is just the first inning of this ball game between the State and MT?

I can't say for sure but my feeling is it's artifice. For the benefit of the camera. I think they're gearing up for trial and trying to start building the impression of a waif-like and innocent creature misled or coerced by a madman.

The additional charges tell me that the negotiations broke down some time ago. That and a lack of murder charges.

Judge orders Fotis Dulos, estranged husband of missing mom Jennifer Farber Dulos, to appear in court Monday to address GPS monitoring issues
Judge John Blawie scheduled a 2 p.m. hearing after receiving a report from probation officials that raises concerns that Dulos is not properly recharging the batteries of his GPS monitoring system. Pattis said the issue apparently occurred four times between August and September.
Blawie could revoke his probation on Monday but is more likely to admonish Dulos and warn him to adhere to the rules of the GPS monitoring or have his probation revoked. The GPS system is battery operated and defendants are required to charge it at the same time every day or night.

Once again, FD ignoring court order. I hope he gets one chance. Next time no charging at night, you won’t need to worry bc you’ll be behind bars. Let’s see how this judge rules. OMG. And I need to get the Jennifer Alert not for profit going. Here’s where we could put a thousand people on the street to demonstrate against an extension. Pressure in the judiciary.
Kkkkk. I’m back on it.

What is so baffling to me on the financial records and court compliance is that in the Civil Case, FD was ordered to provide the Quickbooks/accounting records on computer to the court by 3/18. FD did not comply and we are over a year later and there were zero consequences.

We then saw in Family Court that FD and his former atty appeared to be submitting false financials to the court that directly contradicted documents submitted to Farmington Bank/Peoples Bank for loan purposes. We saw the Loan Officer, Sue Morin, from Farmington Bank/Peoples Bank deposed by Family Court and she involked her 5th amendment right.

All this has been going on in court now for over 2 years and so far as I can tell there have been no consequences for FD.

MOO

So why weren’t bank financials subpoened? Moving right along, judge, here are his financial statements produced for the bank loans from just a few months ago. We can use these to establish his financial position.

Norm Pattis tonight on a hearing set for Fotis Dulos to address his GPS monitoring system: “Apparently a man presumed innocent needs the battery on his GPS monitor adjusted. We expect no drama and no controversy.”
Attorney calls it “picayune nonsense.”

As a practicing Catholic in the words of Harry Connick , I am practicing until I get it right, I am wont to question her faith. Hoping she has one and is all in to do the right thing and make the right choices. It's all about redemption in the end.
Though I didn't like her rosary necklace. Then it came to me. Who am I to judge?
I know . Religion and politics is not something we want to get in to.
MOO.

So, was she lying then or lying now? Either way, she’s a liar. And cannot be believed.

He’s in civil litigation maybe @gitana1 or @riolove77 can weigh in on the correct mechanism to examine the seized computers - although that’s criminal so I don’t know if it’s possible but I sure would try - we have no idea what all was taken in the search only what he petitioned the court to be returned IIRC - JMO

Subpoena them after backing up the entire system. The evidence is in there for both cases. Just copy and paste.

No drama and no controversy? Is NP on drugs? Like I mean sedatives, if he’s thinking he’s going to be able to hold back on drama and controversy. That’s the only show he’s got, isn’t it?
It looks like Judge Blawie doesn’t think it’s a simple matter of adjusting batteries or he wouldn’t have called FD into court to deal with it. Look forward to seeing what words Blawie will have to set the energizer bunny straight on Monday. Maybe he needs a tighter leash.

If your income is either $40,000 or maybe $4,000,000, (approximations) on what did you file taxes? It can't be both. IMO.
Might be gross revenue for Fore as opposed to individual salary/ profit to FD after expenses. I guess he should have fired MT to free up $120,000 a year that would go right to the bottom line. Sounds like child support and medical insurance could have been paid fairly easily after $120,000 expense cut out.

You could be on the exact path to explain why FD has fought so long and so hard in 2 courts to not provide financial information and why he needed his atty to to put together the court statements of financial disclosure.

Maybe Quickbooks records don't exist and FORE is a simple scam put over on Farmington Bank and Danbury Savings bank and other 'friends' of FD!

Honestly at this point and having read quite a bit of the court testimony, there is nothing that would surprise me! Nothing.

MOO
I failed to note that Craig killed his wife because many of his "investors" were expecting a return on their money just weeks in the future and he had taken out a hefty insurance policy on her to cover that.

(As an aside, his girlfriend was a stripper who looked way better than you-know-who. No RL suits....difficult to do the lap dances in those. Just sayin'.)

I think the last time the issue of bankruptcy was discussed that they atty's thought that it was unlikely given that the reporting requirements would be such that FD could not or would not comply and that non compliance would represent a Federal Crime with very severe penalties for abuse and non compliance (vs everything we have seen so far which is State related crime - although on the filing false statements for mortgages or bank loans, if proven, that might cross over into Federal charges potentially).

I wonder if there is some State ordered procedure to undertake an orderly sale of FORE assets that might be an option?

From everything we have seen with FD, I am not sure that he will even respond to a court judgment from the Civil Court in the event that GF/Atty Weinstein prevail (which I expect will be the case).

MOO
Receiver can be appointed. But I think Dr. Farber wants it all to come back to her via foreclosing all that she can foreclose on. Leaves yet ANOTHER court appointed good ole boy from taking up time and expense.

Hmmmm.
Power suit. Shirt.
Not a tee shirt and pants. Wonder what that’s all about. Oh, and spare us your tears. We could care less.
Her father? At least parents standing by MT. Have to admit, her family is there. I guess Dr. T and the mother don’t get along? So he came and she stayed home.

Where is sister of FD? Brother in law? Niece? Think he has a brother in Mass., right up the road. There’s plenty stashed in Greece for them to come here and hold his hand. Especially, since brother in law retired.
Hmmmmm.
And the plot thickens.
It's not stretching credulity to think MT's parents might both have been involved with FD and MT in scamming Jennifer's family.

I suppose they also could have some of their dirty money invested in FD, perhaps suckered in by him as Jennifer's father was.

Wanna' bet she's never paid into Social Security?!
I can't imagine FD making those deductions.
He may not have paid his own either.

Count me in that thousand....booking a ticket from Memphis!

Aren't county jails full of people under lock & key who are also presumed innocent?

Protecting the public from people who left enough evidence to establish probable cause of a felony is the point.

How does a non-working monitor do that?

Might as well hang a block of cheddar on his foot.

Am doing the old skim and scan to catch up on the discussion. One of the things I don't understand about the monitoring devices is who is in charge of monitoring them?
From some of the discussions it appears that the bonding agencies do this. Is that correct? How often do the companies write reports to the court? What is considered a serious breach of security? For instance, if the battery went to zero, would the bonding company call the person wearing the device or notify local PD?

This entire situation is unclear to me.
