Also the same style one MT wore except her stripes are thicker. Must be a couple set. She wore it more than once as well

If I’m correct, anyone can file a grievance against an attorney for violations, whether client or not. Maybe if the CT bar received a thousand grievances filed against NP, the grievance committee would sit up and take notice. And then DO SOMETHING!
What? You filed a grievance and there’s been no answer? They have to answer. If nothing more than we’ve investigated and find no problem. From there, you should be able to appeal the finding of no problem.@Midwestmom2019, I've filed 2 on behalf of the citizens of CT and have yet to hear anything back. I also keep checking to see if any of the Judges or atty's involved with Atty. P. have filed anything recently and have seen zero. I can only surmise that CT Judiciary is a 'go along to get along' kind of place for both attys and Judges and folks just don't rock the boat.
Tick tock....tick tock....
Gifts to each other, methinks.
Hickory dickory dock.
I'm working on letters to the Judges next but I'm only doing it to get the issues out of my head and NOT because any response will be forthcoming. What? Double you tee ef?????
Incredible.
Agree 100% and now it’s TOO late to correct her grave mistakes !I'm working on letters to the Judges next but I'm only doing it to get the issues out of my head and NOT because any response will be forthcoming.
I have tried very hard to put myself into the shoes of Judge Heller in Family Court in particular and even giving weight to the views of gitana1 who I respect greatly for her knowledge of Family Law, I am not at all certain she did much to safeguard the 5 children (other than supervised visitation) or DV victim JD. IMO the Family Court case was tragic on so many levels and IMO the person responsible, in addition to the litigation participants, was Judge Heller.
I keep reading sections of the documents and Judge Heller exhibited wishful thinking that bordered on delusional when she talked about how 2 well educated people (JF and FD) should be able to work things out in the Dulos divorce. I believe this statement was repeated when the total number of motions in the case hit 400 or so. I think the old definition of insanity as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results IMO relates to Judge Heller.
Was she waiting for another 400 motions before the case was even ready for trial? After 500 motions (around the time JF went missing) the divorce case was nowhere near ready for trial by most accounts. There is a lot of blame to go around in the divorce action as there were multiple judges and GALS etc., but the person that might have had an impact, Judge Heller, IMO just went through the motions of pushing paper and punting the ball down the field, over and over and over again.
There was no end in sight, and perhaps FD and MT both knew this and perhaps this was the motive for what happened to JF?
IDK, keep thinking about motive and how the Judges in Family Court were not blameless.
MOO
1000 likes. This was a judge without control. Also, and I have been lambasted in the past for this statement, sorry but JD attorney played a role also, IMO. I know this opinion is controversial but I think it was poor representation. The longer this went on, the more danger to JD. Weinstein is spectacular. Attorney for JD in divorce action, not so much. JMHO.I'm working on letters to the Judges next but I'm only doing it to get the issues out of my head and NOT because any response will be forthcoming.

Then she gave it to him. There can be no other explanation. Unless he’s superstitious and it’s his lucky shirt.

Speaking of surreal, I went to a dinner tonight and looked up to see a person who looked exactly like NP, ponytail and all. I mean exactly! It was eerie. I finally realized it couldn’t be NP because the person wasn’t spouting wild inanities. MOO.

I am not so sure he would have given up. The children were an extension of him and in his eyes, his property. Additionally, he was in dire need of the funds she could provide. He wanted all of their money. I don't think he would have ever settled for anything less.It went on bc legal bills were being paid. Had either party stopped paying the bills, all the motions would have stopped being filed and no hearings held.
JFD was bound and determined to squeeze FD to the extreme. Whether it was her idea or her lawyer’s idea, it does not matter now. Let him have visitation. Pay child support based on $50,000 a year. Joint custody. It takes about 6 months after divorce granted that dead beat dad fades into the distance. He would have never paid child support. She could have kept passports for children. Had she let him save face, she might have been alive today. He would have “coached” MT’s daughter instead of his own. Given him power over another child.
This scenario is played over and over in every divorce court in America today. Most of the time, when money for fighting runs out, it settles or goes to a short trial in front of the judge. And it’s over.
Yes, everyone played a role in this tragedy. And any one player could have stopped it. But it was a dream divorce case. Unlimited money to argue everything they could think of.
Follow the money. It’s always about the money.
Jennifer’s remains would be found if there was a million dollar reward put up to lead to her location. Because someone other than FD knows where she is today. EE figured out something was up. Someone else holds a piece of the puzzle. They might not even know that they know something critical to the investigation. Or afraid for their own life. Or being an accomplice.
How many drums did FD purchase? How many did he dispose of out in the open?
The clue is out there. The person has to be assured of safety by anonymity. Like EE. What a brilliant move to hire criminal defense counsel to assist in turning over evidence to LE.
