I don’t know how those detectives stood it. Omg. What the heck. Even Bowman was trying to get her story straight in the interviews and still this was the result? MOO.

I know, right? Interview #3 (the one you are referring to) opens with MT been asked and admitting that she was not telling LE the truth in interviews #1 and #2. She is then asked by LE whether or not FD was at 4Jax the morning of 5/24. She word salads around not answering and Bowman was finally like “Michelle was FD there or not?” And finally she frustratingly drags out a “Nooooooo.”
If I am Bowman as soon as that interview is over I’m telling MT I can no longer represent her.
I know we’ve talked about her accent and being from Argentina etc....BUT something beyond a language barrier is happening here. Her phrasing is utterly bizarre and honestly I’d have to see video of her interviews and watch her expressions and body language but this lady seems just odd or out to lunch. Doesn’t change her guilt or anything. Others have mentioned it. She seems out there to me. Obviously she is. She had sex on a Tacoma after cleaning up blood from JD. Uh huh?

Does anyone understand leaving the JFd Suburban running lights on AND leaving the vehicle in reverse?

The theory here for awhile that the JFd Suburban was taken to Waveny to setup possible theory for JFD going for a jog before heading into NY - other theories were presented too.

But why leave Suburban in a way that would call attention to it with running lights on?

Was this intentional or an error? Why leave the vehicle in this state? Were they trying to make it seem like the vehicle had been stolen? IDK?

Or like she was ambushed? Not sure how that vehicle does but don’t some keep running lights on if the key is on? I’m surprised the truck didn’t back up on its own—a danger for sure. Can you leave a car in reverse and turn it off? I guess...weird. Maybe someone not involved with this crime DID try to steal it and left when the police came? MOO.

I still think she was dismembered and went through MIRA, but I think the grave was one of the pre-planned ideas. They probably planned for months on this together.

Fotis Dulos, estranged husband of missing mom, charged with felony murder

FARMINGTON, CT (WFSB) - A man at the center of his estranged wife's disappearance was charged with murder on Tuesday.

Fotis Dulos is accused of killing Jennifer Farber Dulos of New Canaan. She vanished more than seven months ago, on May 24.

State police officially charged him with murder, felony murder and kidnapping on Tuesday. His bond was set at $6 million.

Michelle Troconis, Fotis Dulos' former girlfriend, was also arrested for conspiracy to commit murder, according to troopers.

Still processing the KM grave at the Windsor Rod and Gun Club. None of this crew looks up to grave digging but maybe KM is stronger than he appears! IDK.

Per AW3 it appears we now have Fd with a vintage French Bike riding in NC to get to 69/71 Welles garage and mudroom to kill JFd with a blunt object/s and secured the body with zip ties! Escape from 69/71 Welles is via JFd own Suburban which is driven to Waveny/Lapham Rd. where the body and bike are moved into EE Toyota Tacoma for places unknown (possibly 80 MS or another FORE property)!

KM and MT back in Farmington waiting for orders at 4Jx both staring at Fd cell phone sitting on a desk!

How could MT think that repeating the 'alibi scripts' was the way forward here? Once Atty Bowman learned of the 'alibi scripts' in the meetings with LE, did he advise his client to not continue to spout the 'alibi script' nonsense?

From reading AW3, I'm not convinced MT told Atty Bowman much of anything either in terms of what happened. But if Atty Bowman realised that MT wasn't sharing the truth with LE then why allow her to continue to talk to LE?

MT didn't just lie for 1 or 2 meetings but she continued to lie and be uncooperative throughout IMO. Why did Atty Bowman facilitate all the meetings with LE when he saw what was going on with his client in terms of her responsiveness to questioning?

I can only imagine how Mama A would have responded in a similar circumstance to that of MT in the various meetings with LE here. Mama A was present at the meetings with LE too I believe (she was seen escorting MT but we don't know if she was allowed in the meeting). I wonder if there is some strategy here with MT that has been plotted by Mama A and atty's unknown that we are simply missing? IDK.

Also, NP seemed very confident this am when he was interviewed leaving 4 JXing that his client would be able to make the $6 million dollar bail. How's that possible? Where would cash be coming from? Greek benefactor? (which I still mostly think is him). Most of the real estate FD has in CT seems like it's encumbered so won't be available as collateral for bail. I recall @thekirbyfamily saying she saw a lot of Fore Group for sale signs on vacant land near one of his other homes (MS?) so maybe he can offer up those properties? IDK. The whole situation seems so fishy to me.

Who is to say they won’t run? To Greece, Argentina, etc.? With all those relatives, disguise Fd and Mt like one and go? The Japan incident has me concerned. MOO.

The photo was on surveillance from the Merritt parkway in AW2. If you zoom it up and filter, you can see what looks like a bicycle wheel in the back of the truck bed. Also something lumpy underneath like a lumpy tarp. It also looked like LE intentionally blurred out some of the details in the photo in AW2. It turns out it was both a bike and a body.

Yes photo is authentic of course. I would not manipulate/alter the original photo. Sleuth and I saw the body and bike long ago.... it means her body was still in tact leaving NC JMO

It speaks to how wonk MT is! Like Susan smith telling the man who’d broken up with her via letter that she was not only sleeping with her stepfather and his father but a variety of other men as well. Thinking to show him how desirable she was? Same deal here. Like on some level MTs gotta let people know that FDs her man and he’s a genuine hunk of burning love and she’s got him?
It’s so inappropriate. Yes, he seemed very confident about making bail. Unless FD can put up $6 million in real estate with the court, he will have to pay a bondsman $420K. Bondsman have to get their fee. Often, they ask for additional collateral as well. Usually a co-signer is needed regardless of whether the defendant has his own assets. It's a safeguard in that hopefully, the defendant won't screw over a friend or relative by not showing up and making them responsible. Any property that FD would put up with the court would have a lien on it until trial is concluded. No selling any property in the meantime. Can he really afford to throw away $420K just to remain free while awaiting trial? Maybe the 401K has alot of money in it? JMO.
ETA: If I was one of his lawyers and I wasn't getting paid timely, I would be awful upset about spending money on bail. He's already paid $70K.

Well so she says. She is like a teenage boy wanting the world to know she has sex. She is awfully fond of using sex as an alibi. If they really have sex as often as she claims then I am guessing a good portion of the money went to big pharma for viagra and cialis. He is 50+ years old. To the best of my experience from my husband's and many friends accounts most 50 year old men just are not that "ready and eager". Her poor daughter is going to someday read those statements and see how her mom acted like a horny little teenager.
