lol, usury loans are about 30% now for those payday loans. We saw he was digging the bottom of the loan barrel before (wonder what those rates were when he thought just a few months turn around vs. yearssssssssssssssssssss or liffffffffffffffffe) but now... nope, not even usury rates will save him now.
MOO NP’s too smart to lend fd money. He knows what he is dealing with and NP likes his money too much to just throw it away.

I’ve always thought that he waited outside, and rushed in as Jennifer was existing her vehicle.

She would have had no chance.
Yes, originally I thought so too. I've played around with Fd being outside and rushing from rear of Suburban forward and attacked Jfd as she leaves the Suburban. But so far no blood spatter is listed for Drivers side of Suburban, its just listed on Passenger side, which was why I originally didn't think it was as likely but lets puzzle it out if the attack happens instead on the Passenger side of the Suburban which seems likely based on the evidence we now have from AW3.

What I struggle with for the Fd outside scenario is that he would have had to stay out of the sight line of the Suburban (probably not hard as he is petite and Suburban is high off the ground - but Suburban does have sensors I think and I'm not sure if they would capture him - IDK) and stay crouched down and then spring out and attack JFd as she crossed in front of the Suburban to get to the mud room door. This waiting outside could be a risky scenario for Fd as if JFd caught any glimpse or hint of movement then she could have simply locked her doors and stayed in the Suburban. It seems critical that Fd needed JFd to exit the vehicle and not have any exit/safety options and so she needed to be away from the Suburban I think.

Could he have entered the garage previously via the outside door to yard and been hiding behind the Land Rover and then rushed JFd via that direction via coming up the middle aisle between the two vehicles? JFd then reaches for the mudroom door to go inside and he jumps her from the back? This seems likely to me as it would give him surprise and she might have been slightly off balance due to going into the door too. He could take advantage of her being slightly off balance by attacking and dragging her backwards into the corridor area between the two vehicles.

Seems like either method could work. But we also have the puzzle pieces of LA saying the patio door I believe was open and JFd purse was inside along with her tea and unfinished granola bar. Was the tea and bar from before she left for school drop off? Did she not take her purse on the school run?

JFd was initially attacked around the mudroom door and then dragged between the two vehicles in the garage. This area according to AW3 had blood all over it on the floor and vehicle doors (Land Rover and Suburban) and East Wall too I believe.

It makes sense that Fd would want JFd to pull the Suburban inside and close the overhead door such that she was truly trapped. Frightening thought.

The longer this goes on, the more he abuses the legal system, the more I fear sadistic pleasures at play.

Surely the gravesite at the gun club was KM's evil brainchild.... but what about FD? Where could he bury someone, for maximum sick pleasure? Farber property. I think he'd think that was clever....

Two bags of lime were used SOMEWHERE.

It's going to be really difficult to have any kind of faith in the legal system if these two post bail again.

In my opinion, KM has one chance here, one chance to cling to a modicum of decency, by singing. He's lost all respect among his family, his friends, his colleagues, all of humanity, but before he meets his Maker, he needs to do one right thing. Tell LE what FD did and didn't do.

Tell us, KM, where is Jennifer?

IMO IMO IMO

@gitana1, agree with @MassGuy that its a solid summary.

But know that the knife issue and Fudge (homeless person) that was supposedly 'uncovered' by DA at the HC hasn't been corroborated by LE and we see no mention of knife or specific murder weapon in AW3. DA says that the knife has never been found, but to me the issue is that its unclear whether the knife ever existed as its never been verified by LE in any of the AWs. I'm saying this even though I believe the idea of a knife as a murder weapon or weapon associated with dismemberment of the body makes some sense. Further, Fudge does say that he recalls the pillows (mentioned in AW3) and a knife which could be important information and tie all these pieces of evidence together at some point.

Based on the AW3 commentary from Dr. Gill (State ME) the idea of blunt force trauma along with an weapon like a knife seem likely IMO.

I just didn't want you to be confused by the knife reference and Fudge story as this is info specific to DA and the HC. Perhaps eventually LE will put some meat and evidence around the HC story, but so far LE has just talked about the 2 pillows portion of the original DA story.

Agree that NP wouldn't lend money to FD BUT WOULD HE HOLD ON TO THE MONEY THAT FD EFFECTIVELY BORROWED FROM FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS WITH NO INTENTION OF REPAYING????

I believe LE has to investigate the flow of funds here closely and it looks like they are on the trail. Sadly though it probably will be a day late and many dollars short as the money has already been spent by Fd for legal fees and bail/bond.
