Michelle had to pay her lawyer to make an application to get permission to take this stuff. Probably cost min. $2,500. Juicers, spatulas, etc. aren't worth much.
IMO There are items at the house which are evidence of her complicity in JD's death. Some of them may be on her list. Some she may try to grab while she is taking the others.
Its not about juicers, etc. It is Michelle trying to beat the needle!

I did wonder if she was looking for other stuff, too-but doesn’t she have to be accompanied in that house by someone who isn’t her lawyer? And is she allowed to paw theough and take stuff that isn’t on the list that she made? How and why does anyone remember “seven plastic spoons”? I call BS on this list. First, the longer the list is, the easier to “hide” the items of importance such as linked to JD. Let’s all look at these very carefully and think. Second, by being so specific, it will make it easier for her to say, “Oh, I can’t find plastic spoon #5; guess I better dig through everything else” and either swipe stuff that’s not hers or search for the incriminating items. I’m thinking about those knives, too. I think they should record her every move while she’s there. Why don’t they just send someone in to get these items? They can use smartphones to coordinate. I don’t think her bad karma should be allowed back in that house that JD’s money paid for. And how kind of her to make yet another public spectacle reminding everyone like JD’s five kids that FD’s former mistress (well, the publicly discarded mistress before his newer mistress) moved herself into their mom’s house with apparently half the clearance section of a department store that tries—and fails—to position itself as the place where all the hippest, coolest people shop. The dogs need to go along. MOO.

Looking at the list, what items are “buried” to make them noticeable. I’m going with the gray sofa and orange rug in the BASEMENT. The orange doesn’t seem to go with the rest here. MOO.

Seems like a lot of trouble to go to for a bunch of what I consider to be some really ordinary stuff. Unless she wants to make it appear like she had a full and beautiful life before she met him and wasn’t just a homeless s**t, coming in with nothing, or maybe she loaded up the list so it wouldn’t seem like she only wanted the “tasteful nudes”-you know, so they’d get lost in the middle of the list.

MT's Instagram page is really disgusting as she reinvents herself. The motorcycle pictures (Think there are 3) includes the larger one and a smaller one in the back of a truck also. She uses these as how she teaches her daughter to live in the moment without fear...of the past or future. A definite sign of good parenting???

In fact, MT's last three posts have used her daughter's art and pictures with her daughter to try to improve her own self-image. Reaffirms the accusations that MT would use anyone to get what she wants, including the 5 children of her lover, as well as her own daughter.

A 250 isn't really mini, Hondas are relatively tall, a teen might have trouble with it? Our garage includes a Yamaha 250 (sits shorter than a Honda 250, ) a KLR, and two Triumphs. The 250 is as tall as the KLR and the smaller Triumph, just narrower -- smaller engine.

Yes, this is an agile, athletic teen, and as far as we can tell child safety is not a concern of her mother.

Estate executor, Family Court representative, someone from Weinstein & from Dranganis (sp) plus audio and video of every single moment Michele Troconis is on the children's property.

Yes, she should have shown receipts. IMO they were bought on credit cards so she should have invoices for the stuff. Was some of the stuff already there OR did FD buy it, since his family had it loaded in the moving truck to take to Greece OR did it come from staging out Fore homes for sale? IMOO, if they had no monies, it may have been staged furniture.

The Greek family/AC 'Tried' to take items out of the house with the 3 moving trucks/vans after Fd committed suicide.

The neighbor called LE and LE made the Greek family/AC take everything back out of the trucks and put it back in the house.

Of course, they could have taken small items in their suitcases, when they left. AC included. I would like to think that suitcases were 'checked' by LE.

The Greek Family/AC were allowed to stay at 4JC for a few days after the death of Fd. However, they were Strictly Instructed that they were to take NOTHING from the house. NOTHING.

A few days later, those moving trucks/vans showed up at 4JC.

What part of the instructions did they Not understand? Take Nothing indicates Take NOTHING.

The instructions included that the house and contents would go through Probate and any items that the Family/AC were entitled to, could be submitted to the Court.

Even MT got that point and she all of a sudden cannot understand English.

I hope MT isn’t using these Instagram posts to send messages to JD’s children. MT continues to act like a person without a conscience and no care or consideration for others. It’s obvious to see why JD had to get a court order to keep MT away from the children.

Exactly! This is what I think, too, about her desire to get in there. Who knows what is hidden where. They should either not let her in or have the dogs and a guard go with her. They can take photos of things and show them to her. Can someone tell me how it is that she even gets to have what she says is her stuff? If it was hers, why didn’t she get it when she moved out? Oh, hmmm, maybe it wasn’t hers or maybe she left it there because her assertion that they had broken up was yet another lie (well, until FD had AC and then MT was then just his “partner in crime”.) She moved out long ago, she never paid rent, her boyfriend dumped her for his new girlfriend, GF owns the house, JD and GF paid for the house and so much more...whenever I’ve heard of someone leaving belongings in a house they never rented or owned (kind of like squatting?), the person forfeits those. I can’t think anyone would want that stuff knowing it was hers but I feel like it all should be examined carefully. And then donated to a domestic-violence shelter. MOO. Hmmmm. Maybe the nudes aren’t even there anymore. Hmmmm. MOO.
