Prosecution is calmly and assertively up to the task, IMO. Judge, too.
k couldn't see exactly who was there as they walked in, but I counted the 'supporters'. Basically the number adds up to: legal team, mom and pop, sisters and husbands. And actually, possibly minus a sister and a couple of their husbands. Is Michelle’s whole entourage in the courtroom?
How ever if she flips her hair one more time....Looks like the gravity of the case is dawning on the defendant.
JMO.
Answering myself - looks like a left ear wire. I bet it’s turned off by her IMO!Is she listening to a translator? I can’t see if she has earbuds in or not.
I do believe the judge denied that motion after briefly stating that the jury can hear cross examination and that "bloodlike" is not the same as "blood."Lengthy objection from the defense over LE's references to "bloodlike substances". Arguing some were tested and weren't blood of any kind, prejudicial, suggests pools of blood when there were only drops.
Judge said the jury is capable of listening to cross examination. "Bloodlike" is already modified (they aren't saying it was blood, only bloodlike).
I didn't catch whether the judge ruled on it or pushed it to tomorrow.
