Thank you, curious why both sides waived their opening stmts. Cathy w/L&C has confirmed:Evidently in Connecticut it is not uncommon for opening statements to be waived by the attorneys - this comes from Court TV. They also state this is their first trial in CO and how they all think it is bizarre!
It's a little fuzzy, but I kind of recall in the beginning it was either established or highly speculated that Fotis did go into her bedroom to look for some critical legal documents. IDK. I wish we could search convo's on this site because I'm pretty sure that was discussed. Hmmm...Fotis was in there-I am sure of it
I noticed in the video what looked like 2 pet bowls side by side on the floor. Did they have a pet at that house? What kind and where was it at time of events?Clabby

I don't know but he certainly conveyed his position on the subject -- that victims can't be precluded from trials abd that he'd support the motion insofar as to admonish then not to confer testimony with other witnesses, which I assume is SOP.Megnut, I missed whether the judge ruled on this motion today. Do you know? Or, did he defer his decision until later?
That makes sense that he could have followed her in when she opened the garage door, but I can't shake his maneuver the night before*[*correction: two nights before], being on site, coaxing a child to get something from the garage. I don't trust him. Straight up manipulation IMO. Use a child to learn the code.I suppose the remainder of the court day will be showing the interior of the home. As nice as it is, I don't need to see every closet. Will be back tomorrow for Day Two.
Note: on L&C video, GrayHughes jumped into chat to offer his thoughts that Dulos hid until Jennifer opened the garage door after dropping off the children then followed behind her car.
He was with the kids on Wednesday, 5/22. The “dinner party/planning session” was on Thursday 5/23. Murder was Friday 5/24.[Timeline help -- FD had his dinner party the night before, left to meet up with KM under the pretense of needing more meat. Was this the same night he also intended to take the children to a shuttered restaurant, resulting in his having dinner with the children in Jennifer's yard? Or were those events on different days?]
Different days. He was supposed to take the kids to Grace Farms in New Canaan on 5/22/2019, but claiming it was closed, he imposed upon JFD to allow him to picnic with the children in her backyard instead.[Timeline help -- FD had his dinner party the night before, left to meet up with KM under the pretense of needing more meat.
