I think there was a time when the prosecution believed he could add something to their case; to that end, his trial would have to come after hers, because his testimony in her trial would need to hurt her, but not him. If his trial happened first, whatever his defense ended up being, would determine what he could say about her contribution. In other words, if his defense was that he was nowhere near any of this, he couldn’t testify that she was involved. I suspect he was trying to get a “deal”, and offered to testify-but the prosecution and LE want her remains, and he wouldn’t pony up that information, if he had it, because that would be bad for his future. It’s my opinion that KM is of very little use to the prosecution, at this point. He was mostly just trying to get out of jail, where he sat, while fD and MT were essentially free. He conned the state, I think, so they would lower his bond and they accepted a property that was overvalued as collateral. Why would they schedule her trial before KM’s? If he can’t help them find the body, is he really adding anything of value by testifying (if he is called)? They both should get the same treatment.
Whose keys are they? What do we think? They are all house keys, aren’t they?
Count on it imo! Also, if KM or MT was in New Canaan that morning, do you think that they have evidence of this that was not revealed in the AW’s?
I glanced around streetview and didn't see anything obvious aside from the Chrysalis Center cameras personally.Assuming some of them would have cameras. Just not the C4 cameras?
This is exactly what I am hoping for! You're right. My mistake.
I am eager to see what will eventually be presented from the several smaller envelopes that were in the larger evidence envelope with the doctored plates. Praying that removal of the blue tape/adhesive from the doctored plates resulted in collection of prints and/or DNA of whoever applied the tape.
I hope those keys belong to MTSuch a horrific day for all of us watching, yet I’d like to give a big round of applause today to Atty Manning! She stood her ground and refused to get sidetracked by the defense. Kept on task and kept the witness stand moving at a pretty swift pace.
(I hope the keys will be discussed at some point. The defense does not want them in the evidence pool at all).
Great evidence photos in this link
I think so. Normal tumbler keys regularly used on doors anyway. That's a lot of keys though. For instance, on my keys, other than car and lockers, I have two different ones for my house, one for my office, and another for a business I occasionally help with.Whose keys are they? What do we think? They are all house keys, aren’t they?
Did they find the key to JFd's Suburban? IIRC they retrieved a key from her house in order to drive the vehicle onto the trailer.Whose keys are they? What do we think? They are all house keys, aren’t they?
No words. And the jurors see this, right? This is apparently exactly how much the defendant cares.

Did PG ever mention that his keys were missing, maybe left in his truck? To me, they look like a bunch of house keys….something that someone working on houses under construction would have.I think so. Normal tumbler keys regularly used on doors anyway. That's a lot of keys though. For instance, on my keys, other than car and lockers, I have two different ones for my house, one for my office, and another for a business I occasionally help with.
In my completely unprofessional opinion, the top four look pretty standard, but the bottom four look more specialized. Clearly still fairly normal tumbler keys, but more heavy duty?
Of the bottom 4, the one on the left looks just like my house key. Who would have this many different house keys?I think so. Normal tumbler keys regularly used on doors anyway. It is possible. In the search warrant related to FD's 2015 Chevy Suburban, LE indicates that surveillance on Thurton Dr, New Canaan captured a black Chevy Suburban that had front left quarter panel damage that was consistent with that depicted on insurance photographs associated with a vehicle accident involving MT, which occurred on 5/17/19 on I-84 in Tolland. The properties at the end of Thurton Dr back up to the rear of the 69 Welles Ln lot. Also, if KM or MT was in New Canaan that morning, do you think that they have evidence of this that was not revealed in the AW’s?
But why throw them away?I do wonder if those keys might be keys that fD used to give PG when he sent him to work on one or another of the houses.
You're right, I just tried to look up the Emtek and Baldwin keys, and those both appear to be their normal blank models.Of the bottom 4, the one on the left looks just like my house key. Who would have this many different house keys?
Either you didn't mean to or they're of evidentiary value. I'm leaning towards the latter given the fact that JS seemed determined to keep them out currently. But why throw them away?
Keys must be impt - no one chucks all those keys in a garbage can.Whose keys are they? What do we think? They are all house keys, aren’t they?
I think the top four look like keys to a lock on the entry door of a house.Did they find the key to JFd's Suburban? IIRC they retrieved a key from her house in order to drive the vehicle onto the trailer.
I imagine JFd's keys would look different though.
Agree with OPs upthread --- they look like house keys.
