Yes, I believe that was the plan, but KS ought to have been the one to see that he got to court, and he didn’t do that.
Attorneys aren’t in the lawyering business to be altruistic (esp this one). They litigate to earn money. They also run an asset check on their clients and I’m pretty sure they knew the FD gig was up, so, IMO, NP assessed the financial situation and booked his flight to DC to accompany the new and lucrative gravy train, Alex Jones, who actually had millions in assets and sent his associate, which burned FD because he thought he “deserved” the representation of the famous NP gratis and here we are. No one is at fault for his suicide, except FD himself. FD also knew his gig was up and, cowardly, checked himself out. IMO.
