FD - 1 DNA event

FD has fingerprints on a bag, and dna in gloves.

JS... if your client is innocent, had no idea what FD was doing, why didn't she abandon the alibi script and cooperate with LE? Leading them on a field to trip to wear Jennifer isn't isn't helping.

One case that sticks out to me though with not quite the same circumstances was with Scott Peterson. When Amber Frey realized what was going on and she had been lied to, she immediately notified authorities. Nothing of conscience to note with MT.

I do as well but since they can not confirm that the electric toothbrush was only used by Jennifer this is the situation we find ourselves in.
It breaks my heart. The clothing and all of the other bloody items confirms for almost everyone (cept MT maybe) that Jennifer was killed brutally by the person who put her clothing and other items in that bag.

Oh I still have a hard time with referring to Jennifer FARBER Dulos as “electric toothbrush.”

He was so obnoxious today. How he'd be forced to bring in a 6th grade math professor and the head of the lab to corroborate his third grade exhibit. Yeah, well, JS, if that's what it takes to defend your very beige client, then that's what you need to do. Don't whine to the judge about how hard your job is.

By my math, that exhibit took him .22 nanoseconds to make and that includes time spent enlarging his fine, shrinking his margins and selecting cheerful primary colors. I don't think he's going to call on any professors or heads of anywhere. They'd leave him looking even more ridiculous.

Such derision in his tone. So annoying. These analysts simply did their jobs, followed procedure and recorded results. No scandal, no horse in the race, just data.

Gross to bring the minor daughter in.

Ope, JS just asking if KM was tested against submitted DNA. The witness says his DNA was never submitted.

Here’s hoping that the State has pinpointed KM’s exact whereabouts that day so felt comparing dna was unnecessary. JMO

They know she’s dead - just looking at the shirt and the bra is enough imo. The state will tell them she is legally declared dead before all is said and done.

First she could have touched him in the Raptor. Secondary transfer.

Then she could have inadvertently touched the next bag while removing a bag while inside cleanity cleaning.

Then because he understands mitochondrial DNA like a 5th grader, maybe the daughter or mother touched the bag when they were cleaning so it's not MT at all....

And that's why there's such a teeny tiny bit of nanopicomichi.

Yes JS was the one that mentioned her by name. I was happy to hear that. Hopefully her name will be used from this point forward.

We have heard all about the red Tacoma and then today we heard how almost none of the swabs taken in the Tacoma generated a profile, so it makes sense to me that they need PG to testify about FD getting his truck detailed (as well as the whole seats issue). Seem like perfect timing to me, let it be

Replying to my own for emphasis-

We know FD did the murder yet he had only ONE dna event captured on a bag.
MT had TWO dna events on bags.

They were glove wearing, and dna aware.

Fact she only had “3 skin cells” on 2 bags, makes her look TWICE as guilty of disposing evidence when compared to FD who had “3 skin cells” on one bag. 3rd grade math.

One of the search warrants listed at least two Apple laptops. They certainly would have been searched, but I don't think we know the results. Troconis also complained about her computer being taken, but I'm not sure if it was one of the laptops listed.

Good to see you back here again, MassGuy. One of the laptops that LE seized belonged to MT’s mother. And also they confiscated one belonging to her daughter, but not sure exactly what they took from fD and MT.

I move to take a sample of illegally dumped garage in Hartford, and see if it is common to have such a marked ABSENCE of identifying DNA and or fingerprints on it.

But what really amazes me is the panty liner. How can such an item that is worn right up against skin and pubies, touching three holes that are sources of biological material, worn where one is generally warm and perspires, and had a sticky side to attract cells and hairs NOT have a usable profile? I don't get it.
