Great post. A thought on the bolded portion of your post...while this was early in the investigation, Cindy's multitude of calls and texts to Casey starting around July 1 tells me that she was worried. I assume that George told Cindy that Casey showed up at the house on June 24th ( Casey was telling Cindy she was in Tampa at this point). I doubt that Cindy was just learning of Casey's lies in this police interview. It is my opinion that Cindy knew much more during this interview than she was telling investigators. My opinion only.
That was agonizing to listen to the story of KC and Juliette in Jacksonville and then on to Tampa, the day of recreation and then, oops, the traffic accident eight cars ahead of KC that involved Zanny. Poor KC had to oversee everything related to Zanny's hospital stay to include driving back to Orlando to recover Zanny's insurance papers (that apparently she did not need for admittance). Oh and then that laceration behind Z's ear that was not noticed the day of the accident but was discovered when Z could not stop throwing up. What a terrible ordeal for them all.
CA told this story for what seemed to be an hour (at some point I was engaged in a laughing jag). I was amazed by the restraint that LE showed during the whole cochamamie story. After CA had finished, Yuri said something to the affect of, "You know that isn't true. KC was never in Jacksonville or Tampa. Her cell phone shows she never left Orlando at all over this period of time." CA says, I know that now BUT ......
Do we know if Caylee was with Casey on the 8th when Cindy went to Mt. Dora ? I have looked for this info and can't find it...On the calendar, for June 8th, it says Casey and Caylee were at Ricardo's until mid morning (they spent the night there), so I would assume Caylee stayed with Casey for the day ??
Well, I believe she said "She didn't fight with me" which leaves the door open that there was a fight, but with someone else. (But personally I think she was just lying about it, because that's not a crime, y'know..)
Do we know if CA really went to Mt. Dora June 8? I wondered out loud about this on another thread but have never come across any proof she visited that weekend as well as June 15. Has anyone else?

I listened again (at the end of pt. 5 , Official Docs) It is confusing because JM begins to question CA about the fight (that KC left the house on the 15th because of one) and he says KC went to SG to stay with friends and saw ZG. At that point, CA remembers she is armed with info that she read in the Discovery, page 45, that ZG is really CZG
(C. Za----- Gonzalee, no Fernandez). CA begins her questioning back to JM and tells him :waitasec: that the name signed on the SG card is not ZFG it is CZG so why are we here? JM asked CA how do you know that? CA said she read it in the Discovery, Pg. 45. JM said you're prepared (he's chagrined) and CA says you're darn right I'm prepared.
If this wasn't so serious, it would be hysterical. CA ain't rolling over that's for sure. She's probably thinking, since she knows what happened, that these people are way off base and think they're so smart and they don't know jack. If the name of the SG woman isn't the name KC wrote, then why are we here?
CA felt she had just won a round with a knockout and the question of the fight got lost in the sparring that took place around the legitimacy of ZG being an issue. But CA did say "no" there was no fight on the 15th.
JM clearly seemed sidelined by CA's call out about the name conflict. He was indignant that CA came prepared. He used that wrap-up tone that lawyers like to use and he lost me.
CA used the opportunity to point out the ZG name discrepancy, which has nothing to do with if she had a fight with KC, so she was feeling victorious.
I would like to know about the name discrepancy too since it has been reported that a ZFG had visited SG.
ROFLMAO, Bond!!! hahahaha!
For a second there, I thought you'd been Cindyized! lololol
Casey met TL for the first time on May 24th after they had established a relationship online through Facebook. TL invited Casey to a birthday party that was being given for a friend of his. They hit it off and Casey apparently fell head over heels for TL.
I think it's a pretty safe bet that from that point on - May 24th - there was a real tug of war between Casey and Cindy. As Casey opted for TL in lieu of her responsibilities to Caylee, she and Cindy argued, probably pretty much on a daily basis. Not that Casey was responsible before TL came into her life, but now her desire to be with TL as much as possible, made her even more irresponsible, if that's possible. Casey would do anything to be with TL and her new friends, and if that inconvenienced her mother, that was okay by her.......she just didn't care.
So, I can see daily arguments between Cindy and Casey and the likelihood of an explosive argument sometime the first week of June and again, on June 15th. Whether or not Cindy choked Casey is not really important in the grand scheme of things. What's important is what threats may have been made by either party.
Something happened that was the catalyst for the events that followed June 15, 2008 that resulted in the death of Caylee.
Somewhere, (I *think* while listening to CA's 2 hr., 19min Aug. 1st audio interview) Cindy says that she and George were seperated for 6 months prior to Caylee's birth. I believe it was from Dec. '04 - June '05.
While re-reading here tonight, I had a thought. About CA finding out Casey had duped her into babysitting the night of the "no clothes party". WHY was CA snooping on her daughter's computer? Would the parent of an adult child snoop without reason? Surely if Casey thought her mother was a snoop just for snoop's sake, she would have hidden her online persona better. ? Wondering aloud...
hey woe! look up, post #433
You drinkin' Bond? :spinner:

That "lower left side of town" statement KC to LA has been driving me really crazy!! Thank goodness someone brought it up. Who was it? Bond?
I don't think it's this, but if you fact the A house, Caylee's remains were on the lower left corner of their block.
Anyway, ideas? IIRC, Lee seemed to know exactly what she meant.
