She needs to be reported and stopped. She is acting completely unprofessional and is taunting the victim's family, which I am sure is not one of her roles as the killer's mitigation specialist. This is as bad as ALV approaching Travis' sister during court! I'm sure she has violated some clause in her contract against unethical use of social media and the Internet while employed by Maricopa County. :tantrum:

Please...does ANYONE know if there is any governing body or commission or agency where we could report the Mitigation Specialist. Her twitter and facebook accounts are verified, and I'm appalled a member of the DT is allowed to act this way on social media in regards to a client/case they are on.

Hi Hez, thanks for the additional info. Would you mind providing a link to the source.:blowkiss:

VALERIE PARASO, KFYI (via telephone): Maybe, we -- Nancy, we really don`t know at this point. We know that juror number 17 was back in judge`s chambers with the judge, and they came out. Court was dismissed for the day. The judge said, Something happened beyond anyone`s control. Anyone`s

guess what that is. We really don`t know. But it`s looking like there might be a problem with juror number 17.

GRACE: Oh, man! Oh, man! OK. Are we losing another juror? So far today, an outburst in the courtroom. Defense lawyer Kirk Nurmi has a fit

when the state`s witness won`t give him the answer he wants. So he has a display of temper and outbursts in front of the jury. The state comes up.

Martinez follows suit, does the same. Nobody`s thrown out. Then we find out another juror. This will be the third juror down. And we`re only on

day three.

Problem is.... she is not elected by voters, per AZL

Judges are voted to be retained or not to be retained however. I think steelman was indicating her retention vote will take place in 2016. Her name will be known to the AZ voters.

Just read that Juan prosecuted one of Juror 17's husbands in 2000.

You are one brave soul to venture over there. I haven't been since the guilt phase and won't ever go back.

Might I suggest a shower? You might feel better :shame:

I sure didnt stay long. I glanced at the front page and it was vile and disgusting.

Most respectfully, can you please provide a link?

ETA: nevermind. I'm not into sleuthing jurors. If she talks to the mainstream media, I'll read about it.

O/T? The point remains

Guilty of MULTIPLE cold, calculated heinous MURDERS yet sentenced to LWOP in DP States:

Dennis Rader - 10 victims

Gary Ridgway - Convicted of 49, confessed to at least 71, presumed to be 90+ (he can't recall all of them. So many the facts get mixed up)

Randy Woodfield - 18 (probably more, but he ain't talking)

Wayne Williams - 2 convictions suspected in @30 others.

If she had replaced juror #17 with an alternate, Jodi would be on Death Row tonight

True, but it would have been overturned on appeal, so she'd end up in the same situation. It would be nice if she would have had to sit on death row, but eventually she'd end up with life.

I've searched and cannot find it. Only finding the original #17 from 1st trial

After reading all these tweets, I really am angry at JSS, she truly is the blame for the hung Jury, she was told the reason for the hung jury and that it was because 11 jurors felt the hold out was bias because of the movie and the new she had watched and brought all of that into the jury room. This Judge should have removed and replaced that juror and No, JSS had to be the one to let JA escape the DP!!!!

Exactly. Why didn't she ?

I seriously believe that this should at least be investigated, i.e., did she meet the definition of a juror refusing to deliberate, whatever that legal standard may be, did JSS take into serious consideration that this juror attempted to discuss the Lifetime movie on Arias in the jury room and the other 11 jurors expressed very real concerns over this, and whatever else alledged that may have serious reprecussions.

FWIW, I watched Dr. Drew tonight and I couldn't believe Eiglarsh's almost hysterical response to questioning whether or not this juror engaged in juror misconduct. I agree that we must respect jurors for their decisions and standing firm in what they believe BUT if there was misconduct or failure to follow the law we MUST address these transgressions.

Anonymity. The link would provide name. I respect your integrity and ability to resist!

I don't know...
Scott Peterson had a deliberating juror replaced and he still resides on death row. It's one reason why alternates are chosen
