I do not think he does.
Sure, I think it is possible. 1 in 3 girls are sexually molested before age 18, so I guess there is a 33.3333 % chance she is telling the truth.
I am no shrink, but its possible that part of the reason that Casey was such a crappy mother is because she was sexually abused and her own mother didn't protect her.
Does that excuse any of the criminal charges against her? Of course not. But just because she may be a pathological liar doesn't mean she has lied about everything. I am sure that they tell the truth sometimes.
Futhermore, if George is as weak as he appears, it wouldn't shock me to learn he abused Casey (once, repeated, who knows) as a way of inflicting power and control over her, because he felt so powerless with his wife/marriage/life. I can also imagine an older Casey holding threats to tell Cindy or the authorities over George to keep him in line and to manipulate him.
Hi, MrsJonNob. But only a tiny fraction of that third of molested women are molested by their fathers. In this case, the indications are multiple that there was no such attack:
1. Casey didn't remember it until she was facing a capital murder charge. "Recovered" memories are very frequently inaccurate and Casey has a very clear motivation to "remember" things that would save her life.
2. Mr. Anthony made no mention of it in his suicide note.
3. Casey's lies are so numerous and various that they form a central part of both the prosecution and the defense.

I had a relative who I see at times reflected in Casey. My relative was (sexually) abused from the age of 5 up until the age of 16 (when the man abusing her was arrested). After the arrest of this man, my relative went absolutely wild: drinking, drugs, orgies, stealing, lying, rage/anger issues, etc. Was Casey herself abused? I don't know. If so, was it her dad and/or her brother? Again, I have no idea. But I do see patterns of abuse exhibited by Casey similar to those I observed from my relative.

Respectfully snipped by me
