There's a question relating to George that I would love to see asked of the owner/manager of that tow yard.

Of his past 500 customers, how many brought cans of gas with them, sort of "just in case", when they came to retrieve a car?

How did George know that car was out of gas?

The notice from the tow yard didn't tell him. He claims not to have heard from his daughter for several days. How did he know ANYTHING was wrong with the car? Why not a battery? Why not a fan belt?

With his daughter and granddaughter supposedly missing, instead of calling LE, ex detective George Anthony brought gas, filled er up, rolled down the windows to be able to tolerate the smell, drove the car home, parked it, started destroying evidence, and went off to work.

Wonder if he "whistled while he worked"?

To me that is George's albatross he will wear for the rest of his disgusting life. Instead of doing the right thing and calling LE he gets in that car and breathes in the last molecules of the rotting flesh of his granddaughters and drives it home gagging. I hope he smells it in his dreams for the perversion he was a part of to the justice system.

That's fine but she was told to pay him for the car and she did not. They let her not pay but LA said he was made to pay. With CA being the only girl of 3 or 4 brothers and the youngest I could imagine she wanted KC to be treated differently. I think LA was shaped into the brother CA wished she had had as a child. It does cause problems when one is treated differently than the others. jmo

No kidding..I was the youngest of 5 kids...the baby of the family..Boy, I hated to be called that. I was the one that always got blamed for stealing the last donut and never included in games. I guess my sister and 3 brothers thought my mom babied me so they made up for it. It's funny now but at the time it wasn't. I agree, I think CA would not allow anything less than perfect children. LA towed the line and the felon was a bit of embarrasment to CA.

Justice with Judge Jeanine is talking about the Anthony's now on Fox.

:innocent: ummmmm, just went to youtube. I watched the whole thing and I was left with three thoughts. I agree with him , I wished he was in the courtoom when the verdict was read :great:, and <modsnip>. And soon....;:floorlaugh:

I think if he had been on the jury there would have been a different outcome. :bigfight:

IMO

I don't know but it doesn't seen to far fetched that George grabbed his gas can before going to the tow yard. He knew that the car was towed for some reason. Running out of gas would be on the short list knowing that KC would do that at times. If the battery was bad, a jump start would probably get you going. He would know this. If it's anything more major, you have it towed to a shop and have it checked out. MOO.

On Judge J: (sorry, trying to do a live transcript!)
Fuhrman believes C & G are saying things that they "would like to have happened".
Further says It's strange G & C are now coming up with differing versions of cause of death.
LP says he and others know way more about what happened than G & C do themselves ... but no time given by Judge J to expand really.

I thought it was telling when Dr. P was talking to CA asking her if she felt GA was lieing to her about his involvement in Caylees placement in the swamp and CA replied...Not when it comes to our family, KC and Caylee. She was separating GA's lies. CA felt GA wasn't lieing about that but GA had lied about other things.
Also I believe on Mondays show DR. P will address the question to CA ...did she feel she would have known if any molestation was going on in her house...

Yes, I think that is right after they talked about his gambling on line problem that evidently he was keeping from her.

And Casey had a track record a mile long of not having money to put gas in the car. The first thing I would have thought of was she had run out of gas.

I don't find that odd at all. In fact my hubby has had family or friends call him and say their car wont start and he always takes his gas can in case they are just out of gas which that WAS the reason a couple of times when one of our daughter's called and the other time one of our nieces. :floorlaugh:

Cindy's rationalizing about it being nothing dumping a body where it was makes me really wonder if her or Lee found the body in the wheel well of the trunk and drove it down there and threw it out.

She is way to comfortable with Caylee being thrown out like that.

Cindy Anthony has fully convinced me that Caylee was not her heart.

Her heart is her chosen one..........the very one who killed Caylee.

She has completely dismissed Caylee from the picture and trivialized everything that was done to her ........ and by whom.

GA actually went to the tow yard twice. The first time they told him it would be $500 and he needed the title to the car. So he called CA to go to the bank while he went home to get the title. He came back with the gas cans. jmo

I think what was sealed were likely the reports and subsequent depositions of Dr Danzinger and Dr Weitz. .
IIRC the defense added these two doctors to the defense witness list around March April 2011. It seems Baez wanted these two doctors to testify about post traumatic stress disorder. Ashton opposed it . Perry told him to take their depositions anyway.

Midway Danzinger's depo, Judge Perry was contacted by the defense and asked if the depo could be stopped. :waitasec: Ashton made it known he would be asking for State doctors to examine her also. After all that the defense withdrew both docs from the guilt phase of the trial.

Turns out neither doctor went so far to diagnose the then ICA with PTSD. That came out during one of the pre-trial hearings that took place in March and April of 2011. None the less Baez wished them to be allowed to talk about hypothetical cause and effect. :waitasec: After a session in Judge Perry's chambers Baez announced he was withdrawing both doctors from the guilt phase of the trial.

:twocents:I think these would be the obvious people she would have told about the alledged sexual abuse. At the time it seemed that Baez wanted these guys to testify for FCA, despite neither of them affirming she had any sort of PTSD, essentially imo get the abuse allegations in by the back door.

As we now know comments about alledged sexual abuse were restricted to Baez' OS though he tried and failed to proffer testimony from Tony Lazarro. Turned out Tony could only remember her telling him her brother "tried to feel her up" and George may have disciplined her.:innocent:

Hindsight shines a bright light, and when I look at the timing of the above, Im even more convinced the abuse defense only came about after the Muffin letters and Mason came on board. moo

Thanks krisskross. This is what I was thinking of in my post but could not remember the details.

I'm not sure these doctors had spoken to KC recently they were just going to give opinions. Dr. D had examined her when she was arrested though and she could have said something then and it was brought up during questioning before the trial. Could it be the doctor felt she was lying???? jmo

As with most else in Cindy's mind, Caylee has become irrelevant to the matter. Her focus has long been Casey. Thus the impression she seems to have that it doesn't matter where Caylee was dumped or found. To her, that is not the issue ... the public's perception of Cindy and Casey is.

ETA: As I speak, a psychotherapist has come on Judge J and says Cindy cares only about her daughter. Judge J asks how Cindy can possibly believe justice for Caylee was by her mother walking?

ETA: Sorry angeleleven. That's twice now I trumped your post (you're probably seeing it a minute before I do here)

Ya. That sounds right. Either way,he guessed right about needing gas for the Sunfire.

And I think GA asked if it was out of gas and the manager said he did not know because the car was locked. GA was also prohibited from going into the back of the yard until they paid their money so I guess GA figured he better bring those gas cans. He had to know KC had no job. She had just stolen his cans a couple of days before the car was towed. jmo
