This may have already been linked but it is the clip from Dr. Phil's website about Monday's show.

Sounds like it will be intriguing to me.

IMO Cindy is going to look straight at him and tell some more bald face lies.

GA actually went to the tow yard twice. The first time they told him it would be $500 and he needed the title to the car. So he called CA to go to the bank while he went home to get the title. He came back with the gas cans. jmo

I find it interesting that Cindy would have to go to the bank to get money. Why wouldn't she simply write a check - unless she had placed her money in a separate account since Casey had dipped into her regular bank account and she had to move money to a special account to keep it safe. Hmmmm. She did say in her 911 call that she had affadavits from the bank about the money stolen from her account. Maybe she had started to wise up a bit. I would love to know when she got the affadavit from the bank. I don't believe that was ever brought up.

I think tow yards accept cash only.

IMO

Just a little personal experience. My dad had a towing business and one of his clients was the local police department. When he would do a tow for the police, the people who would be his "customers" would not be very happy when they came to retrieve their cars. If he took their payment in anything other than cash, he didn't get paid at all. That's just the nature of that business.

The only reason Cindy defends Casey is because she sees that as something a good mother would do. It's part of her con. No denial. No guilt. No trying to protect the daughter she loves. I don't believe any of those things motivate Cindy Anthony.

Remember her interview, "what kind of mother would I be if I didn't support my daughter?" or something very close to that. Cindy doesn't give a carp about anyone but Cindy, imo. Cindy cares only about how she is perceived and what she can get. She ain't lying out of guilt, denial or love. She is lying for personal gain. The supportive mother in denial routine garners her sympathy with some. It allows her to start a foundation to rake in cash. If she admits how she really feels and what she really knows, she becomes an accomplice of sorts. Gone is the sympathy and opportunity for financial gain. Gone is the "supportive mother and doting grandmother" persona. Casey has been on to her mom for years. She has Cindy's number. Cindy knows Casey is her mirror image and probably admires Casey for killing her daughter and managing to get away with it. She has Casey's number. George and Lee are hot messes that don't know how to handle these psychotic women so they just do as they're told and hope for the best.

I can not give one bit of credit for any sincere feeling to Cindy or Casey Anthony. To me, their shallow callousness and self-absorption is transparent. Sweet Caylee Marie Anthony is dead because neither of these two women have sincere loving feelings and the child got caught in the vortex of their competitive hateful relationship. Psychos.

ALL JMO...

I just wish someone would ask George about that.

IMO, there are volumes of questions that should be asked of these two, but in all the interviews they have done no one has ever asked very pressing questions. Phil McGraw was in a perfect position to ask some serious questions and he did ask a few, but very few. Why did he let CA go on and on to the point of digging her hole deeper, only to stop there and not challenge her further?

It makes me wonder if all the questions to be asked were not given to GA and CA beforehand so they could rehearse their answers. And if that is the case, what if this pre-taping release of the questions to GA and CA listed questions they indicated they would not answer--to the point where they would refuse to do the interview if the questions were kept in?

For some reason, Phil missed an opportunity with these two. I have not watched his show for a very long time but back when I did watch I saw him pull out all the stops with people he was interviewing. He didn't do that with GA and CA, though. There has to be a reason for that.

BBM - This is sooo true.

he interviewed them 9 hours and 3 hours less commercials ended up for us to see. and his show seems to have changed format to fit other shows now...the shows that preview to tell us what they are going to say, then it shows them saying it, then it reviews to show us what they said...

You make some good points. Did the Anthonys have a say so before the interview? Or did they have a say so with the editing of the show? Maybe both, or maybe neither.

I doubt they had any say in the editing process. But I can believe they either arranged in advance to not talk about certain subjects, or they went in to the interview and were asked questions that they refused to answer...and those refusals were edited out.

I think we are on the same page here. The Anthonys could have, in a written contract with the Dr Phil Show, stated that they would not talk about "XYZ" on the show. If "XYZ" is discussed on the show it shall be edited out. The "XYZ" could be anything George and Cindy wants. MOO

Imo...the A's have now become a "crime family," albeit one from the modern suburbs...and CA is like "Ma Barker" [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ma_Barker"]Ma Barker - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia@@AMEPARAM@@/wiki/File:Ma_Barker.jpg" class="image" title="Barker circa 1930"><img alt="" src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/1/10/Ma_Barker.jpg/220px-Ma_Barker.jpg"@@AMEPARAM@@en/thumb/1/10/Ma_Barker.jpg/220px-Ma_Barker.jpg[/ame]

Totally agree. The minute GA opened the car door and the odor of death reached his nostrils by his own admission to the tow yard guy was that he had to look in the trunk while praying it wasn't his daughter or grand daughter. Then, when GA made the conscious decision to get into the car that reeked of human decomposition and drive the car to his home, instead of calling 911 or LE. As a former member of LE he knew full well that car was involved in some kind of a crime and he hadn't spoke with his daughter nor his grand daughter in 31 days, how did he know the girls hadn't met with foul play and he was now driving the possible evidence of the crime to his house?

Once at the house the A's once again, instead of calling authorites to come and check out the car, their daughter and grand daughter missing, decide that cleaning the car, washing pants, wiping off Mama Doll, unload two bottles of Febreeze in the car (CA's admission) and throwing in some Bounce dryer sheets is more worthy of their time when time is of the essence when a crime has been committed. GA called the police when he had gas stolen but daughter's abandoned car that emits the smell of death, daughter and grand daughter unaccounted for and GA doesn't skip a beat and goes on to work.

Doesn't make a lick of sense. None.

It kind of leads one to believe that they already knew and it was stall/buying more time trying to come up with a plausible scenario. Me thinks that there was a method to their madness being hashed out in those 31 days. IMO

As an ex detective I think your posts are invaluable. I would imagine you see things alot of us miss just as JA looked at the duct tape and saw those pictures telling a very clear story in his eyes. It's always fascinated me how people who are in their choosen profession for years can spot things right away that the rest of us are sometimes blind to..Thanks!....:seeya:

That's why they're getting paid for it and were not. Not only are they trained for it, the more you do of something the better you get at it. They probably have spotted a few more things that none of has even thought of and it's probably staring us right in the face.

I'm trying to decide if I would take a lie detector test - I'm not sure - but I guess it would depend on who was asking and why....

Did LE really suspect everyone of lying or were they just trying to flush things out? What was the purpose - I just don't recall paying any attention at all to this at the time....
Mark Klass took one right away so LE wouldn't waste a moment trying to rule out family
He explained that LE often requests lie detector tests of families who report missing children because statistics tell us families are often involved.

In this case, they had a missing baby,a car that smelled like death ,George saying one thing and Cindy another, giggly /stormy Lee ,all on top of Casey's lies.

Given the accusations Cindy was making against all of Casey's friends ,you'd think THEY'D be the ones to refuse the test, but they had nothing to hide. Jesse was being investigated ,and still cooperated.
TonE and his friends admitted they smoked pot and allowed LE to search the apartment.
Caylee's welfare came above any personal consequences for cooperating,to them.
But not to Cindy ,George and Lee.

Dr. Phil could commit the entire season to all the issues we discuss here!

I back tracked the post you quoted and it appears it started with a post about George Anthony. I think its getting a bit twisted after few quotes on top of quotes.

I would like to know when the Nigerian Scam turned into an online gambling problem???????

I think it was the other way around .He told CA he lost the money gambling, but "admited to LE it was actually getting stung by a Nigerian scam. He didn't want Cindy to know,IIRC
