It has been mentioned (by Skinner IIRC) that CWW has fibromyalgia. Others have suggested CWW might be collecting Social Security Disability. Here is some interesting information about the Evaluation of Fibromyalgia by the SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION for Disability Insurance:

http://www.socialsecurity.gov/OP_Home/rulings/di/01/SSR2012-02-di-01.html
SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION – Disability Insurance
Effective Date: July 25, 2012
POLICY INTERPRETATION RULING

SSR 12-2p: Titles II and XVI: Evaluation of Fibromyalgia

Purpose:
This Social Security Ruling (SSR) provides guidance on how we develop evidence to establish that a person has a medically determinable impairment (MDI) of fibromyalgia (FM), and how we evaluate FM in disability claims and continuing disability reviews under titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act (Act).[SUP][1][/SUP]

EXCERPT:
Policy Interpretation
I. What general criteria can establish that a person has an MDI of FM? Generally, a person can establish that he or she has an MDI of FM by providing evidence from an acceptable medical source.[SUP][3][/SUP] A licensed physician (a medical or osteopathic doctor) is the only acceptable medical source who can provide such evidence. We cannot rely upon the physician's diagnosis alone. The evidence must document that the physician reviewed the person's medical history and conducted a physical exam. We will review the physician's treatment notes to see if they are consistent with the diagnosis of FM, determine whether the person's symptoms have improved, worsened, or remained stable over time, and establish the physician's assessment over time of the person's physical strength and functional abilities.

^^^ About FIBROMYALGIA, I posted the above on the CWW thread.

Maybe his fibromyalgia is self-diagnosed. After all, there are no real definitive tests for it. It isn't proven with a blood test or any kinds of xrays, CAT scans, etc. But let's say he has a real diagnosis from a doctor. What could he do with that? He could apply for disability but the chances of him getting it for that are slim. In fact, even with a verified illness many applicants are denied right off the bat and have to fight to get reconsideration with stronger "evidence". So maybe he got himself that St. Petersburg address in FL that he mentioned on his facebook page about a year ago, and started creating phony letters appearing to be from Dr. S and altered test results actually belonging to other patients, etc. in an attempt to get reconsideration for disability from the state of Florida. Then if he had that going, maybe he could do the same thing in the state of Missouri with a slight change of his name and a SSN obtained from a patient of Dr. S that he could tell would be unlikely to be discovered. Or he could be trying to get disability by impersonating MS and collecting benefits in his name. Hmmm. So then if TS and/or MS discovered this and confronted him with it, he was worried about being turned in for fraud. But because he couldn't kill his best friend, he killed Dr. S to send a strong message to MS that he meant business and wouldn't stand for being turned in.

Solid Theory!

My understanding is if you get disability, you must have evals by doctors that SS makes you go to.SS is hard to get.

This is correct, although in thinking about this I realized here we are talking about his possible being on disability only to realize he was doing computer work for them.
Perhaps not official employee and paid via cash.

This could be so. I have a family member who had a stroke and gets $1600/mo. on disability. That is also the amount he would retire on based upon what he has put into the system. As far as I know, unless you are blind, that is the max. And I don't think you can get SSI (which I think is only like $200-$300 a mo) on top of disability, but I could be wrong.
We had to go to a special govt-approved doc for him to get the "approval" for disability. We had to drive an hour away to get to this doc even though we lived in an metro area.
I think it is possible that CWW did claim fibro and was living off the disability in a trailer. Maybe TS was going to call the feds on him. So he killed her.

I think the fibromyalgia was likely just one if his many scams....

I just read the eulogy given by the lady priest and this idea popped into my head. She related a story about how many homeless had TS to thank for getting disability and now having homes. Maybe she DID NOT help WWW with his..cough.. Fibromyalgia and that made him real mad? Could be something as weird as that to push a tweeked-out CWW to murder.

OMG. That could totally set off a crazy guy who thought he might be able to get benefits for having fibromyaligia (I can't recall if it was reported that he ever did say that he suffered from fibro in MSM or even SM, but assuming he was suffering from it and that TS was the doctor in that vicinity who could approve his benefits (I think there are just a few per region who can give the okay for benefits) that could definitely be his motive!

As a disability lawyer explained it to me- the more 'educated' you are, the more highly skilled, the harder it is to get disability. If, for example, you did foundry work for your entire career, heavy, hard physical labor- a dx of fibromyalgia could very well qualify you for disability. BUT... if you do more highly skilled but not PHYSICAL work.. ( ahem,, say computer work ... ) then it would be less disabling and much more difficult to get on disability. You have skills that are less impacted by physical limitations. So IF one worked self employed, out of your home, and could work when and how much you feel like on any given day... getting disability from Fibro would be more difficult. BUT... mental illness ... now THAT is a whole different story, and people with a mental health 'diagnosis' will not infrequently claim their disability is from a bad back, or what have you... rather than saying "well I am on disability for BiPolar disorder... understandably.... Not suggesting that is the case but....

All that being said... considering his 'disability' payments would be small potatoes compared to what he probably got paid by TS ( and others) for doing computer work... and the $10,000 he supposedly paid JR for his help would pretty much wipe out most of his disability payments... he would have just destroyed his bigger source of income ( even if he were never caught ) Interesting theory but not big enough, in my mind, to justify CWW committing murder. Had to be something MUCH bigger...MOO

I don't know..even if he was getting the 1600 a month max (which i doubt) he had to pay JR. He was risking his life and freedom for SSDI benefits? TS was a holistic healer. I don't see her being involved with the volume of paperwork for SSDI and the notion that you are permanently disabled from fibromyalgia. it seems as though she would believe that an illness as vague as fibromyalgia, which cannot be diagnosed with conventional medical knowledge would be something she might think she could cure using a holistic approach. It would be like throwing in the towel. JMO Now, could MS have created a whole "doctored" patient profile on himself and submitted fraudulent claims for SSDI, sure. Is this a reason to murder TS? Is this the "wow" factor? No. MOO Plus, his legal address was in Missouri, right? Would the SS administration look askance at someone who had to go all the way to Florida to get someone to approve his SSDI? I'm not feeling it. MOO

Just my opinion on all of this.

Yeah, you're right. You thought this through better than I did.

What exactly did MS ever do for work?LPN?Casino card dealer?

What was his appeal to a brilliant doctor?

I was just trying to be supportive of non-MS theories. Trying to open my mind!

I wonder if the reason MS has been so quiet and staying away from the house etc is not that HE is the one who tipped off LE to CWW as a possible suspect from the beginning. Keeping himself and the girls out of the public due to fear of retaliation?

It doesnt take a degree in rocket science for him to know he is viewed by many as being involved, imo. He may just be laying low and not trying to muddy the water by saying or doing anything that would hinder the police from staying focused on apprehending the real killers. (sounds like shades of OJ). We don't know if he cooperated early on then clammed up, right? Maybe he has some misplaced sense of loyalty to CWW. Basically, let the police let the evidence lead them wherever it leads them but I AM NOT GOING TO PUT MY BFF IN THE ELECTRIC CHAIR. If MS knows he , himself, is innocent, then he can have some reasonable sense of confidence that the evidence will not lead to him. I am not saying I even believe this.. but it is a possibility. Remember.. he is not locked up and it has been close to 3 months. MOO

Just my opinion on all of this.

I have not heard anything bad about him or how he treated his wife and children. Only here.
If anyone can find anything if love to see it..
I might be totally wrong about the man but I'm not sure he's involved.

i posted something previously about one theory in which ms had no hand in the death. cww knew there were valuables ( cash, guns) in a safe or safes in the house. ( i knew of one doctor that kept all cash in a safe in the home for years....a lot of $$$$). My theory is that cww knew about something like this. he also knew ts would be coming home alone. He has jr enter the home, forcibly. jr is to get the safe combination from ts. she resists, or maybe even identifies cww during the robbery, and jr freaks out, and in a fit of rage and panic, kills ts. Ms knows nothing of this and is truly shocked and not acting in a rational way, declares the practice will go on. Jmo

This scenario has also crossed my mind. If MS was not involved, I think we all can agree that WW alone was the mastermind here. Here are a few of my thoughts.

1. Maybe this was never meant to be a murder at all, but a burglary.
The office website clearly states the hours and CLOSURES of the practice for anyone to see. Before TS's facebook was shut down, all this information was PUBLIC. This seemed to be an annual occurrence.
• the fourth week of july: In 2013: 7 /19/13 through 7/28/13. we will resume our normal business hours 7/29/13.

Maybe MS just happened to mention to WW in passing that he and the kids were staying in Connecticut a few more days.

2. WW knows there are safes in the Siever's home, and that they kept all the office money there. He also knew that they were the kinds of safes that were bolted to the floor. He needed the combination. He comes up with a plan that even his BF would never suspect that he would be involved in. After all he lived over a thousand miles away.

3. He knows that HE cannot be seen in Fl. so he hires 6 foot tall JR and gives him $10,000 to be the one that scares her, roughs her up a little and forces her to open the safe. When she refuses, or fights back he goes into a violent rage (he wants that 10k) and hits her over and over (we know how this ends, I cannot even force myself to type it) I don't think WW was with him at the house. They then meet back up and drive back home to Missouri.

More reasons why MS might not be involved.
1.They seemed to be on to WW really quick. While they were questioning Mark, did they ask "do you know of anyone that disliked/hated your wife"? MS more than likely knew WW didn't like TS, and vise versa.

2. Teresa's funeral was held on July 6th. They raided WW's house on JULY 12 at 6am. Did LE already suspect WW, when they attended her funeral?

Something to think about.
1. WW house searched 7-6-2015
2. JR house searched 8-25-2015
3. JR arrested first 8-27-2015
4. WW arrested 8-27-2015

LE "might" actually be using a tactic, to somehow protect MS and his daughters, by not publically speaking about whether he is or isn't cooperating with LE. Although WW is locked up, he is still able to get info though his wife and OTHER men/connections that are just as EVIL as he is. Is MS afraid for the safety of his family?
Just another thought.

Has anyone else here ever seen the movie "The Gift"?
This movie is so eerily similar to this murder!! It asks the question
How well do we really know the people closest to us, and are past bygones ever really bygones?

That's a possibility!
but I think its his meddling into her medical business on the computer that led them to CWW.

I still do not think MS is involved in his wifes murder.
I do believe he has been told to remain silent by LE and by his lawyer if he has one.

Cww IMO wove his way into her business and was probably on the verge of being found out.

CWW is a snake in the grass..

If he was there to rob them why not do when she wasn't there?

He was there for her! He was going to be found out! Had to stop that so he hired his little hammer friend and they went to do the job!

MS had no idea! JMO

Also I don't think CWW was any friend he used ppl for his benefit.
I think he had been living a cushy life off TS and her practice.

then they have to come out publically and clear everyone else on that list of theirs from family to friends and employees.

I think if he wanted his wife dead it would have been an easier way.

I believe it was one of those bigger safes that weigh 300-400lbs. Or one that was bolted in the floor, with a combination. It would be hard to steal a safe that heavy, and get it out the door to your car. And he still would need the combination to open it. Just my opinion ~
