I believe in the DP in certain cases.....but do free with you that this nun should not be allowed to testify. I bet she brings religion into it....which is wrong....I will be interested in her testimony. Did she contact the defense or did they contact her. To me it makes a difference too if she where's her religious garb to court when it is obvious she wears regular clothles a lot of times. I hope the jury can put this testimony in the right light.
