2. That this notary has never met nor notarized any documents for a(n) Eva Williams located at 1418 W. Lake Parker, Lakeland, FL 33805
3. That the document notarized on the 13th of January at 5732 SR 60 E. Plant City, FL 33567 was for the signature of a DeeDee Moore for a sale of land to Richard Land.
4. That there was a physical witness to the signature of DeeDee Moore on the 13th of January named Debbie Munguia at the 5732 SR 60 E, Plant City, FL. address.
5. That DeeDee Moore had in her possession the notarized form page 2 of 3 as signed and notarized in Hillsborough county on the 13th of January and was filed in Polk county on January 22nd, 2010 instrument number 2010011164 book 08060 pages 1260-1262 and used said document with intent to defraud the clerk of the court by trying to represent the quick claim deed as being duly notarized when in fact this notary has never seen that document.
