Hmm...I noticed that JW's weight on his last arrest report stated that he was 130 lbs. I wonder if he is being hospitalized prior to appearing before the judge?
I'll try to refrain from forming the opinion, that maybe he was being delibrately poisoned by his loving "wife".

Rapid/extreme weight loss is common among hardcore drug addicts. If his arrest record from back in July is accurate and his current weight is actually 10 pounds lighter, I attribute it to prolonged drug use and frequent binges where eating becomes a non priority.

IIRC, most of his arrest reports list his weight at 130-135 lbs. The other relative is the one who is usually about 155 lbs.

125 - 2011
125 - 2013
130 - 2015

Also, if I recall from reading through his many criminal records, he is only 5'7"(i may have that wrong), so while 130 is pretty thin, it isn't as scary as it would be if he were taller.

That said, he does look meth-thin. Which brings up another question I have:

Even through all my SM and public records snooping, I was not able to find exactly what kind of drugs the lovely couple are into. Maybe they do whatever: meth, pills, heroin.....do any of you sleuthers know?

I saw an arrest for JW for controlled prescription drugs, so I can say that here. The other info comes from family members' Facebooks and other SM, so I can't really say what they say.

I didn't see actual arrest records or news stories that specify exactly which drugs these two were on; only informal/rumor type info. The neighbor they lived with did say in a news interview that she saw them smoking drugs in a "pipe", which could mean meth or crack, or both.

So what I was trying to straighten out is this:

On June 10th (according to this report) https://cms.sarasotaclerk.com/Bench...Details/2028811?digest=kAzMG4Xgm4PfzIUK+uvffQ JW makes some kind of bogus 911 call (you have to enter his name then that case, then click charges to see the actual offense date).

Three days later on June 13th at 6pm (according to this article) http://www.mysuncoast.com/news/stat...cle_ee785c64-140a-11e5-886c-93928a383a57.html their house mysteriously burns down. This article says 2 adults at the home but another one I found said 2 women and 1 man, and the man was treated for burns to his back. (too bad they weren't more severe and he was confined to a burn unit for a few months).

So then they move in with the neighbors and they're drugging it up. The first lady they move in with on that same street says she had to have the law come because they were doing drugs in her house (http://www.nbc-2.com/story/30229558/...e#.ViUwI36ntD9). KB is pregnant with Chance at this time.

An arrest warrant was issued on June 17th for that bogus 911 call. (see the first link - scroll to the bottom of the summary tab). This is 4 days after the fire.

They move on to the next neighbor on the same street. Sometime in that time frame of bouncing around the street & drugging it up, JW is actually arrested for the that bogus 911 call (http://www.sarasotasheriff.org/operations/corrections/arrest-reports.html) on June 26th (and then released the next day on $500 bond) in the 14000 block of Tamiami Trail in North Port. I checked google maps. It's just over a mile away from Lullaby Dr. There's a Budget Motel right there on the corner.

On July 22nd, the prosecutor dropped the charges & JW was free as a bird.

Five days later (according to the DOB on the NCMEC missing poster http://www.missingkids.com/poster/NCMC/1255660/1) Chance was born.

Now, I don't know why the prosecutor dropped the charges, or why they weren't arrested when the first neighbor called the police about them doing drugs in her house. Or what that bogus 911 call was all about in the first place. It just seems to me, there were SO many opportunities for these two to be locked up before Chance was ever born. Heck, if you look at their criminal history, it's kind of mind boggling they were on the streets to begin with.

:gaah:

I did read somewhere that they were smoking meth. I will try to track it down.

They moved in with the neighbor who complained about the drug use a few weeks after Duane died - that was in 2014, not after the fire. KB became pregnant with Chance in Oct 2014; not sure when the neighbor kicked them out, but I recall they had only been in the fire house for a few weeks when the fire happened, so maybe neighbor kicked them out in Mar-Apr 2015 time frame? KB would have been about 5-6 months pregnant at that time.

After the fire, the Red Cross put them up at the Budget Inn Motel for what was supposed to be 2 or 3 days (this was in June 2015), but they stayed there until after Chance was born. Around that time the neighbors threw KB a baby shower because they had lost most of Chance's things in the fire. I think they left the Budget Inn in Aug 2015, IIRC.

They moved into the house where they killed Chance only about 2-3 weeks before his murder.
