I noticed the use by Kawass and KM, also. Are they using this to suggest familiarity - you, the jurors are our "friends"? I haven't liked it one little bit.

Lol, Tallahassee is a true southern town. They use the word y'all. Not you guys. I doubt the word you guys is to get buddy-buddy with the Tallahassee jurors. It screams I am a northerner or I am from another town that is ripe with Northerners, e.g. Miami. In my opinion.

Wonder if the ADHD is the disability KM mentioned on the stand that one of her children had? This specialist just mentioned that one of the kids suffers from this like SG does. If so that is ridiculous attempt at sympathy. I regard as a disability as something physical. Lots of kids and people have ADHD.

I've transitioned to Markeith Loyd. He's on the stand!!

I want to hear about the relationship with KM but I feel like we already know what that was all about. It did make me sad that she said KM was not affectionate and would hit him. I believe it! KM manipulated all his vulnerabilities.

Wondering if the Markels are hoping for the dp or not?
Imo, the family should get to decide what should happen.
DM did author an essay on "State, Be Not Proud: A Retributivist Defense of the Commutation of Death Row and the Abolition of the Death penalty." I would think at this point his family want all involved to be brought to justice. I believe we will see their stance on the death penalty during their victims impact statements.
