When are we going to find out the jury breakdown???? Why have we not heard from even ONE juror?

Sometimes with controversial outcomes it takes awhile...

You don't know the half of it, my sister teases her teen gkids with patty. They are really disturbed by her. The kids insist she put her away when they visit, but sis brings her out when they least expect it. Like when they are asleep she will stand her at the end of the bed(she's tall) and take a photo to show them in the morning.

This is too funny. I am only 5'2" and I noted the size of the doll. That would be very very creepy.

My mother has 3 sisters and they were all terrorized by my oldest aunt that made up an imaginary person named ZEKE. The aunt that I am closest to is still traumatized to this day. She is also the one that introduced me to true crime. I read her Ted Bundy book in my preteens. Scared me to death. I knew at an early age what people are capable of.....did keep me safe and aware.

Since you said speculate in my own opinion and imagination, here goes.....


I have no facts, just observations from looking into the eyes of the accused and the deceased and what I feel. First I took a look at Dan and saw honest emotion shining for all to see. Next I looked deep into Garcia and all that resonated was sadness. What I saw from Rivera was cold, hard and unfeeling. Katherine showed not one bit of sadness or remorse and it seemed she was showing strength. Finally Wendi. I was overwhelmed at the manipulation emanating from her. Her smugness, her cunning, her detachment. Deflecting suspicion elsewhere and offering up diversions that leave her blameless and oh so innocent. I'm not falling for it, she is the ONE that benefited from all this. I intentionally left out ma, pa, and brother but they also played their devious part and without their heartless involvement and money Dan would still be here. Wendi, with her influence and emotional exploitation maneuvered her family to get on board and finance this evil deed. And Katherine was more than willing to get on the money train and possibly even suggested providing the means to eliminate Dan. The means being Garcia, who in turn recruited Rivera. You can see where I'm going with this and I know it goes against all the evidence presented so far, but that evidence mainly comes from the mouth of Rivera, who I suspect actually pulled the trigger. Garcia is taking the fall since he was the one that recruited Rivera to make the hit and he is doing his best to protect Katherine the mother of his children. Katherine has kept quiet and sat in jail for three years because she can't implicate Rivera without dire consequences. In my opinion there is no other reason she would not come clean and tell all. She fears for her life and that of her family.

You seem genuine and I do appreciate your views even if they contrast with mine. You also appear to be an independent and critical thinker. Having said that, what do you make of her disregarding what the world can see and raising her sons under the wings of those who allegedly (based on a load of evidence and no other explainable link to the convicted killers) executed their other loving parent. I mean, as far as character goes, not a good look.

Ok how did she act after the arrests? Do you care to expound? All my LE and professional psycho analytical pals say she is cold and hated DM. I know it is conjecture. I for one feel she had no foreknowledge but definitely knew ex post facto.

Good question. I recently unfriended someone who was arrested for animal cruelty.

If a big part of the problems in the marriage had to do with DM's deep involvement in his religion and his desire for his boys to be raised to eat Kosher food only, why did WA and DM marry one another?
The food at the wedding was not Kosher, why was this done if many of (presumably Dan's) guests were Kosher?

Yeah. Talking about jury selection in Part 1. Part 1 not that juicy. I want to hear about deliberations. I had to use earphones to hear, but the sound got better towards the end. This series will give us great insight into what went on in that Jury Room.

This juror does say she thinks an important question that should have been asked of potential jurors was if anyone had gone through a contentious divorce with custody issues. That question was not asked.

Yes, earbuds are a must!! This juror is a college-educated woman, 20-30, and is a mom. That's all she divulged of herself. To me, she sounds white.

ETA: She said Mr. Z. asked questions mostly about circumstantial vs. hard evidence and how the jurors felt about mercy. GC asked, in many different ways, how jurors felt about the death penalty.

Here's a question I have of all female jurors - either in this case or any other..... What do you do about having to go #2 during the day if you have to, since all jurors use the potty together!? We all know this is a no-no for ladies....we need our privacy and try hard to be the only one in a public restroom when the need presents! And there were so many female jurors!
