While I have always thought that Jeff does some speculating and wondering during his police interviews when nobody knows the truth and the whole point is an investigation to explore the facts - but NB he's not under oath - like most of us would in his position, I don't see that the police interviews damaging his credibility as a trial witness.

Was good to review the tapes though - I've not watched them in years.

Reviewing the tapes was also a useful reminder re stuff I'd forgotten
eg JL tells Isom that when WA used to bemoan Tally and her being forced to be in Tally, she used to say she could only leave Tally if something happened to Danny. I'll leave that for a separate post for others to explore.

This may not be the right comment to respond to, but I went back over many of Mentours videos trying to find when Jeffrey spoke to Wendi about his plans to go to Tennessee, and I found a video where Mentour has a list for Jeffrey and its stated there that on June 10th, Jeffrey told Wendi he was going to Tennessee on July 18th at 11:00 AM.
Do not know the source where ML got that info.

TBH When I listened to it I just tried to focus on the Adelsons.
( All the other named people are adults and none of them killed anybody)

One item of many from that Greenberg interview:
As late as 2011 Dan was posting about 5 years of wedded bliss on Facebook ....but in reality Wendi's plotting her exit. ( WA wrote the book a year before the 2012 split)

So much secret plotting & deviousness and so many repeat themes:
- WA did the Pearl Harbour one month before DM's 40th birthday but had been sending invites for a 40th birthday event as if everything was cool.
- What does that remind you of? ( The trial link I posted yesterday where she's sending invites to her parents for child B's August birthday party in Tally even though the Adelsons know they won't be in Tally then)
- A contract killing as birthday gift for a 70th

I am just surprised at how fast everyone got over the divorce. I’ll leave it at that.

Did you see that June 10th date and do you know where that information came from?

If the state don't have access to her 2014 AT&T records is it possible for them to triangulate her progress from Miami to Tallahassee? ( In order to prove that Donna did stop at Charlie's on night of 18th?)
 
On Donna potentially claiming that text did not mean she was actually dropping the money off or stopping by his house, hopefully , any jury will see that they are trying to be too cute by half. Who would really believe that you are going to text someone that you are outside their house because you are driving by on the highway?

What is someone going to do because you're driving by on the highway that would make you text that to them? Ridiculous. But it certainly falls in line with the kind of contorted answers that Wendi gave in her testimony. Bobbing and weaving and torturing into ridiculous testimony, like saying after Dan filed the motion to have supervised visitation that she supposedly baked him a banana bread (from her non-kosher kitchen) and gave him a kiss on the cheek. Puhleeze. Adelsoning.

If I recall correctly I think that’s how they were able to tell what time they got to Orlando, or was there something else?

It was my understanding that LE had access to her phone and could pinpoint where she was at what time. "outside" CA's house at 8.59pm and arriving in Orlando at 1.29am. It's possible that the cell tower records will only show DA was in the area of CA's house as they are not that precise which would tie in with the defences theory DA and HA were simply passing by. But then they did not get to Orlando till 1.29?? It's not a 4.5 hour drive.

Yes, I think if I recall correctly they can place her near his house, but the turnpike is also near his house so in theory they can’t tell the exact location. But I believe that arrival in Orlando at 1:29 is more consistent with having left Ft. Lauderdale later than 9pm.

One of the exhibits was a text exchange between Donna and Charlie on 10/30/13, where they are discussing Wendi's plans to potentially purchase a house in Tallahassee. Among other things, CA states that ths is a terrible idea which would give Dan Markel leverage.

Here is what jumped out at me: CA then asks Donna the following: "Give them their asking price???"

I don't know if this has been discussed before but, could he have been referring to the asking price of the hitmen he supposedly consulted (and who supposedly ran off with CA's money) before enlisting Katie? What else could he be referring to in this context?

I think he is saying that Wendi was offering to give them their asking price for the house, because he says “she is really stupid” first.
