I'm going by what the eye witness said MD yelled as he was grabbing his gun. Some like: "You're not talking to me that way...." Whole different meaning than "Are you talking to ME."

That said, I'm so sad that we still don't have an answer as to whether one can shoot a young black male in Florida carte blanche provided you say you were scared.
