BAKER COUNTY, Fla. —
The mother of missing toddler Lonzie Barton was transported to Baker County.

Lonna Lauramore Barton was transferred from Duval County Wednesday. Her sentencing hearing was rescheduled late last month.

Lonna Barton is due in court on Feb. 23. She will appear in court the same day as her husband Chris, who is also in the Baker County Jail on drug charges.

Lauramore Barton pleaded guilty in January to charges in her son's disappearance. She was charged with child neglect and giving false information to police.

Lauaramore Barton was originally scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 1.

Lonzie Barton was 21 months old when he was reported missing in July 2015. JSO believes they found his remains in Jan. 2016 in a wooded area in the Bayard area.

Baker County officials said Lonna Barton and Chris, Lonzie's father, would be allowed to attend a funeral for Lonzie Barton. Chris Barton is also in the Baker County Jail

She doesn't look like the same woman!

When I saw this photo, I thought it was NK from the Nicole case in Virginia.

Crikey, are they sure thats her?! Wish someone would wipe that smug smile off her face

Weight gain. I really noticed it in the video of when she testified against RE. A lot of weight gain.

Apparently she's well fed and happy in the pen

Why she's smiling like it's a photo shoot?

She certainly does look healthier without the drugs and does look like she has packed on some lbs. IMO. No more stripping & dancing on the pole either. Maybe this is her new "look" for when she faces the judge in her sentencing phase? Barf!

Amazing what happens when you're ingesting FOOD for sustenance instead of drugs, huh?

I will never get over these grinning perps, I swear.

Disposition in Ebron case set for Friday

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- There were new developments Thursday in the case of Ruben Ebron, the man police believe killed toddler Lonzie Barton.
Ebron's case is set for disposition Friday, which could mean a plea deal that has been in the works will be accepted.

<snipped>
Sources tell First Coast News the judge wanted to see the results of the toddler's autopsy before signing off on any deal.
The deal would apparently allow Ebron to plead guilty to aggravated manslaughter with a recommended sentence of 20 years.

So if the judge has the autopsy results and set RE's disposition hearing, the M.E. must have ascertained the remains are Lonzie, wonder why they haven't made that public yet?

The last time we thought Ruben Ebron was going to enter a plea, reporters sat in courtroom for an hour and it was cancelled last minute.

Lonna Barton's attorney is here. He told me he wants to see what happens during #RubenEbron hearing at 8:30. #FINDLONZIE @FCN2go

Ruben Ebron's parents just walked into the courtroom. His hearing is supposed to start at 8:30.

State Attorney candidate Wes White is also here for possible #EbronPlea. He's calling for an end to plea bargaining. https://t.co/7VH3mlJHuQ

Public defender Matt Shirk also walked in for possible #EbronPlea, along with several #JSO homicide detectives, including Hackney.

#JSO Chief Tom Hackney is sitting directly in front of Ruben Ebron's parents. #EbronPlea
