interesting. the hard rock casino is not too far away from our neighborhood.

I am following this case but haven’t been actively discussing but are there casinos in Florida? I had no idea. Are they riverboat casinos?

also. what do people thing about this timeline change. the other murders were in the evening, and this most recent murder was just before 5 am. I'm not sure what to make of that other than it is a change in the timeline.

Possibly very important. With everything he does, he shows LE a little extra piece of himself. It's unavoidable, and that's how he will get caught. The time change could reveal his sleeping/working patterns. Also, in a practical sense, 91k is a lotta $$$-- someone will call . jmo

Scold and reprimand me as you see fit, BUT- I started a Twitter under a pseudonym and under his post about the first victim, (notice the post date and the day he was killed, AND the fact that he has mutual friends of all 3 victims). I simply said "It's time for you to confess", and he blocked me immediately- with no further comments. 😳😳😳. I know......shame on me. 🤦*♀️🤦🏽*♀️🤦*♀️🤦🏽*♀️🤦*♀️!!!!!

i would be too scared to do that!!

be careful

[h=1]Serial Killer Experts says Seminole Heights shooter is "rare"[/h] [h=2]Dr. Jack Levin believes killer is young[/h]
TAMPA, Fla. -- Dr. Jack Levin has studied serial killers since the 1980's, written books about them and even interviewed Charles Manson and the Hillside Strangler in prison.

He believes the serial shooter who's killed 4 people in Seminole Heights lives there and may be a teenager or in his early 20's.
"We're talking about a rare serial killer. We don't get too many of them like this,” said Dr. Jack Levin. "This killer distances himself by using a firearm and more younger killers use guns,” he said.
Levin also said he gets a thrill from terrifying the community and ambushing his victims.

"This guy could conceivably change his location for his murders. He could change his victims. He might decide to strike when there's a group of people there. It ups the ante. He may be getting bored, getting away with murder,” said Levin.
"He'll feel so invincible, so invulnerable, so superior to everyone else that he'll cut corners and it looks to me like he's already cut a corner. There was an eyewitness,” Levin said.

I think he'll probably have a cooling off period of a few months now, a least in that neighborhood. It's too hot right now.

This whole thing reminds me a bit of the Son of Sam. Not many serial killer use guns. I wonder if he'll reach out or taunt authorities next.

and dc snipers

I wish a reporter would ask about DL murder possibly being connected. Maybe he was the first victim then he controlled himself until he couldn’t anymore and then started again.

it is hard to understand how he has not been found because his walk is so unique

This is my first post regarding these incidents, so I apologize if anything related has been brought up. I was taking a close look at the map of the area and I noticed

Quick question. In the video, it looks like tbe guy is flipping around a set of keys. Are they keys or is that a gun?

@blindtheskies The building on Nebraska (west side) between E Caracas and E Wilder, is it currently in use? Is it a church? Any Idea where the latest video comes from?

Welcome & what did you notice?

This is my first post regarding these incidents, so I apologize if anything related has been brought up. I was taking a close look at the map of the area and I noticed some train tracks that run through or around area of Seminole Heights. I was wondering if anyone in the area could speak on the conditions or landscape of the tracks. Just a thought that the killer, one who presumably knows the area well, could use these as a type of subverted isolated channel to enter and flee the scene. Sort of enter undetected, commit the act, and immediately head straight to these tracks, using his speed, dark clothing, and knowledge of area to his advantage.

A church.

Reporter asked where the video came from during the most recent press conference. The chief declined to say.

maybe they think there's safety in numbers? A safe street has people paying attention and watching out for others.

I did not realize they were that close.

looks like he would live in that square -- seems easy to get away.

locals in the earlier video he is seen running does that direction seem like he is going towards or in that square??

I agree with Hat - after the last one . The first three seemed like age wise could have known or passed each other or something

but this last victim is so random

i would be more inclined to stay inside as opposed to going out just to go out etc etc (their earlier suggestion)

he is just getting too random

if he lives with family they would have to IMO know -- his walk is very peculiar

Those video cameras everyone has are such poor quality cameras. I did the best I could to enhance the video photo. As you can see the eyes, nose, mouth a little better. Maybe someone can forward it to the proper authorities in Tampa.
