Thank you for the encouragement to step back & regroup & sleuth on! I needed that. You had asked for nobody's updated list of questions. IIRC , Nobody has said they they will re-post the updated list at the beginning of each new thread, so I think this may be the latest until we get to the next thread. Hope I am not stepping on nobody's toes by re-posting this list.

I was thinking, perhaps we should go through each question one at a time and determine it's importance to the investigation ("A" being highly important and "C" being less important) and maybe a "D" being of importance but unsleuthable (like the name of the twins daycare). And then try and answer each question.
Anyone up for this? Anyone think it's a good idea?

The initial airing of this story included this particular frame. Prior to them recanting the story this segment was pulled from the second airing which was shortly after the intial airing....... I don't know why they pulled this but I have a very good guess and it has something to do with the 17:17 portion.

IMO I would call this a "B" on importance to the investigation.

Not sure if a reason WAS established, but I have been wondering if the work van was put there in an attempt to block the camera from seeing anything on the street.

I had not realized until today that the camera was installed by the neighbor because of recent damage done to his car. Do we know anything about that car damaging incident? Was it reported to police, did they have a suspect? What kind of damage was done? TIA

I mean, if a guy is already home from work, then a guys rig is already parked...
so does this suggest he got there AFTER m, or another person parked it there? The vehicle in the drive that has not been confirmed as jennie's yet (at jr's) IS there already...

Maybe that is why the car in drive seemed to still be idling or having its tail lights on... still waiting for d to arrive? If this is so, then a couple of things. It could be confirmation that it is the scion, AND that d may have still been dressed in his work clothes/boots(shoes) that he wore that day. I wonder if LE was able to get those particular items for testing? As far as that goes, I wonder if d had a new pair of work shoes on the next day, or wore different footwear than usual... is there any footage of d at sr's on 11/17 that we have seen? I wonder what he was wearing by the time he was seen at sr's?

also, if this is so, then you have a whole lot of peeps showing up all at once. a lot of peeps on foot, a lot of things going on, like greetings, etc... handfuls of kids and kid things... everyone would help while everyone is already right there... how much time passed till the van arrives? how long would they have had to sit and wait for dale to arrive in the van?

and if all of this is so, then nobody had yet watched the video because everybody was en route while it aired...

I must have missed where Nobody said they would post it in the beginning of each thread. Thanks for letting me know and I think that's a great idea you have.

So on to question #2 What time did Michelle pick up the twins from Daycare?

It is approx 6 miles from Oviedo to E Colonial Drive, heading South. Then I'd say another 1 - 1 1/2 miles from E Colonial to 417 in Waterford.(but the traffic is very, very heavy thru there) From there it's probably a 20 min drive. (I've made the drive 100's of times when I lived on DSjr's side of town) So if Michelle picked the twins up at 2:15 she would have had enough time to get from Oviedo to the condo. So, I would say she picked them up no later than 2:15, also that's leaving a little room for her to load them up in the Hummer. Remember there are 2 children so it would take a little longer. We also have to take in account traffic and lights.

What are your thoughts?

IIRC the van parked in the road next to the curb and in view of the neighbors camera is not the work van. A few threads back I posted side by side pics and it was determined they did match. It was the van in the street and his van in his driveway I posted.

Yes it has been determined they are from Ohio. I think it was Springfield, but I could be wrong on that.
