Yeah, that doom and gloom fear dialogue sounded like it was scripted for him.

I understand that cooped up feeling in this quarantine, but there is a reason why we are doing it. Sorry to hear all those folks are ready to start running out. Hope they will at least have their face masks on.

BTW, did you hear that starting Monday Costco is requiring all customers to have face masks on.
I really appreciate businesses requiring people to wear masks. I wish all were doing that!

I think this will be the last time I post this as numbers don’t seem to be accurate in what we are learning.

33,690 cases
32,801 positive residents
5,589 hospitalizations
1,268 deaths

I felt the same way about posting the numbers on the GA site. But then I thought it’ll make it easier to track the lies as they come out later. So now I’m tracking weekly.:D

That may be a good idea.

Although we have suspected all along, we are now finding out that the state has told med examiners not to post covid deaths in some areas. Are they doing that in GA also?

Wow, I’m sitting out on my patio and just heard the ice cream truck!

The music is still going...must be sitting there...are kids going???
They finally quit coming to our area. I despise that music too. My kids couldn’t have anything due to allergies so it was not a happy sound for us.

Safety Updates

Effective Monday, May 4, DEP will implement phase one to reopen the Florida State Parks. As these parks are re-opening, DEP will be taking measures to ensure the protection of staff and the public. During this early phase of re-opening, visitors should expect limited hours, capacity and amenities.
Phase one includes approximately 80 parks and trails throughout Florida. Portions of these parks and trails have been identified that can be reopened for day use with limited risk to visitors and staff.

Now that elective surgery will be allowed in hospitals, I just saw the first commercial for Orlando Health. That was quick!

I do feel bad for these hospitals. They need the cash flow...and we need them!

So bizarre...I watched the first “masked” hearing today (Lori Vallow). It was like out of the twilight zone...but I guess we need to get used to it.

Defendant (masked) sat next to her lawyer. No spectators allowed. The few people in the courtroom were spaced out. What will they do if a side bar is needed?

Well well well looks like some things are slowly getting back to normal where I live.

We live near a main drag (race track) and only heard sirens for about the seventh time today.

Maybe it is time for the price of gas to go back up.
