Did you read Tad Mann's theory (on the link?) that should help explain or clarify further .....I'd say yes, insofar
as when we enter the womb, we take physical nourishment from the mother's body as she take in food, we also take in emotional angst or nourishment as well, depending upon the mother's existing conditions.
But of course, many of us who believe in reincarnation (and not every astrologer does of course), would also believe that we choose the exact time of birth, as close to the conditions we wish to experience....as possible.
So, it's not to blame the parents, as the soul (child) itself chooses the conditions as well for their own growth as well as the growth of the parents. I do not see then, that there is a blind choice, (so to speak)
That's just "imo".
(this may explain too, that one might have 3 children, 3 different Moon signs and aspects quite differing, one child to the other's, but yet the same biological parents.)

That TR Venus Mercury & Atropos (the asteroid for cutting the ties to the earth) over the 7th house of committed relationships for Sherrie’s natal.
POF and the BML in the 8th house of “Inheritance” and Death – natally are being TR by Pluto on this day, (the Destroyer / Transformer) planet at this particular time in Sherrie’s life.
With TR Saturn conjunct “Crux” the Cross or the burden to bear over her natal Neptune in the 9th house of the higher mind. Natal Neptune here at 15Scorpio is very critical, so we’d see a “maximized” event for vibrations here, to occur concerning Neptune.

This particular planet, i.e. TR Uranus (erratic and isolating) is exact conjunction to fixed star “Antares” at 9SAG
Suggesting violent behavior,and completely Uranian style at that. Erratic, out of mind violence and anger whenever we see Uranus meeting up with Antares.
A complete loss of control with Moira (the death asteroid), on standby at 10SAG
With Tr Venus, Mercury & Atropos (another death symbol) over natal Neptune(alcohol possibly involved) and very likely – when this all took place.
Interesting that there was a Chiron Return as well during this time for the POI

That she was positioned in a Fixed Sign gives some strength and favor and she is accidentally dignified by her presence in an angle, so she is to be respected and the angular stance further

The police focused on the father during a 14 hr. very intense interrogation which got them a confession, but the DNA didn't match....so now the city will give the parents a 15.5 million dollar settlement for all the duress and time spent in prison (no trial)
The killer is still unknown. Probably to strike again, other unfortunate little girls, as there was one only 90 miles away in Indiana with a remarkably similar M.O. (duct taped and bound)

Saturn conj. Mars with Cancer 21 degrees conjunct the twins or in Castor/Pollux constellation.
Mars conj. Saturn suggests a complete search with authorities, looking for this little girl, but as we know now they simply focused on the father himself.
Ceres (the nurturer) is found in the 1st house 7Leo, the focus of the chart and the Ruler of the day is the Sun Leo’s ruler.
Moon opposes Ceres, not a good omen for nurturing this child or the family involved in the disappeance, as the other aspects Ceres makes is an ‘inconjunct” harsh aspect to Uranus (the missing child) the abudction of this little girl. Ceres also makes a harsh minor aspect to Pluto in the 6th from the 1st house – and this is not good for one’s welfare, as Pluto can mean destruction of the physical body.
Certainly in this chart, someone else has “control” a Pluto byword of this little girl’s life.

This chart is when the body of little Riley was found by hikers looking in the brush….they saw something in the water and it was her.
She was partially clad,…but definitely was brutally molested if not raped and the dear child had been also terrorized by being bound & duct taped of the mouth.
(not sure about the rape however), and from what I read, the little girl managed to free herself from the tape when she drowned. So she was fully conscious at this time. How incredibly awful for Riley.
Here we see Pluto in the 3rd, the Yod now with again, the outer planets, Neptune and then Mars & Saturn at the apex.

MULTI COMPOSITE OF FATHER KEVIN, RILEY & THE EVENT CHART:
Algol is part of the equation here but insofar as changing the “complexion” of the equation perhaps for the care-giving of a personality, in order to grow and mature
Through such a horrific event.
The father has natally, Uranus square Saturn, not exactly an aspect of responsibilites – and with Uranus at 11 Scorpio, (conjunct Crux, the burden to bear) or literally,

With natal Saturn at 15Leo, the so-called, “worse degree of the zodiac” other then this
We do not see in the natal then, anything except a willingness to serve the authorities, which indeed he did well, to his own detriment (a stellium in Capricorn)

In the Riley Fox case, her underwear was removed and her mouth was taped shut. The intruder entered from the garage and laundry room doors, which had broken locks, and exited through the front door. Significantly, that same night, the neighbor directly across the street from the Fox home had a screen cut.

It sounds like whoever wrote this comment then, knew something about the case as it was much "after the facts" when the Fox family was suing the Police Dept. or the City
The "Defendant" being spoken of, is the one in this lawsuit apparently and not Mr. Fox himself, he would be the wronged party in that case.
I just did a quick google search, but cannot find reference to this particular case, as it was an attempted kidnapping that was interrupted by a barking dog., so he dropped the child is what they are saying here.

Thought I should bring this forward from TUBA's post #342 of 2/26/10 around the time of a press conference.
The notes at that time show this little precious girl, AJA, is in trouble if not already deceased. The Arabian Parts.
Today's find of her little body, does give us a 'reason to weep'. HEARTBREAKING.

Tuba - one of the articles that was posted today made mention of a sighting in OK - but apparently there was not enough info for LE to act on. I meant to double check the dates to see if it was when the stars thought Hobbs might be coming up for air.
My understanding right now is that Aja has not been where she was found for the entire time that she has been missing.

I tried to find the natal charts for both of them, but could not find them posted on the forum. I also tried to find their places of birth, but found only that Lester Hobbs was said to have been born in Italy? (seems rather unlikely,) unless from a parent on perhaps a vacation there or the Army base?
But the person also said, he lived in Oklahoma or thereabouts.
I went with Oklahoma City for both Aja and Lester Hobbs, to get at least a start for an idea of what possibly was afflicting them in their natal.
IF anyone has a "better" place of birth for them, please let me know and I'll redo the charts.

For Aja, Venus in her natal did her no real favors in this lifetime, it appears rather to have done the opposite with the association made with one particular Fixed Star, i.e. "Bungula"
I see Bungula's conjunction with Venus for Aja, because of (not in spite of)
because of the close conj. to Mars with Venus and then the squares to the outer planets, becoming more a burden for her to bear as the benefit we all associate with Jupiter, (and Bungula is said to be akin to venus /Jupiter)
instead was very inharmonious for this young child then another's natal and assocation might be.
