I can give ya a few "what if's" that would lead to charges.

Aunt - drove car with DE hiding in back - report sayind car leaving scene had kid hiding in back - maybe Aunt couldn't alibi herself for the shooting and was "waiting down the street" for the kids? Aunt has previous charges - wonder if they were for drugs? Or LE does have video the refutes some of Aunt's story

Mom - DE was home. Maybe LE has found mom wasn't even home at the time.

I still wonder about the gun. Maybe they have found the gun and it was mom's? I don't know if Aunt would have had a gun - probation and all, still she could have.

Rather than video - I still think they have an eye witness. Somebody was watching out a window and saw the whole thing. Mom said very early on that a neighbor saw it - but that's been refuted. Maybe only refuted to keep that neighbor anonymous and safe. I know if it was me - I would DEMAND witness protection immediately!

As for mom and aunt - lesson 1 - DON'T lie to the police!

I'm still wondering about mom's meds - now finding out about the schizo diagnosis - she could have had some serious meds. Who knows - maybe aunt or mom worked in the drug store and overhead what mom was on? Maybe aunt asked DE to get the meds? Or told DE something like "I know where to get some hard stuff and make some money"?

This case is such a mess and little Antonio has been lost in it all.

The meds that are prescribed for schizoaffective disorder aren't desirable to street thugs. It's unlikely, IMO, that she had pain pills for her car accidents unless one was recent. Health providers hate prescribing opioids because they create addicts (drug seeking behavior) and their prescriptions get diverted. Health providers that prescribe opioids are frequently subpoenaed to go to court (and not paid to do this) to testify against the "diverter".

She had pain pills. That came out during Piers' interview. She never said what kind of pain pills she was on, but she had pain pills.

I wonder if they were they prescribed or self-prescribed. Statistics show that 70% of bipolars self-medicate with alcohol, benzos, or opioids.

IDK pensfan - I have a schizo friend and she tells me all the time about people that come to her wanting to buy some of her meds. Sometimes she tells me the names - not always. Ceraquil (sp)? That was one she mentioned and I've heard a lot of "peeps of the street" talk about that one. Adderall and Xanex - I know these aren't specifically for schizo - but others she has had in the past. Her docs are frequently changing them as she finds she can't take one or the other because of this effect or that.

I'm just still trying to eek out a motive. LE has said they don't have a motive yet and bugs the carp outta me. Especially when mom has stated it was a robbery.

Now mom and aunt arrested. I hope we get some news soon - one way or the other.

I am still on the fence about everything.
Something does not seem right..
Dad blames Mom,so does the daughter.....I 'm beginning to think there's more to the story...

Mother does not appear to be the most highly functioning individual out there. Which is probably why some others in the family is blaming her. That doesn't mean she had anything to do with the murder of her baby.
Actions of police certainly don't suggest they believe she had anything to do with it.

The ONLY one to blame here is the shooter. Period.

Whatever the circumstances were that led to that......... I'm quite sure mom did not intend for her 13 month old to be shot in the face. Whether is was something that went bed or it is just "as it seems" - IDK.

Either way - the only one to blame is the shooter and I believe it was DE.

Whoever took her Seroquel was a newbie drug abuser. Side effects are not desirable and it doesn't make patients feel high.

Common Seroquel side effects:
drowsiness, dry mouth, sore throat, stomach pain, upset stomach, nausea, vomiting, constipation, breast swelling or discharge, missed menstrual periods, increased appetite, and MASSIVE weight gain.

Serious side effects:
very stiff (rigid) muscles, high fever, sweating, confusion, fast or uneven heartbeats, tremors;
feeling like you might pass out;
jerky muscle movements you cannot control, trouble swallowing, problems with speech;
tremors, or restless muscle movements in your eyes, tongue, jaw, neck, arms, or legs;
mask-like appearance of the face, trouble swallowing, problems with speech;
blurred vision, eye pain, or seeing halos around lights;
increased thirst and urination, excessive hunger, fruity breath odor, weakness, nausea and vomiting; or
fever, chills, body aches, flu symptoms, white patches or sores inside your mouth or on your lips.

Maybe their blame comes from her walking the baby in an area she knew wasn't safe? Or the daughters upbringing? Mom may have major issues but to think she killed her baby and fingered these two in the crime, or framed someone for it is ridiculously ridiculous. If she was or wasn't buying drugs... Um who cares?? If she was or wasn't pilled out.... Um who cares? Bc the last time I checked, neither of those are good reason to shoot a 1 year old in the face.

I think LE has other evidence besides SW identification of the suspects. Possibly a video that absolutely proves the aunt and mother were lying which led to their arrest. What else would be proof that they were lying? I can't see them charging them with giving false information unless they had proof positive.

Google map shows:
One block east of London & Ellis is a bed & breakfast (McKinnon House Bed & Breakfast) It is at the corner of London & Edmont. I wonder if they have an outside security camera.

I don't think the boys were after any medication she had. Any antipsychotic medication she would be taking has no street value whatsoever. She had spinal problems so she may have been on some type of opiate but blacks around here generally don't have any use for these. It's mostly white people in this area that are heavy into opiate abuse (or any of the abused rx meds eg. xanax, valium, clonipin). <modsnip> around here are known to deal in crack, meth, and marijuana.

Some of us are concerned about the "pilled" because if she was carrying opioids or benzos in her purse, she might have been targeted. This might also have been a reason she didn't quickly give the killer her purse. If she was "pilled", this might have contributed to the bad judgement of walking down that dangerous street near all of those Section 8 apartments.

Could she write out a prescription for her own pain pills? After my operation, not too long ago, I couldn't.

That's a good possibility. Places like this tend to have cameras for security/insurance purposes. Here's a link to their site. I'm going to go have a look at some pics online to see if I spot one.

Also, they would have ran right towards it heading back to Dixville area. SW said they took off down London St.

Self-prescribed is health professional lingo. It means "was taking whatever they wanted/not what their provider told them to take" and "might have purchased drugs illegally".

WOW, even though several are now in jail, mom isn't going to get off the hook? Just WOW.

But why should her* decisions justify their choice to shoot a baby in the face?!
