So. Changing the subject again.

RH sent the text to his wife asking when she was going to collect Cooper. Shortly after she goes to collect him and responds to "he's not here" with "his father must have left him in have car", not "but my husband JUST inferred he dropped him off" ... this just doesn't add up to me.

How do supporters of the parents explain this?

IMO, if he was opposed to the views expressed on the child-free threads, he would not have been able to restrain himself from sharing his holier-than-thou two-cents'-worth. I think it's possible he looked at the child-free site because he was seeking validation for his own feelings/thoughts.

When I took a very basic psychology class in college, we were taught about repression and denial. For instance, pedophiles will often volunteer their time with child oriented activities. Not just because they are looking for victims, but because they are somewhat disgusted by their own feelings. So they will try to "help" the very group of people they would like to exploit.

My ex husband always reminded me how much he hated abortion. I wouldn't have got one anyway, but his rabid hatred of it made me wonder. Before we divorced he admitted to me that he wished we never had any children. He liked being married to me (even though he cheated on me throughout the marriage) but really wanted a child free and responsibility free married life.

Right - the detective was not there -he didn't interview anyone who observed JH doing this - so it must have been on the tape! The fact that they checked and found no calls on his phone that correspond with that time AND the fact that they released this little nugget ( or was it leaked? ) - tells me that they think it significant. And I agree, if I were on the jury this - what I would call "squirrelly" behavior - would go under the guilty column. jmho

Not to mention, a person who is in REAL shock would never say, "Hey, I'm in shock" because they're in too much shock to know they are in shock.

Get you some bitcoins and head over to the deep web. I dunno if the reincarnation of Silk Road is still up but there are a few other black markets to be found.
 
I can honestly say I have never searched temps and time children or animals can be left in a car unattended!
I have three children and a dog and never felt the need to check, I think I just knew you couldn't. I think the biggest thing for me is not just the temperature, or the length of time, it's the unattended bit.
You just don't do it!
I am all for parents researching and learning more about dangers, and if parents feel they need to know more on a certain subject then look it up and make plans or changes if needed.
I can remember looking into what the temp of the bath water should be for newborns, I looked this up after each baby lol.

It is not difficult to believe RH might have done this. I myself have pulled out my phone on more than one occasion and pretended to be on a call, for much the same reason he could have done this: to hover, without being obvious that's what I am trying to do.

If he was prescribed androgel he would have had a blood test (unless he obtained it illegally, but then I doubt his wife would be talking about it on the internet if that was the case). Is low testosterone something that can be fixed so that meds aren't needed in the future? If he wasn't still using the androgel, the problem had been fixed because he didn't need it for the photo he sent. But I can't see how that is tied to Cooper's murder.

There was a reference to mitigating circumstances, including sleeplessness, schedule change, and medication, that courts have considered in similar cases. Medication and the side effects of legal, prescribed medications were key. For example, a diabetic with low insulin would lack the same mens rea in an incident of negligence as a person who has no similar medical issues.

I've never done those types of searches before. And right now I'm thinking of that guy in the news who died after having an erection for too long (probably took Internet Viagra). So if I search for this stuff and my husband dies of some obscure erection disease tomorrow I expect you all to get on that stand as a witness for me because my internet searches are going to implicate me.
 
Interesting since she is, unfortunately, not charged with anything..

Probably missed this somewhere did RH refuse to see LH when she went to visit or was she not allowed by authorities?
The testosterone thing don't know if it's the same thing but there's a black market (in my part of the world) for bodybuilding purposes.
