And she could "fight" the extradition, but it would create more negative publicity, and she'd eventually lose. I'm sure her lawyer was highly discourage that.

I think it is very very damning and not at all small. It shows state of mind and what Ross had been thinking about before his child, very suspiciously died in a car after he "forgot" to drop him off at daycare in a matter of 30 seconds.

No, but it would be one factor among (hopefully) many, many others. We read and process so much awful stuff during our daily web browsing. I went back through my searches and found things that scared me- things that would look suspect, like searches about prostitution in my hometown and escort services etc. (I searched for them to learn more and compare it to Atlanta, but what LEO would buy this if it turned out our babysitter moonlighted as a call girl?) I know that's a crazy example, but I think using internet searches is a dangerous post-911 precedent that will lead to many false convictions.

This is hiding behind religion and making excuses, or things sure have changed since I was a kid, granted maybe Catholics do things differently I'm guessing, but don't they all follow the basic 10 Commandments? You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder. Men do what you want, women just be silent and obey your husband? This is about a psycho who thinks he can do whatever he wants, and if something gets in the way he will get rid of it. There are many good Christians, and people like this just give them a bad name. IMO I have a feeling the good wife has enough skeletons in her own closet.

Is there any independent confirmation anywhere that he left the police dispatcher position? The reason I ask is because I am familiar with dispatchers who use their job to troll for women.

He can attempt to use sex addiction as a defense, but IMO its as useless as a alcohol/drug addict saying they forgot their child due to being drunk/high. IMO, the addiction makes it worse. A better defense would be overworked (but he can't say that) and/or distracted by work obligations (which seem to be nil, since he spent his day sexting).

:sick: I can't even with this case. As a mother of a 3 1/2 year old and a 3 month old. I can't even read about this case without wanting to vomit. I can handle blood, guts, childbirth, poop and most murders but a sweet innocent child I can not. I hope you sleuths find all sorts of information on this (MOO) and I hope GA gives him the DP. Unless they find incriminating texts or searches (obviously her alleged search on the web this far has not given them enough to file) then I am starting to question whether they will find enough to charge her. At this point, even if she was involved - if she were clever enough to communicate collaboration verbally only, with nothing in writing or digital footprints, then it would be his word against hers - and right now I don't think anyone's interested in "his" word as truth.
