He knows in his heart ICA killed her baby. I'm SO glad he made these statements today.
He's standing up for his beloved grand daughter.
And I 100% believe it will have an impact on the jury.
I think that's a horrible thing to say. Yes it is very important. He doesn't know if she killed her or not. HE DOESN'T KNOW. So in effect he is telling the jury that her own father "feels" like she murdered the baby and so certain jurors will take that as parental intuition. And may convict her on that. I just think it's awful. A loving parent would try to save their mentally ill (or deranged) child from the electric chair. This says a lot to me about what kind of parent he was.
KC was the last to be seen with Caylee and the car smells like decomp. Agreed. That does not rule out accidental drowning. Although the grief expert didn't get the point across very well, avoiding telling your crazy parents that their granddaughter that they love more than you died in an accident does not mean it was murder. Ask Marie Osmond about normal grieving. She went to Vegas and sang happy songs onstage right after her son's suicide. Is that normal?

I haven't had a chance to read this thread so apologies if redundant...
I believe George has done a 180 not because of the sexual abuse allegation but rather that Casey claimed Caylee drowned in the pool and he helped to cover it up. I think George would have believed anything other than Casey murdered Caylee until that misstep. JMO
Thanks everyone for letting me express my opinion and not jumping on me. I grew up with a mother exactly like CA, I identify with KC. And I was also cursed with blind empathy. Which is quite a burden at times.
I would not have put it past her, I did not see all of it because I was at work and it was impossible to watch everything.
But there was no doubt to me that she hated him for what he was saying.
She is starting to get scared it looks like anyway, I am starting to see a little change in her face especially now that she has a guard posted behind her.
As I said in an earlier post she is also starting to realize that she is now a prisoner and not a movie star with all the lights and cameras.
I agree and if you go back and listen he actually corrected himself. He started out saying "I don't want to believe" and corrected himself and said "I didn't want to believe..."

Yes, that is normal. Marie Osmond went back to work - many people go back to work as a way to cope with grief.
I think the impact of his statement won't be lost of the jury. However, I also don't think that GA's support of KC will be lost either. To me, that means that he believes that she did kill Caylee...now.
After listening to the A's for 3 years, I'll bet someone clued them in that they would make more money after the trial if they testify against her -think about it. They finally see the light - what a story! Or they continue to be screwy lewy about their Bella vita velveeta.
I think all three of the Anthony's know and are aware that KC killed Caylee.
CA wants to save her life.
But they all know and now that they have awareness it will be with them every single day of their life.

I saw rage and hate
in ICA's face when JA cross examined the grief counselor- she didn't see that coming.
I agree. It has been devastating to watch their pain during this trial. I will pray for all three of them and I will NOT judge them.
