From the beginning the Anthonys have associated with shady people - the Kid Finders group, JW, DC, JH, and others. Too many times we've checked court records and found the people the Anthonys befriend have criminal records. So, these two woman are just two more of the type of people the Anthonys associate with.

I'm still on the fence in regards to these two women. There's nothing presented so far that proves or disproves what they've alleged. If LE did, in fact, seek them out in regards to the murder of Caylee, there must be a reason. It remains to be seen if this story just fades away or more is forthcoming.

I agree with you. I wouldn't let someone I didn't think was legitimate even work on my car, let alone in my inner circle on something as imperative as my missing grand-daughter's search. Come on. It is wrong for anyone to call these ladies felons, PLURAL, BECAUSE THEY BOTH ARE NOT, ONE HAS A FELONY.
1.) One sister has something , allegedly, on her sheet related to a pawn shop and possibly selling something that turned out to be stolen. That could be her fault or it could be that a man gave her a gift and it turns out he stole it and she had no idea.
2.) I see no felony on Crystal ( the would be mistress's) sheet

George and Cindy Anthony have all had foreclosures, bottom line is the same as an eviction you are asked to leave.
The only thing on Crystal's record that I see is traffic tickets. So what?
Even in the worst case , even if twin sister has a felony for stealing and selling stolen goods that does not mean that her sister is to be painted with the same broad brush.
How can I say this politely, a simple man like Mr. Anthony is hardly going to attract a business professional. No, he is going to play on a meek, quiet lady that is the opposite of his over bearing ball busting wife. Mr. Anthony allowed Dominic Casey to be a private investigator for him although
Mr. Casey had only been a PI for a very, very few months
Mr. Casey was fired by his own daughter's lawyer
he did not know this man from Adam. He could have gotten out the yellow pages and looked for an expert in finding missing children, instead he hires an inexperienced man. OK. That was our first clue.

Then along comes, out of nowhere, Mr. Hoover. Mr. Hoover is not a PI, he has no license, whatsoever, so even if Mr. Anthony had took the time to look up his record he would not have learned much because there is no record to look up. It turns out that although not paid by the Anthony's , or Dominic, MR. Hoover was going to make money off of his volunteering for the Anthonys. He admitted to law enforcement in his sworn interview that he took a lot of pictures and video of the family in various situations without their knowledge ( getting fingerprinted in Brad Conway's office by the FBI and in church, etc. ) because he planned to sell them and they would be memorbilia one day.Meanwhile a looney tune, very disturbed woman, Ms. Wray comes on the scene to protest against the Anthonys. According to her, she starts to feel sorry for them and switches sides. She switched sides, alright , she turned into a stalker. She was their shadow. First she claims she searched where Caylee's remains were and there was no remains there, then she she shows up within the week with her Caylee is alive signs. She needs help, but do the Anthonys distance themselves from her. No. There she is right at their side every hearing at least up until her rambling lunatic letter to the judge goes public. So you see.. Mr. Anthony does not vet anyone. He has no judgment, no discernment whatsoever. Even if these two twins had a record a mile long, it would not mean that George did not befriend or have an affair with River and divulge things to her.
On the ride to the Ritz Carlton, having departed the plane after hearing that the remains had been found, alone in the car with Mr. Hoover, George lets out that he and his wife will likely get a divorce over this. This is man he hardly knows at all and yet he is sharing the most intimate thoughts about a troubled marriage.
The best predictor of someone's future behavior is their past behavior. So let's look at Mr. Anthony. It is well documented that he admitted to an affair before, so we know that is not beyond his limit to break the sanctity of his wedding vows. We know he has lied and lied and lied to his wife over the years and certainly to LE, lawyers and reporters throughout these two years. So we have a cheater and a liar in Mr. Anthony. Then we have River, who was sought out by police, gave her statement, cooperated fully, submitted to a polygraph, handed over her camera and phone for forensic inspection, allowed the guards permission to divulge her visitors list to the detectives, and yes she has an eviction in her past. Did I mention the police questioned her for hours? This is not even a close call for me. I don't have to believe her, all I know for certain is I DO NOT BELIEVE GEORGE!

I cannot believe I forgot to mention the very, very poor judgment of George to hook up with the guy from Kid Finders. If you have noticed over these two years mom and pop Anthony surround themselves with folks that are not going to inspire them to high standards. That is about as politely as I can say it. The reason for that is as old as the bible, birds of a feather, flock together. That is why Mark Nejame so very publicly washed his hands of them, he did not want to even be associated with the deceit of the feigned search for a live Caylee when they all very well new of her demise. I agree this picture looks contrived. They may be holding hands, but look at the distance between their bodies. Neither of them are looking up, but rather down at the ground. And those two smiles look completely phony.

i was at the hearing and there was no problem between cindy and george. they were holding hands and i spoke to both. they are not faking- jmo. when reporters take a pic they can get one quick glance from someone, one turn of the head. then some say -oh look! she or he faced away from each other. if i was sitting next to my hubby it does not mean we are gazing in each others eyes, why should they have to when the hearing was so many people to look at and cameras all over place. cindy and george left hearing and i saw then all the way to parking garage as i was behind them. they will not let anyone destroy their family i feel. its been done enough already. jmo

if they were hugging and kissing some would say its fake, if they were crying some would say its for sympathy, if they were whispering some would say they have secrets, i would not want to know every thing i did would be torn apart. just posting my thoughts here was almost torn apart- some asked why did you post if you will not say blah blah blah- i know why they are feeling anything they would write, say or do would be picked apart.
as i was leaving court house on way to parking some people asked me - whats going on - who are those people? cameras following them. goes to show not everyone recognizes them . some jurors may never even have heard of them and this was right in orlando ! if they would have said to a hundred people watching them go to car - do you know who they are i bet they could get at least some who would say no and not be lies. enough people had no clue it was them i bet-. maybe those will be juror types.

I have to agree with you. I am not ready to discount RC. The most important reason is because OSCO went to her, text messages in hand, she did not go to them!

I also agree about future behavior being penned on past behaviors. I also am amazed how no one in that family could tell the truth, it's all in their version of events and how they seem to change from one day to the next.

I believe the Anthony family will hold on to anyone, anything that shows they are siding with them. Joy Wray for example. This woman has been baker acted many, many times, you can see she's got some mental problems going on, but IMO, so do the Anthony's. They gravitate to anyone who they deem to be on their side, notice it's one side against the other and are forgetting about the most important person in all of this, Caylee! In my heart, I feel they truly know the truth but must look like the most loving, supportive parents and grandparents and they couldn't have raised a child who would do something that horrendous. Notice this family has no support from other family members, only those with that criminal element are!

This isn't something that happened overnight, IMO..this is years in the making. I also suspect the apparent fight over who loves Caylee more, the jealousy of CA doing more and more for Caylee and not Inmate Anthony, had caused a big rift between them. I feel like Inmate Anthony looked at Caylee more like a sibling which caused sibling rivalry, who is vying more for mom's (CA's) attention and Caylee won! Which is why Inmate Anthony sort of found it easy to get rid of the person who is causing all that grief (with CA!)

Inmate Anthony is a case to be disected to see, to find out what made her tick! When anyone finds that out, it can be applied to the parents.

I think we may hear much more on this alleged affair. Waiting for the other shoe to drop and see what it holds. I don't think RC's past proves to me, she's doing this for money or notoriety. Whoever comes in contact with the Anthony family winds up being made out to be a villian. So, we shall see what comes out next! I also wonder if other woman will come forward to show GA used them for money as well.:angel:

ITA...they may be holding hands but the distance between them is of a division. They are divided and this is all for the cameras. Heads are held down, not up, they have nothing to be proud of, IMO.

I don't know how they could be smirking with all the controversy surrounding them and Inmate Anthony. I would be solemn, I would be humiliated, especially after the world has now been told of fees paid for Inmate Anthony's defense and Caylee being victimized twice, IMO..that to me is outrageous.

I think the text Cindy got during the court case was to let her know the National Enquirer interview with the "mistress" really was in the new issue. This just seems their way to refute the article. Score- 2/10.

I was convinced of the alleged affair after watching them in court today! CA was ignoring him at all costs. If it hadn't been for BC, GA would have sat there with no one to talk to. I'm not a pro like Dr. Glass but, I've been in that situation myself and I'm telling you it is true! Whether or not he told her those things or whether these girls are legit, I don't know!

I'm not convinced about everything to do with story.
I think it's within realms of possibility that GA had an affair.
But I'm surprised that if GA said what is being claimed as pillow talk, why did she wait for LE to come to her why not go and speack to someone either at the time or when the affair finished.
It seems odd about the way the gate logs are apparently gone after 6 months.
Anyway just some thoughts i had reading this thread.

Even if the sister was in jail, River/Holloway was not! There are pictures of her back in Dec 2008? I also thought that she was seen in a video with Kalani when the remains were found in Dec. She was also seen out side the home and at there Caylee flyer booths. Or was that rumor? I am getting more and more confused with these two. Not only do they have several AKA's now it is said the sister was in jail.What dose that have to do with River? There are clearly pictures of River/Holloway back in Dec 08 when the remains were found. And how about the text messages? Why would they report the sister was in jail (Local 6 reported that Cecelia Holloway was in jail from August 2008 to January 2009? ) What would it matter if she was????Just odd!!! What are they trying to do? Discredit them? River must of told LE some pretty damming info IMO.

It says, "Just thinking about you! I need you in my life."

Its date and time stamp says December 16 at 4:22pm.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Woman In Alleged Anthony Affair Reveals Details


Krystal Holloway said that the statements she gave to investigators are true.


Holloway also goes by an alias, River Cruz, which she said she adopted when she left a violent boyfriend behind in New York.


"I am not a gold digger," "(I) don't want to make any money off of this. I feel bad that little girl is dead."


Krystal Holloway's sister, Cecelia, went on "Nancy Grace" show to support a story detailed in the National Enquirer on Wednesday.


George Anthony denied the affair.


Krystal Holloway told detectives last month that George Anthony told her that he thought Caylee had died in accident.


"I turned around and I almost started to cry,". "And I turned my head and he grabbed my hands, and he said, 'It was an accident that snowballed out of control.'"


She admitted that there wasn't any other proof of what he told her that night.


She said her text messages and photos, do not contain George's views on the nature of Caylee's death or proof their relationship was intimate.


She said the Enquirer offered her $7,000 for her story, she turned it down as she's fending off offers from networks and tabloid TV shows.


"I haven' taken a deal yet," she said. "If it was about the money, I would have been on the plane to New York."


Local 6 reported that Cecelia Holloway was in jail from August 2008 to January 2009, the time the two sisters claim the alleged affair with George Anthony was blossoming.

The hand holding and smiling etc was out of the "norm". Last motion hearing CA and GA weren't even acknowledging each other. Wasn't that the hearing where we thought CA said "i love you" and GA didn't respond?
So, to me, the show of affection was just that, a show. Although I don't know if it was real or what defense told them to do...for KC.

I tend to believe the story is true. One of the little circumstantial details that convinces me of this is when River Cruz (that is the name she gave to the clerk when retrieving her phone and camera) is being grilled by the media after she gets her phone back, one of the lead investigators in the case, Sgt. John Allen, comes from the area where the detective offices are and opens the door and motions for her to come with him, which she does immediately, and he escorts her out the back.

I do not believe that if River were pulling a scam the lead investigator would have done this She would have went back out the front, on her own, the same way she came in. To me, the fact that Sgt. John Allen takes care of her in this situation speaks volumes.

ITA there are probably a lot of people who have no idea who the Anthonys are: said honestly, I would think that would be better for them. I hope the people on the jury have never heard one single thing about this case prior to hearing what Casey's defense has to say.

I have pondered the idea the Anthonys feel they are being "picked on", especially regarding visits to Casey in jail. But also in general, as you said: everything they do.

To me, "picked on" is when there is no call for scrutiny. IMHO, the Anthonys have done enough to call this scrutiny upon themselves. I also cannot help but to compare the idea that I would not have acted in any of the ways Cindy or George(or Casey) have during their ordeal and attribute that to the fact that I think lying is wrong.

I watch Cindy and George because I truly wonder why they are not following up on leads they say they have/are aware of, that could prove Casey is innocent? Why have Cindy and George put more energy into worrying what other people think than they ever did in finding Caylee?

The "speaking back" to "us out here" in this case is disturbing. We all care to a degree what people think of us but healthy minds would put that in perspective. A healthy mind would care more for what LE and the SA thinks about me and my family.

When I take Cindy's side I find I have to believe that LE(for whatever reason)has bungled this case. That LE, the FBI and the State know they have an innocent woman in jail awaiting the DP. Casey said she was "arrested on a whim." This is serious stuff. The Anthonys have lawyers, why are they not doing something about this or at least speaking out about it? It's obvious I am not a Anthony supporter but if I was my question would be even stronger and more confused.

As far as the "affair" goes. I am waiting to see more information. Whether this particular story is true or not, does not change my opinion of the Anthonys. If it were proven true that George has had affairs, and they had never lied and thrown innocent people under the bus that would not be enough for me to think badly of them. That's a different kind of "moral call" imo. Good people might have affairs but good people don't accuse innocent people around them of murder. Who has been "picking on" who?

I don't think that's a fair statement.

It's not like the Anthonys hung out with those people before Caylee went missing.

The truth is...high profile cases bring the opportunity shady people out of the woodwork! I don't think the Anthonys should have been busying themselves with criminal background checks on all of the people that came forward and claimed to want to help. Do you?

No Matter What The Anthony's do they are wrong in a lot of peoples eyes.All high profile cases the lowest life forms come crawling form under the rocks.
The Anthony Family has been threw H3LL because the did not act as some others THINK they would.Until you have a family member murdered you really have no idea you just think you do.I had a cousin horribley murdered when I was 17 and the killer was not a family member,but if it had been that would have made the guilt and pain an unbearable sense of loss a Million times worse.I look at the Anthony's from my life experience with a Murdered Child and and My Heart breaks for the family, KC is the only one who is responsible for Caylee's death.I have reserved my Hate for her.If it was not for Cindy and George I doubt Caylee would have lived beyond her first few months with the sociopath mother she was unfortunately born from.

there is such a reality DIFFERENCE FOR ME of posting about someone, and standing next to them in real life i feel.. maybe its not same for you .if you were at hearing or saw anyone we post about on this case in a courtroom you might feel complete different to your own surprise. maybe you would feel compassion, empathy, rage, anger, sad, even happy. many emotions. for me as soon as i was face to face with cindy at hearing and spoke to her i reached out for her hand and we stood talking to each other- with both our two hands touching. i had tears in my eyes and i chocked up- she had tears. really felt as if caylee was in my heart. i know as a grandma she loved her. i can only imagine as a mom she loves her daughter. my mom would joke and say sometimes i do not like you but i love you. now knowing her caylee is gone, knowing her daughter is in jail two years, fearing that maybe her daughter could be guilty and hoping her daughter is not- i would not be ble to function if her. people ask me- so do you think caseys guilty? i hesitate in my thoughts- i know shes a liar, i know she maybe self absorbed or selfish, i know she seemed to lack any regrets and partied. i do not know anything else of her mental state, i argue with my own thoughts of if not her then who? i see a young girl , casey in court, i see her parents, and i see myself as not wanting to believe she did it. omg- how can they go on and maybe have same thoughts as me ? can you close your eyes and imagine any of this in your family? god forbid - how i wish they find a complete stranger did this and all casey is guilty of is crazy reactions and being a selfish with out showing emotions her child died for 31 days. yet,how do we know how she felt ? we are not her!!i i must add this THANK GOD I AM NOT !! btw george is very nice in person to those who spoke with him i feel too. if only it never happened - bless caylee

When your daughter KILLED her baby and you dont believe ,and IMO it would QUITE AWHILE for a parent to come to grips with that.YOU WOULD BE LOOKING AT INNOCENT PEOPLE IF THAT S WHO YOUR CHILD POINTED A FINGER AT!
