My best guess. Casey got herself into something or with someone that does not want Casey to bring any attention to them. It does not have to have a thing to do with Caylee but because whatever happened to Caylee puts Casey in the limelight and if she tells the truth that also will come out. I don't think she is being framed for anything.
This is just my opinion. I do not known anything. I have always trusted my instincts, and on a few occasions they have been off by a base or two but still in the ballpark, so to speak.

This is an interesting theory. It does make sense. I've met a lot of attorneys and I've never met one quite like this.

no one knows the casey i know? ummmm they spend how much time in the office urgggg
or he knows she did it ... mabey she did tell him after all ? i didnt think she would but .. then with her you just dont know .. nothing in the case is predictable .. this has so many cuves twists and turns o.o

This is what JB had to say about the scientific and forensic evidence that he will be examing when its turned over to him.

JB: "If it is what they say it is, we'll deal with it from there."

Well, when that happens, will they be begging for a deal with the state?

:loser::loser:
I hope for him and his family that you are right. I know that he definitely has
his career first and foremost in mind while working on this case. I've heard him say during the motions hearing that this case will come and go but he will still be practicing law after it's over. So I know that he "needs" KC to get him the publicity that will make him a well known attorney that fights for his clients rights and supports them 100%. I get that.

He might be allowing her to spend hours in his office just to appease her so she won't drop him and find another attorney and leave him without the opportunity to make a name for himself.

However, I still feel like he is falling under her spell. She is charming when she needs to be and right now he is her target. There is a lack of physical boundaries there. I would not let any man touch me the way he has been touching her in public unless I was in a close emotional and physical

relationship with him. I think that the boundaries between them have become blurred. I think there is more than just his "act" of believing in her innocence. I don't think he wants to fall for her but I think he is against his better judgment.

I am completely aware that I could be wrong about this but that is how it looks to me.
I know he is married does he have children? I wonder what his wife thinks about his and Casey's physical closeness, I feel like he likes her and she has already charmed his pants off!!!!!!!!!!!IMO

This whole thing comes down to COMMON SENSE!!! :furious::furious::furious:

It's SO simple, yet it's becoming so complex ... only it's NOT complex! :furious:

I'm a simple woman, with an average education, living a very simple life, and I can see that this whole thing is so SIMPLE, and yet ... it's being made so complex. If it weren't such a tragedy for Caylee, it would be comical.

AND, I think JB needs a reallly GOOD male friend, or even a stranger, to tell him .... WAKE UP MAN! He really needs a male friend to make him see what MIGHT be happening, and how this one little 'thing' is NOT worth losing a wife, carreer, etc. over .. no way .. no how.

Many men have come to that conclusion too late ... and there aren't enough men in this world, that have the courage to stand up and tell friends what they need to hear, before it IS too late.

Now I realize that Baez may NOT be falling for KC, and maybe he has us all fooled, and he's playing his game with her, to appease her, to go along to get by .... not sure, but if he isn't ... MAN ... I say it again .. WAKE UP!

Just my humble opinion.

I had a strange thought while listening to the motions being discussed on Friday. We learned that KZ has permission to be with her lawyer between 10am and 4pm. Why can't they search for Caylee during that time? I don't know if the confinment officer requires them to meet at his office but I doubt it.

All this BS about Secret Search is just another pathetic attempt of showboating.

I think the confinement officer has to be aware of KC's whereabouts at all times.
If they searched during 10 am and 4 pm there would have to be an officer assigned to accompany them and that would cost the county a lot of extra money.

I think it was mentioned in court that KC's ankle monitoring system isn't a GPS system.

Does anyone have a link for viewing this show??? What happened to our AMAZING sticky where all shows were posted?

OMG, I'd rather watch an hour of commercials than have sat through that. :bang:

You all tickle the heck out of me! That was a good one liner, LOL
Who needs TV when ya have the boards. :):rotfl:

I hope he keeps in mind that she doesn't use birth control. Wouldn't that be something to show up in court pregnant with JB being the only man she had been around.

Can you just imagine what a kid from that union would look like....
My first thought would be Eddie Munster.. LOL!!

Even her own father is going to testify against her.

He doesn't have a choice. If he is called to the GJ, he can't refuse.
And... no one who is called is going to testify FOR her... it's one-sided, only... nothing in her defense.

Does anyone know if LA and CA will also be called to testify or is all of this speculation at this point??? Why are we only hearing about GA?

I think the witness list hasn't been published, but media reports have said both George and Cindy are expected to testify. If they get it all done in one day, I don't expect their testimonies to be very lengthy. And some LE will have to testify as well as forensics experts to interpret the test results on evidence. I look for the GJ or prosecutors to ask for an extension of their term, since Tues. is supposedly this one's last day in session.

Thanks TxLady2. I thought that the witness list was for the neglect charges??? Is there a witness list for the GJ too?

You are probably right.........but you know at the end of the day....where is her sadness? where is her caring about this? Look at she acts and dresses and like she has not a care in the world....I know we are not supposed to look at things like that but my God where are the tears?

It's hard to look at this thru a woman's/mothers eyes and have hopes there'd be something there besides this cold calculated act of defiance & attitude that she has of "I dont give a s**t what you people think!!". You would more than likely expect the lack of remourse or emotions in say a male/fathers demeanor and when you see a mother in this situation, you'd expect to see more emotion or softness. IMO, She is no different to me than a SP or OJ now. She is a vexatious(sp) soul & spirit. For the people who support her, who claimed she was a good mother....she played them to- because deep inside her mind- everything she did & does is a calculated moment of convincing others that she is in control & has good intentions.

This case so much reminds me of the female teachers who seduced & had relationships with their underage students- as the ones who where "prettier, sexier & manipulative" didnt do jail time, and then there were the plain & ordinary ones who were not as attractive or calculating in their defense did receive a harsher punishment & scrutany. Caseys ability to conform into any situation and control it, has put this defense team in a postition to hold her on a higher platform, and to treat her like a porcelan figurine.

The "defense" lawyer is doing his job, she's doing a job on her lawyer, plain & simple! He's not seen all the cards Prosecutors have and he has blinder on, Casey is playing the victim, he see's this as genuine. IMO- she's not been forthrite with JB. Sure she's playing by the rules now in the eyes of those that matter, but its all a cold calculating act.

When the case gets going and the GJ gives the word to approve an indictment- the world is going to learn that this girl had contemplated ridding of her daughter long before June16, its just that June 16th she felt emotionally ready to followthru with it. This baby was an inconveinence to her from early on...and the proof of that will come, but she'll never admit to it. Never, because she has already justified this death, with her actions after the fact. MOO
