I suppose it’s possible. Laws are a funny thing; sometimes from a legal standpoint, it’s not the written law itself, but the interpretation of the law that can be manipulated and argued.

Maybe it’s in and they are keeping it quiet, maybe they are taking the legal steps required by the jurisdiction and NYS Laws to make sure it gets in ASAP.

I'd like to think that his and his wife's are in the system and there were no hits because neither had a record of they didn't have enough DNA to process it. The victims were found before the killer, so I think it goes without saying. JMO

It's state by state. You acquire the license within the state you are hunting.

• A fictitious Gmail account, "Hunter1903a3," is created with the fake name "Andy Roberts" and is linked to the burner phone 347-885-1697. The IP address used to accept the Terms of Service for this account was RH's residence in Massapequa Park (pg. 24 of the bail application)
• The "Hunter1903a3" account is used to send pictures of a prostitute in upstate New York between two of RH's "burner" email accounts (pg. 24 of the bail application)

- 28 July 2021: RH purchases four unimproved lots totaling about 5 acres on Rippling Brook Drive in the Mirror Lakes subdivision in Chester County, SC for $154,351 (Rock Hill Herald)

- 23 February 2022: RH allegedly gets into a car accident near the intersection of Union Avenue and Devoe Street in Brooklyn (pg. 5 of complaint in Heuermann v Fenimore)

- 28 March 2022, 9:19 - 9:25 a.m.: A fictitious Gmail account, "thawk080672," is used to search "long island serial killer" (pg. 20 of the bail application)

- 21 July 2022: An undercover SCPD detective recovers 11 bottles from the trash can outside RH's house in Massapequa Park (pg. 26 of the bail application)

- 8 November 2022: The burner cellphone 347-304-2671 is used to access the "Springfieldman9" account (pg. 17 of the bail application)

- 11 December 2022: RH's cellphone is used to access the fictitious "Springfieldman9" email account for over 3 hours (pg. 17 of the bail application)

- 26 January 2023: RH is observed throwing a pizza box in a trash can outside 385 5th Avenue in Manhattan. The box is recovered by a surveillance team (pg. 29 of the bail application)

- 19 May 2023: RH is observed by law enforcement via video and field surveillance at a phone store in Manhattan purchasing additional minutes for the burner phone 347-304-2671 (pg. 22 of the bail application)

- 13 July 2023: RH is arrested outside his office in Midtown Manhattan. At the time of his arrest, RH had the burner phone 347-304-2671 (linked to the "thawk080672" Gmail account) on his person (pg. 31 of the bail application)

His 4 lots in South Carolina total 21.84 acres....it's quite a bit to search and I hope it was all checked thoroughly since we haven't seen much from that area. Thank you for the overall timeline!

Interesting that he went to upstate NY for hunting trips and that he had a picture of a prostitute from up there. Lots of missing girls up that way.

Binghampton is where he said he visited one of his sisters in "upstate NY".

There's 2 potential cases in Binghampton, NY. Keisha Roman was reported missing 3/22/2009. On 9/21/2009 her skeletal remains were found ~45 minutes away in a rural area of Susquehanna, PA. (Per her bio on findagrave, she had a history of prostitution arrests in 2007).

Bambi Madden, who was a petite blonde woman, also went missing from Binghampton on January 11, 2006. She was reportedly walking to a convenience store at 11pm to buy beer. She has not been found. Nothing notated one way or another if she was involved in any SW.

Yes, doesn't make any sense. Even if a victim didn't know how to load and shoot she could still use the gun itself as a defensive weapon against him IMO.

Im thinking about Atlantic City ..and what feels kind of interesting is if killer would have a car date then he could easily kill
the victim at one location away from eyes and then move the body by car to the location they were found. This would then seem more consistent with RH. Perhaps killing in his big Avalanche truck or driving to say a secluded area that is prearranged. I don't think he will risk a motel... too many things can go wrong with a motel..maybe he meets them for dinner and drinks and talks them into a drive...also you can probably pick up street girls pretty easy there...but I think he likes to make dates over the phone although these victims may not have been on-line advertisers..I haven't seen much around that ..mOO

This info matches up with what Robert Kolker wrote in "Lost Girls." I think the only lie here is that Terry was indeed her pimp, not just a boyfriend as he claimed. Knowing about the other calls, I have no trouble believing RH had a burner registered to "Mickey Mouse."
