Don't forget the Asian John Doe. I bet RH got fooled by the JD and when he realized it he got angry. Or he got curious and then felt shame and that's why he used blunt force trauma instead of strangulation. JMO
I heard recently from Dan Savage that the most dangerous time for a trans woman is during a man's refractory period. They are no longer aroused and start feeling shame for their actions/desires. It's what I have always assumed about this victim. He got the "guilts" and took it out on her.

Reading through this indictment, it states that Sandra Costilla's body was found on her back, with her legs spread apart and her hands behind her head. In other words, in EXACLY the same pose as Rita Tangredi and Colleen McNamee.

Ummm...

Rita Tangredi's remains were found in wooded area on November 2, 1993

The details are an important part of identifying her killer: she had been beaten, strangled, a specific item of her clothing was missing, and her body was found in a distinct pose, and wood chips were used to cover her.

Colleen's remains were found on January 30, 1994

Similarly to Rita Tangredi, she was found in the woods. She, too, was beaten, strangled, and left in the same pose.

^ Yep this is horrific to read.

RH is indeed a Monster.
RH the Serial Killing hoarder kept all his electronic devices (thanks)

LE have done an excellent job together with the DNA scientist.
Bravo LE

If these attacks/tortures have occurred at RHs home (REFERRED AS TARGET RESIDENCE)- it's about now that the whole place be DEMOLISHED

RH the diick can't even spell.

Since quite a few female hairs have been found and used as evidence, do you think RH purposely planted them with/on the victims? Maybe his middle finger to his significant other as part of it?

Pure speculation on my part. I do wonder.
I think his house has always been a dumpy mess & there are probably hairs everywhere due to lack of cleaning.

I haven't extensively researched this case, so forgive me if I get the details wrong.

This is the most confusing part of the new developments for me. Rita Tangredi and Colleen McNamee's presumed murderer was identified, and many have theorized he murdered Sandra Costilla too because of these obvious similarities, but now RH is charged with her murder.

It will not be a nice job comparing staged murder victims with all the pics amassed by RH.
He probably tried to replicate his favorite images on his victims, whether the pics were perused from a p. site or a book like the one left on the kitchen table, imo, complete speculation.

''Investigators also used Heuermann's significant collection of violent, bondage, and torture *advertiser censored*, currently dating back to 1994.

"The pornographic images accessed by Heuermann," court records said, "notably and largely coincide with how the remains of Sandra Costilla, Jessica Taylor and Valerie Mack were discovered."

His hair beneath Jessica Taylor's remains. Reading the affidavit now. It matches to RH. Found in "surgical drape" below JT's remains. Wife & kids of RH out of town-- again.

Moves to Costilla. Witness 3 will be important. Witness 3 is someone living with RH, a female, known to LE at "target residence," wherever that was. RH was living with witness 3 prior to Sandra Costilla's murder. She gave LE a buccal swab, so she's cooperating. (Ex-wife ER?) She (Witness 3) evidently would match a hair found beneath Costilla. And evidently one of HIS hairs is on/near Costilla's remains.

He did extensive planning. He has charts relating to his specific issues with the dump site and other "facets" related to committing specific murders. He has notes to remove ID, like tattoos. He has notes to remove trace DNA from his bodies. It's extensive. He has a "body prep" section. It has a specific note to REMOVE HEAD AND HANDS.

"During the initial search warrant execution in July 2023 at TARGET RESIDENCE, the Task Force observed that Heuermann possessed, in his home office, the book entitled 'The Cases That Haunt Us' (see embedded image below), which outlines the facts, evidence, and victimology of several notable serial murder cases"

"The Gilgo Homicide Task Force members believe that the totality of circumstances surrounding the HK Planning Document, including Heuermann’s attempt to delete its existence, points to it as Heuermann’s self-education and 'homework' on the topic of carrying out serial, sexual murder. Heuermann’s pointed concerns regarding (1) avoiding being captured on video surveillance; (2) leaving behind forensic evidence; (3) what supplies to purchase; (4) how to package a body for subsequent transportation to 'DUMP SITES,' e.g., 'wash body inside and all cavities' prior to 'package for transport;' (5) avoiding a 'paper trail' tying him to crimes and/or crime scenes (e.g., 'REMEMBER DON’T CHARGE GAS'); (6) concerns regarding noise and/or air travel, which could inhibit 'play time;' and (7) how to 'improve' 'next time' further confirm, merely by looking within the four corners of the document itself, its relevance in this regard."

Absolutely horrifying.

Speechless.

Maybe there is someone in RH's circle with ties to a medical facility? speculation, imo.
Can buy medical supplies like this retail at those shops for “home care” and they also stock items for medical offices but anyone can buy items like drapes, scrubs, bandages … doesn’t need to be sinister.
Lady at my church tells me she buys medical supplies for her doll making and various crafts.

Pure speculation on my part. I do wonder.

the document found on his computer mentions disposing of anything that touched the victims and even cleaning them, so i doubt it. he was avoiding detection as much as possible

Arraignment just wrapped up. Two murder charges were announced. The prosecution laid out evidence behind the charges, including DNA evidence linking Heuermann to one of the victims and a “manifesto” found on a laptop in Heuermann’s home laying out how the crimes were committed

The next court date for this case will be July 30.

BBM
What does that mean manifesto? Isn't that some kind of public notice or declaring?
