IMO I have tried not to jump to conclusions about the Art Harris story, but, can not help but have a few MORE questions. Is this the right thread TG? I do not want to cause you anymore unnecessary work today.

Currently the rumors being bandied about were shining a bad light on Chad, not Crystal, and now this JW man.

IF, and when rumors are verified we can discuss them, until then NO!

About 40 investigators, including the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office dive team and cadaver dogs, are searching a small pond on Marie Griffis' 30-acre property in Baker County and digging up several areas with a bulldozer.

I hoped they looked beyond the horse corpses. Burying a body under a dead horse has covered a lot of muders.

It makes perfect sense to me that that CS's family property is being looked at now, as they started the investigation at "Ground Zero" --- the mobile home --- and are now working their way out.

Yes, I have no problem embracing whatever LE feels needs to be searched. I'd go even further suggesting national guard training troops be re-directed from training whenever a search needs to occur.

Klaas was also stating it was families needed to cooperate with LE to clear themselves of a child's disappearance.

I'm encouraged to hear LE may be starting at one point and moving outword to finding anything that may be connected to Halleighs disappearance. No fact just a thought from an experience in my early life of dating a plains clothes detective assigned to homicide. I bet they do have undercover agents embedded in the sub class of the communties surrounding this case. Possibly before Halleigh went missing.

While I don't expect anything to happen anytime soon, I do want more large scale searches to be conducted to find Haleigh. I wish they would re-search the area between Sisters and the community behind the mh park. I also want them to drain Lake Myra.

Maybe you could send LE an email or call like some others do. These are good places to search and it shouldn't take too much to drain the lake, should it? I think I heard LE was about out of money, but there must be an emergency contingency fund at the Federal level, isn't there?

Since I have no direct knowledge of anything to believe they will either find Haleigh or evidence there...I don't tie up LE with such wishes. However, they are logical places to search, IMO.

LE is at a point now where they won't search unless there is a valid tip or lead directly to an area such as the family burying animals (or so they said).

I would hope there is money to continue from somewhere and I would think on a Federal level there would be funds made available, but I honestly don't know.

I agree SS, I also want to say to you personally, thank you for your continued contribution on the threads in Haleigh's forum. Two weeks ago it was like a ghost town in here. Although we don't always agree, because you often post in favor of Ronald and I believe both parents to be without fault, I read many posts where you as a poster, take a beating. LOL. One thing I am sure of, your contribution to this thread and all others on this forum is appreciated , I consider you a bright mind even when you don't mirror my own.

About your post, to be sure of what you mean about searching....are you referring to the Croslin family sister? And could you tell me....Who hold residence on Tyler street? I always thought it was Misty's brother....could you set me straight.

I am used to "taking a beating" over my opinions because they are not meant to be the popular ones. They are what I honestly believe in and am passionate about in every case. I only want to find the truth.

I agree this place was becoming a ghost town and I have tried to keep posting for Haleigh even if it makes me a favorite target. It is really all we can do besides pray she is found soon.

Misty's brother does live on Tyler, IIRC. Seven Sisters is the last street in the mh park and wasn't a reference to a family member.

LE would have been grossly incompetent if they had not checked out the animal graves. It had to be done and MG allowed LE to do whatever they needed to do on her property without hesitation. Of course she was notified ahead of the time of the search. Once she gave her consent, manpower and equipment had to be scheduled to conduct the search and she would be advised of the date on which the search would take place.

Nothing sinister here, just a follow up on the fact that something had recently been buried on the property.

IMO For the family to request LE to waste that amount of money and resources just to clear their name is a bit beyond my understanding. Another DEAD END and WASTE of time and resources! IMO it would of been better spent digging up the abductors property or searching for HaLeigh in the abductors home or even searching through the abductors vehicle or a pond or body of water on the abductors property.
How can this be justified just to clear there name?
Why would this family care about anything else other than finding HaLeigh?

It wasn't too long ago that there was such a vociferous outcry that there had been no searches in Baker County.
