Why are they calling all these witnesses that didn't even know anything about Heather during this time in her life when she went missing? I don't understand.. Are they just trying to pain a picture about Heather?

I think they're stalling. They don't seem to have much. I bet they don't want this going to the jury before a certain time, IMO.

Tindall said he hasn't really kept up with the Heather Elvis case. Said he met Sidney Moorer at a wedding. Said he didn't know Elvis very well or very long.

Tindall said he knew Elvis in 2012, early 2013. Said he hung out with Elvis when Elvis lived with Moffitt, and not really after. He said he never knew anything about Elvis' relationship with Sidney or Tammy Moorer. Tindall said they were not friends when Elvis disappeared.

I will say, things remain chippy between the lawyers. Just also told them, before we started, that there will be no more arguing motions once he makes a ruling on a motion.

Next witness called by defense Timothy Tindall, 27, knows Sydney Moffitt (previous witness). He met Heather Elvis a few months before she went missing in 2013.

So I guess Judge is going to allow possibly altered FB posts into the trial.
