Warning: autopsy photo included in this post.

Compare those photos with the one recently sold by John Ramsey. The hair is pretty much the same -- pulled back with the hair tie toward the back of her head:
View attachment 179913

But in this photo, all of the hair in front (even down to her ear) is pulled to the very top of her head directly above the ear. It’s not pulled back, it’s pulled up:

The only point of all this is that JonBenet’s hair (including the topknot) was apparently redone completely at some time after they got home. Am I right, or does anyone else see it differently?
imo otg it appears JBR hair is in the position it was at the whites with the inclusion of an off to bed quick tie at the nape of her neck to keep it out of her face.
fits with the inclusion of the long johns to keep her dry for the night but the white shirt remained on because she was tired (they all were) and unnecessary removal late into the evening with a quick early start tomorrow.

Mom and grandma here. To me the hair is no big deal. Many times we pull it back even if it's already in a top ponytail to keep it from getting tangled, and easier to run a brush through it in the morning.

It's not part of the staging. Why and what would be the point?
agree totally

So I was taking another look at JonBenet's alleged Last Photograph and it struck me what I thought was different:

JonBenet's personality seems to project itself out of the photograph. In other photographs she has assumed someone elses persona or role, e.g. pageant performer.

In the Last Photograph she is dressing to suit her sense of style and has her hair loose. so could be Patsy was being truthful regarding JonBenet and their fall out over clothing?

.
yes im very glad he has shared this pic with us.
I agree her vivacious zest is clear here rather than the usual precocious staged looks.
gorgeous :)

Tadpole12,
Thanks for the updates, so its the Lou Smit Story Continued ... Unless your a committed IDI all these names are pointless, also what DNA are they testing against, remember Kolar's remarks about how many different samples there were?

Do we get to see Jameson in person, she who tried to divest the websleuths url from Tricia and posted PR for the Ramsey Spin Team, has she spent all the money she made from the death of JonBenet?

.

k-mac,
with the inclusion of an off to bed quick tie at the nape of her neck to keep it out of her face.
But Patsy never in any interview says she did this, she knew the bottom ponytail was there but never claimed responsibility for it, same for the size-12's !

Honestly, I can't believe JR would share that he essentially had someone tip him off that he was the prime suspect -- that makes him look all the more suspicious to me, considering what happened with the grand jury and the DA's decision not to prosecute. He's tipped off that he's the main suspect, then he's let off scott-free by the DA. Coincidence?

When he said that, it struck me as a disingenuous attempt to provide justification as to why he lawyered up so fast. All of these years later there's no easy way to prove or disprove that it happened. How convenient.

John was innocent of JonBenet's death. But guilty of finding the body in the morning and not reporting it.

He reacted accordingly in lawyering up: protecting his innocence of murder and protecting his delusion that Patsy was not involved. Imo.

True Crime Exclusive: On The Hunt For JonBenet’s Murderer:
Her Father John Ramsey Speaks To Dr. Oz
****************************
@ 2:41

(nar)DO: Today John Ramsey continues his crusade
to see his daughter's killers brought to justice.

DO: JR joins me now.
It's been over 20 years
since you lost your daughter
JR: mmhmm
DO: How's John Ramsey doing?
JR: He's doing well.
Ah I ah, am good.
I remarried,
I I was single for about five years
after Patsy died.
Ah, my, I have three children,
that are living.
They're doing great.
I'm pretty proud of them.
Grandchildren now, so.
DO: It's a good feeling I have some of those too.
JR: They're a lot of fun ...
and amaze you, actually.
DO: Your beautiful daughter JonBenet would be 28
JR: mmhmm
DO: if she was alive today.
What kind of a woman would she have been,
do you think?
JR: Well, you know,
I always think of her as a six year old,
my six year old daughter.
That's how I remember her.
It's hard for me to imagine
what she would be like.
She was very outgoing,
very gregrascious, [sic]
in, in a, a very unique way.
DO: Can I take you back to
the evening of her murder.
JR: mmhmm
DO: I know this is painful
but it helps to put the pieces together
which is what we're trying to do, today.
DO: When did you first realize she was missing?
And what did you think had happened to JonBenet?
JR: Well, (sq) you know,
we had this ransom note
which said she was taken
and it's a horrible, horrible feeling.
DO: So you call the police
JR: mmhmm
DO: And when they come,
what, what did they do?
JR: Well they, they sent us
police car and one person
and the first thing he said
"Well, did she run away?"
Good heavens, no.
She six years old.
She didn't run away.
And I showed him the ransom note and uhm
uhm and the note said
ah "We will call you tomorrow".
So we waited, for the phone to ring.
And the amount of money that was asked for
in ransom, was a strange number,
118 thousand.
You know, why not a million?
Why not? (sq),
You know, where did that number come from?
It meant something to the killer, obviously.
But, that was, I thought, very bizarre.
DO: Did it mean anything to you, that number.
JR: Well, I'd actually received a bonus of 118, 000
and it was on every pay stub that I got for the rest of the year.
DO: So someone knew enough about you to know
that you had gotten a bonus?
JR: Well, it wouldn't have been difficult
if you had gone through our house,
and you know,
our drawers and stuff.
DO: So, as painful as the loss of your daughter,
there's also the pain of being,
at least having members of your family
accused of being involved with this.
JR: ehhmm
DO: This ransom note,
I've seen some people argue
Patsy was responsible for.
DO: Leave that accusation aside
JR: mmhmm
DO: as preposterous.
How did that affect you
to hear those kind of allegations?
JR: Well, it, at the time
ah, we were crushed
by the loss of our child
so all this other nonsense was,
it didn't matter.
You know, we'd lost our child, uhm.
The accusations,
the, you know, we,
it, it was noise level stuff compared to
what our real grief and pain was.
DO: So let's go back to that evening,
you find the ransom note,
the police are there.
They're sort of figuring out if Jonbenet ran away
or asking some questions.
JR: mmhmm
DO: And I understand
you're sent out,
to search the house
So, is that right?
JR: Ya, that's right.
They asked us to ah
go through the house,
see if we saw anything unusual.
So we started in the basement
and uhm,
ah noticed some things
that were not right;
uhm,
there was an open window, ah,
there was a suitcase,
under the window, s sstanding up
and immediately,
so that, that didn't,
that doesn't belong there.
That's not where we would have put it.
uhmm, and then I went into the
(sq) (@ 6:44, nose rub) the other room,
where we found JonBenet
and, very quickly found her,
and ah.
So I never really went any further in the house.
DO: And what did you do when you saw JonBenet?
What went through your mind? That terrible.
JR: Well it was relief.
uhm, you know, people say
"Well that had to be the worst moment of your life".
No it wasn't,
I found my child.
I found her.
She was back
in my arms.
And, ah, I fairly quickly realized
that this wasn't good.

(sq) that squeaky throat tightening noise that JR often makes

Along with the pineapple this is the most important piece of evidence. Imo.

"How did that affect you

Right there is a description of the mechanism of delusion: 2 + 2 = Patsy did it. No, 2 + 2 = NOISE.

John created the noise then went with 2 + 2 = Intruder.

His lawyers and the Boulder DAs ran interference for him.

Add A&E to that.

Tadpole12,
Yet another appearance fee for JR, any of JR's photographs used by Dr Oz then thats more fees, JR must need the money?

And the amount of money that was asked for in ransom, was a strange number, 118 thousand. You know, why not a million? Why not? (sq), You know, where did that number come from? It meant something to the killer, obviously. But, that was, I thought, very bizarre.

JR: Well, I'd actually received a bonus of 118, 000 and it was on every pay stub that I got for the rest of the year.
DO: So someone knew enough about you to know that you had gotten a bonus?

JR wants the bonus fiction to be a fact out there in media land.

You know, where did that number come from?
Yeah, where? well either its from outside the house, e.g. an Intruder or an embittered Ramsey employee?

For all those reasons we ruled out an Intruder means we can rule out a Ramsey employee, that leaves one of the parents as the obvious source, meaning it was inserted with the intention of shifting the blame, e.g. smoke and mirrors.

JR is still playing this game but history will not be kind to him since once he goes all his former friends will pop up on talk shows and documentaries to remember how concerned they were regarding JR's behavor and the signals he was sending out.

Lin Wood cannot prevent this and Burke Ramsey can only sue on his own behalf as the dead cannot be defamed.
