what about a escort for a big truck. IF there were deliverys to a large solar farm or anywhere that required escorts for oversized load then truck could go one way and escorts go another and no one be the wiser of if one stayed a little while because the delivery would be made and the truck not need a oversized load escort after that.

The bottom line is that if there was CCTV of Mollie at some point during her run, police would be able to say what she was wearing. They can't. Also, if there was footage, it's very likely that it would be posted if only to give the public a better idea of what Mollie looked like that day.

What we know is that Mollie went jogging at 7:30, and she was seen running East on W. Pershing Drive. We don't know where she was abducted, but presumably it was a short time after that sighting. Given the dots on the police map, points of interest are W. Pershing Dr., and also directly East of Brooklyn. I think we can all agree that as soon as Mollie was abducted, she was taken out of Brooklyn on a road with less traffic.

The dots on the map relate to possible locations of the abductor, locations of Mollie, and possible locations where Mollie and the abductor were together. I think we can assume that the two dots on the right side of the map correspond to locations where Mollie and the abductor were together. People who live in Brooklyn need to think carefully about those five locations on the map.

How can those who don't live in Brooklyn figure out where the abductor took Mollie after the digital signature stopped near Guernsey? What do we know that helps us figure out his next move?

Otto, I agree.

Some possible answers to your great questions Otto,
a) go to church himself (doubt it)
b) drop someone off at the church
c) drop SOMETHING off at the church for the church services that night. (food, flowers, etc.)

DancingMuse, that immediately came to my mind too. Church is usually on a Wednesday.

One thing I think I've learned through all the cases I've follow is this:

The less LE tells us, when the case is getting long in the tooth, the less likely it is to be solved any time soon.

On the flip side, I've seen lots and lots of cases solved when LE has been forthcoming with information and asked for the public's help.

Just a personal observation.

I think your speculation has merit as evidenced by FBI involvement. However, my amateur profile is that this is a local, someone known to her within her circle, or extended circle. Handsome, althete type. Everyone will be shocked except those closest to him that have seen hints of aberrant behavior for a long time.
I’m still fixated on the mine area and Holiday Lake.

Amateur opinion and speculation.

How would FBI involvement, be in any way, evidence of a link in other cases? This specific case has no more in common with the others mentioned than the fact that they were all victims of foul play. imo.

This case has gone cold.
One month and no suspect and I'm starting to believe that aspect myself. I can think of cases such Yingying Zhang in IL and Zuzu Verk in TX where an arrest was made over a month later, but LE was already looking at a person. There might be an arrest this coming week, but I'd be surprised.

Which makes no sense. The check is made out to the co-op. You can't cash it. There are ways of removing ink from checks, but if someone is that sophisticated, they're going to wear a ski mask.

<modsnip>

Also, identity theft is now rampant. Checks box-fished from a drop off (with the enclosed power bill receipt) would provide a wealth of personal information for any hacker to have a go at one's identity. You might still be able to access an account with the routing numbers from a check. I know (from personal experience) that at one time you could order stuff online using your checking account info from the bottom of the check, and have the stuff sent to another address as a gift.

Also, it's summer and kids (teens) are bored, and blowing up stuff is fun, mailboxes or drop off boxes are all the same.

I recall the up-post discussions about the Co-Op web cam, and have no reason to not believe the posts, or to at least not give them some consideration, about the cam even being there in the first place, or that it had been disabled by lightning a couple of weeks before, and that this information was to be found on T.I.P.'s web site. There were even more posts from locals who spoke about how much of a pain it was to find the drop off box the first time around, and that people would get out of their cars and walk around the whole building to find it. There is no reason that a number of posters would have made up so many corroborating statements from whole cloth.

I understand the importance of verification of info discussed on this forum. But what documention do you have that this cam even exisits. Somethings you have to take on a little bit of trust of your fellow posters, especially locals providing on the ground feedback. Maybe Sharon Needles could drive to the Co-Op and get us some video of the cam?

It is frustrating when we have so little information to go with. I trust LE and FBI know what they're doing and need us out of their way with this one. This is a small town and it could become a lynch mob with too much public awareness. I also find it very interesting as far as what they aren't asking for from the public, at least not as of yet.

The supposed abductor linkage among the cases is what my post was about. Other than all being victims of foul play, all being from the Midwest, and all being female, what similarities are there? It is wild speculation to connect these cases at this time.

Your probably right. I just think maybe this was a crime of opportunity.
