I think it is more to establish a timeline of events. Sister claimed she came home, took the dog out and then locked up the house. It's too bad nobody asked about the dog at the presser yesterday, then this would be cleared up.

I feel he’d definitely have self inflicted wounds. If he ran off on foot there would almost be a blood trail, wouldn’t there?

I'm not sure about an actual trail of blood but IMO the killer would have had a great deal of blood on his/her person.
Unfortunately I'm the friend of a woman who was stabbed to death by her husband. During the trial there was police video of him coming out of the home after the murder. He had a great deal of blood on him.

The pictures are normal college girl pictures. I have a very straight daughter in her last year at college and all her pics and her friends look like this. All sorority pics are similar. Close friends, no space at all. Big hugs and even kisses are normal. A young perp would not think LGBTQ because he would be familiar with social media. An older one without Instagram, possibly.

Agreed. One of the victims is seen in her own video in what appears to be her bedroom on the third floor. She is next to the patio door on the third floor above the second floor kitchen patio door.

Since the male victim was found on the second floor, it seems likely that he was the first victim, and he may have opened the door. The three female victims were on the second and third floors.

Still not officially confirmed. Anyone can post pics on SM but was it confirmed?, no.

In the interview with Ethan's parents, they mention that Ethan's girlfriend was one of 5 girls who lived in the house.

IMO, it would be difficult to stab four adults to death without the perp injuring himself in the act - no matter what kind of knife - unless as you described - they were all attacked in their sleep.

Apologies if asked and answered-the 911 call was regarding an unconscious person. Has it been confirmed that whomever was referred to as unconscious was one of the 4 victims? I am just trying to put every random thought out of my head, and this one came up when we learned that the other two roommates were at home.

In the first image, to the left of the red tape is a thin red vertical line, my initial thought was that could be a drip of blood on the cupboard door that they have marked with tape, anyone else notice that? MOO

Ok well my initial thought about the perp calling 911 is definitely disproven.
Still, I am surprised that with all their SM activity nothing has come out or been mentioned about the room mates?

Ethan’s mom said a friend who didn’t live in the house called 911.

But my big issue with the presser is they left the two live roommates up as suspects. Why do that? Surely it was clear whether or not they were involved. So why not just clarify that they were asleep/gone/unaware of the murders, etc to remove suspicion from them.

There are straight up accusations on the victims SM pages accusing the other roommates as being the killers. Can you imagine sleeping through your friends murder then being accused by people all over SM as being the killer? Those poor kids.

Because even if it could be verified someone wasn’t the actual person who stabbed them, they don’t know if others could be involved in a set up, planning, or helping in other ways. Imo

agree, I keep remembering back to my college days, and dorm life and cannot imagine this happening at my campus.

I went to a small university and during my junior year, a student in my dorm jumped out of her 9th story room and killed herself. Our entire campus was rocked. I cannot imagine what the students at this college are going through after this.

IDK, was he? All I know is when the Bever brothers stabbed five family members to death, when they were captured, they had wounds on their hands and arms. LE said the wounds were from struggling with the victims while they were being stabbed and the getting caught by their own knife blades. So I assumed this would be common when trying to stab people to death during a struggle. Most people are going to put up a huge fight when being stabbed to death. I think the only way to avoid such wounds on the perp would be if the victims were asleep or incapacitated to the point where there was no struggle.

The dog's whereabouts, possibilities. Could go either way.

1. She brought the dog for the weekend because he was hers, but also a member of the house family and loved by everyone, and they would have wanted to see him, play with him, etc again before she left for good.

2. Or maybe her parents were not up for watching him for the long weekend. Some parents aren't, or their own plans or schedules wouldn't make it possible.

3. The sister could have said they let the dog out as a general statement because that was their routine, but he was actually not there.

4. The sister could have said it specifically about that night because she knew that he was there and not at home. Possibly from earlier Snaps or Insta stories or texts. Or the parents had mentioned she was taking the dog.

Backing both of up. I also believe Kaylee's room was on the top level with sliding door/balcony pictured here. The same good vibes neon sign is on her wall in an Instagram story from 2 years ago (albeit a different bedroom than King's Road--likely parents home or previous apartment/house).

I could not tell from the image here, but that’s what it looked like from the source image. A line.

I think the 2 surviving roommates were on the very top level and heavy drinking does limit functions. If 2 of the girls lived in the basement rooms then it would have very easy to kill with out a lot of noise. Perhaps the roommate's boyfriend heard sounds went out to investigate and he was killed on the middle floor while his gf was passed out in her room on the main floor.

I disagree the two surviving roommates occupied the "very top level" bedrooms for the following reasons:

After I posted crime scene photos dated 11/14/22 (linked below), another poster noted similarities in the very top level bedroom photo to Kaylee's TikTok videos including the deck and "Good Vibes" sign which reasonably suggests the top level bedroom was occupied by Kaylee Goncalves.
